Claims (21)
- Elément de roulement pour un mécanisme de coulissement, notamment d'un vantail coulissant (16), tel que d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte coulissante, dans lequel le mécanisme de coulissement est monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans un rail de roulement (30 ; 31) et peut être bloqué contre un coulissement au moyen d'un mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7 ; 32 ; 40) actionnable au moyen d'une poignée (18) tout en étant maintenu dans le rail de roulement (30 ; 31) par au moins un élément de guidage, le mécanisme de coulissement (16) pouvant coulisser après son déverrouillage dans le plan de coulissement jusqu'à une butée et pouvant être bloqué dans cette position par l'intermédiaire du mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7, 32 ; 40) et dans cette position l'élément de guidage et le rail de roulement (30 ; 31) pouvant être détachés l'une de l'autre en vue de la rotation du mécanisme de coulissement (16), le mécanisme de coulissement (16) comportant l'élément de roulement (5) étant disposé dans un boítier (4) qui peut être intégré dans le châssis ouvrant (2) du vantail coulissant (16), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage est constitué par un galet de roulement (5 ; 47) qui est monté sur le mécanisme de coulissement (16) et qui peut être guidé le long du rail de roulement (30 ; 31), et en ce que le galet de roulement (5 ; 47) peut être entré dans le boítier (4) lorsque le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7, 32 ; 40) est actionné par déplacement de la position en hauteur du galet de roulement (5 ; 47) par rapport au rail de roulement (30 ; 31) de façon que le galet de roulement (5 ; 47) et le rail de roulement (30 ; 31) soient désengagés l'un de l'autre.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7 ; 32 ; 40) comporte un élément de transmission qui déplace le galet de roulement (5) dans sa position en hauteur par rapport au rail de roulement (30 ; 31), lorsque le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7 ; 32 ; 40) est actionné.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le galet de roulement (5) est monté sur une branche d'axe (6) qui lorsque le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7) est actionné, peut pivoter de manière que le galet de roulement (5) et le rail de roulement (30 ; 31) se dégagent l'un de l'autre.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par un levier de transmission (7) affecté au mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7) avec un élément à came (téton 8), qui lorsqu'il est actionné vient heurter une courbe de commande (10) de la branche d'axe (6) et fait ainsi pivoter celle-ci.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que la courbe de commande (10) contient au moins un cran d'arrêt qui accroche de manière non permanente le galet de roulement (5) à l'état pivoté et désengagé et/ou à l'état pivoté et engagé.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la courbe de commande (10) contient au moins une portion de coulissement transversal qui est réalisée de manière que lorsque l'élément à came (8) sort de celle-ci ou pénètre à l'intérieur de celle-ci on obtient un déplacement du galet de roulement (5) perpendiculairement au déplacement de coulissement tel que la fenêtre de coulissement (16) vient s'appliquer contre des garnitures d'étanchéité (21, 22) fixes du châssis dormant (1), ou se détache de celles-ci.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le galet de roulement (5) est monté sur un arbre (33) et en ce que lors de l'actionnement du mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 32) l'arbre (33) est déplacé et guidé à peu près perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement du mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 32) en raison d'un contact entre cet arbre et la courbe de commande (34) d'un élément à courbe de commande (34, 35).
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (33) est disposé sur l'élément à courbe de commande (34, 35) dans des positions de repos définies, dans ses positions de fin de course (36, 37).
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de support du galet de roulement (5) supporte un excentrique qui est en engagement actif avec un élément à barre (40) qui est prévu sur le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 40).
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par un engagement entre une roue dentée (41) montée de manière excentrée et une crémaillère (40).
- Elément de roulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par une réalisation en tandem (fig. 6, 11) dans laquelle au moins deux galets de roulement (5), pouvant coulisser dans le rail de roulement (30 ; 31), sont montés sur un pont (12) et le pont est déplaçable lorsque le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7 ; 32 ; 40) est actionné.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 1 et notamment selon l'une des revendications 2 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le galet est un galet de support (47) qui est monté sur le vantail coulissant (16) et dont la surface de roulement (50) peut être guidée le long d'un rail de roulement (30) réalisé côté châssis ouvrant, le galet de support (47) étant monté pivotant de manière que lors de la rotation du vantail coulissant (16) en vue de son ouverture, le galet de support (47) se dégage du rail de roulement (30) et lors de la rotation du vantail coulissant (16) en vue de sa fermeture, le galet de support (47) vient en engagement avec le rail de roulement (30) sans venir en contact dans chaque cas avec d'autres composants côté châssis ouvrant.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le galet de support (47) peut pivoter autour d'un axe (45) qui est parallèle au rail de roulement (30) lorsque le vantail coulissant (16) est fermé.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le galet de support (47) peut à la fermeture du vantail coulissant (16) pivoter à l'encontre de la précontrainte d'un ressort (ressort 48).
- Elément de roulement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la surface de roulement (50) du galet de support (47) présente un boudin (49) tel que lors de la fermeture du vantail coulissant (16) sa partie de bride vient d'abord s'appliquer contre le rail de roulement (30).
- Elément de roulement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la surface de roulement (50) du galet de support (47) présente un parcours de sa section tel qu'à la fermeture du vantail coulissant (16), une surface oblique d'entrée (55) du type en coin peut d'abord venir en engagement, et dans l'état de fermeture, il est formé une surface d'application entre le galet de support (47) et le rail de roulement (30).
- Elément de roulement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la surface de roulement (50) du galet de support (47) présente un parcours de sa section tel qu'à la fermeture, une saillie (52) formée à l'extrémité de la surface de roulement (50) tournée à l'opposé de la partie de bride, peut passer sur le rail de roulement (30) (fig. 17).
- Elément de roulement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7) est guidé devant le galet de support (47) et porte un téton (53) qui lorsque le vantail coulissant (16) est fermé au moyen du mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7), empêche un pivotement du galet de support (47) par application contre ce téton.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le téton (53) est en outre disposé de manière que lorsque le galet de support (47) est pivoté et le vantail coulissant (16) ouvert, le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7) ne peut se déplacer.
- Elément de roulement selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7) présente une découpe (54) qui est disposée de manière que lorsque le galet de support (47) est pivoté dans cette découpe et le vantail coulissant (16) est ouvert, le mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7) ne peut se déplacer.
- Elément de roulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un dispositif constitué d'un vantail tournant (15) maintenu fixement dans un châssis dormant (1) et pouvant être fermé, ainsi que d'au moins un vantail tournant et coulissant (16), le vantail tournant et coulissant (16) pouvant coulisser, après ouverture par rotation du vantail tournant (15) et son déverrouillage, dans le plan de fermeture jusqu'à une butée dans la direction du vantail tournant (15) ouvert, pouvant être bloqué dans cette position par l'intermédiaire du mécanisme à bielle (3, 3a, 7 ; 23, 23a) et pouvant y être ouvert par rotation.
