Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif d'ombrage d'ouverture de bâtiment, en particulier volet roulant (1), comprenant :

    soit la portion de fixation de bras de ciseaux (16) étant fixée, de préférence articulée (116a), sur ledit moyen de pression ou de traction (10), et étant guidée à translation, de préférence dans ledit composant de cadre (11) apte à être monté sur le bâtiment, en direction de la force de pression ou bien de traction qui peut être appliquée via ledit moyen de pression ou de traction (10), ladite portion de fixation de bras de projection (14) étant immobilisée à poste fixe, de préférence dans ledit composant de cadre (11) apte à être monté sur le bâtiment, pendant que la portion de pivotement (4) est pivotée vers l'extérieur et repivotée en position fermée.
  2. Dispositif d'ombrage d'ouverture de bâtiment selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit train d'entraînement (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20 ; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) présente un accouplement d'entraînement (9, 5 ; 9, 105) pour coupler, avec transmission de couple, ledit train d'entraînement (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20 ; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) à ladite source de couple (2), ainsi qu'un moyen de pression ou de traction (10 ; 110) relié audit accouplement d'entraînement (9, 5 ; 9, 105) et transmettant la force entre ledit bras de projection (12) et ledit accouplement d'entraînement (9, 5 ; 9, 105).
  3. Dispositif d'ombrage d'ouverture de bâtiment selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que ledit accouplement d'entraînement (9, 5) présente une poulie (5) apte à être couplée, avec transmission de couple, à la source de couple (2) et qui est logée à rotation en particulier coaxialement à un axe de rotation de la source de couple, en particulier sur ladite partie latérale (8) du caisson de volet roulant (7, 8), ainsi que, en tant que moyen de traction (10), un câble de commande (10) attaché à ladite poulie (5) de manière à pouvoir être enroulé et déroulé, de préférence une poulie de renvoi (17) étant prévue afin de diriger le câble de commande (10) dans la bouche de l'ouverture de passage.

Dispositif d'ombrage d'ouverture de bâtiment selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que ledit crochet de verrouillage (19) est fixé solidement sur un bloc de verrouillage (18), ledit bloc de verrouillage (18) étant reçu à déplacement du côté de l'ouverture de bâtiment, de préférence dans ledit composant de cadre (11), ledit bloc de verrouillage (18) étant attaché audit moyen de pression ou de traction (10) et étant ainsi précontraint à déplacement et vers la position de blocage, et ledit bloc de verrouillage (18, 19, 20) étant disposé de préférence au-dessous de la portion d'articulation (16) côté ouverture de bâtiment et présentant une poulie de renvoi (20) sur laquelle passe un câble de commande (10) faisant office de moyen de traction (10), qui est relié à la portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment menée à translation, ou ledit bloc de verrouillage étant fixé de préférence sur une barre de pression faisant office de moyen de pression et étant reçu au-dessus de la portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment, dans le même guidage que la portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment, dans ce cas, alors, une butée étant prévue sur ledit bloc de verrouillage et une contre-butée pour celle-ci étant prévue sur la portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment, et ledit bloc de verrouillage étant reçu alors de telle manière que, dans la position de déblocage, il s'applique par son butée contre ladite contre-butée de la portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment et que, dans la position de blocage, il est espacé d'une distance de la portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment, qui correspond au jeu dans le train d'entraînement ou bien au chemin dudit crochet de verrouillage entre la position de blocage et la position de déblocage.
  13. Dispositif d'ombrage d'ouverture de bâtiment selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que ledit crochet de verrouillage (19) est monté sur la portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment qui est reçue à déplacement du côté de l'ouverture de bâtiment, de préférence dans ledit composant de cadre (11), de préférence une rainure de guiage étant prévue soit sur ladite portion d'articulation côté ouverture de bâtiment soit sur la portion d'articulation côté portion de pivotement, la longueur de celle-ci correspondant au jeu dans le train d'entraînement ou bien au chemin du crochet de verrouillage (319) entre la position de blocage et la position de déblocage, ledit bras de projection étant reçu à déplacement, via un axe d'articulation, dans ladite rainure de guidage.
  14. Dispositif d'ombrage d'ouverture de bâtiment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'un arbre d'enroulement (2) apte à être entraîné en rotation et sur lequel est fixé ledit tablier (3), ou bien un mécanisme d'entraînement par moteur dudit arbre d'enroulement (2) fait office de source de couple (2), ledit accouplement d'entraînement (9, 5 ; 9, 105) présentant un élément de couplage (9) par l'intermédiaire duquel ladite poulie (5) ou ladite chaîne de pression (105) peut être couplée à l'arbre d'enroulement (2), ledit élément de couplage (9) étant conçu de manière à ce que ledit train d'entraînement (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20 ; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) et ledit arbre d'enroulement (2) sont désaccouplés d'une manière forcée via ledit élément de couplage (9) lorsque l'arbre d'enroulement (2) est recouvert à un endroit prédéterminé par une couche (30) du tablier (3), et sont, pour le reste, accouplés d'une manière forcée de manière à transmettre le couple.
