- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that provision is made for a frame component (11) attachable on the building side, with an outlet opening (11a) facing the swinging section (4) from which the extendable arm (12) is moved out towards the swinging section (4), and further with a through opening connected with an outlet opening (11a), through which the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) is guided, with the frame component (11) preferably joining a shutter box (7, 8; 7,108), so that the through opening in the area of the lateral part (8, 108) exits into the inside of the shutter box (7, 8; 7,108), and that the frame component (11) together with the shutter box (7, 8; 7,108) at least essentially includes the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120).
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the drive coupling (9, 5) comprises a torque transmitting pulley (5), which can be coupled with the torque source (2), such pulley (5) which in particular is rotatably mounted coaxially relative to an axis of rotation of the torque source, in particular at the lateral part (8) of the shutter box (7, 8), as well as a rope (10) as a tension means (10) linked to the pulley (5) and windable up and down, with a deflection pulley (17) being preferably provided to direct the rope (10) into the mouth of the through opening.
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the drive coupling (9, 105) comprises a torque transmitting power train (105), which can be coupled with the torque source (2), such torque transmitting pressure chain (105) being guided in an arc shaped section around an axis of rotation of the torque source, and further a pressure transmitting pressure rod (110) serving as a tension means (10), coupled with the torque transmitting pressure chain (105), with a guide (105a, 117a) with a constant radius around the axis of rotation being provided for the torque transmitting pressure chain (105) in an arc shaped section corresponding to a at least a maximum distance to be travelled by the pressure rod (110), in particular at the lateral side (108) of the shutter box, preferably at least at the outer side of the power train (105) as a guide rib (117a) projecting from the lateral part (108) in an arc shaped manner, and on the inner side of the torque transmitting pressure chain (105) as a sprocket wheel (105a) rotatably mounted to the lateral part (108) or as a guide rib projecting from the lateral part in an arc shaped manner, and with preferably further guides (117b, 117c) being provided to direct the torque transmitting pressure chain (105) into the mouth of the through opening.
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with any of the preceding Claims, characterized in that a locking unit (18, 19, 20; 118, 119a, 119, 120) for locking and unlocking the swinging section (4) is interposed in the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) in such a manner that when actuating the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) in the swing out direction the swinging section (4) is unlocked before the swinging out starts, and when actuating the power train in swing in direction, the swinging in is activated before the swinging section (4) is locked.
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 6, characterized in that on the side of the swinging section (4) facing the building opening provision is made for an undercut lock receiving unit, with the locking unit (18, 19, 20; 118, 119a, 119, 120), arranged on the building opening side, preferably received in the frame component (11), and having a locking hook (19; 119) on its side facing the swinging section (4), which in locking position reaches behind the undercut lock receiving unit and in unlocking position does not reach behind the said undercut lock receiving unit, with the locking hook (119) alone or the look unit altogether (18, 19, 20) being preloaded towards locking position, and that play is provided in the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120), so that when the swinging section (4) is closed and the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) relieved the preload force preloads the locking hook (119) alone or the locking unit (18, 19, 20) altogether from the unlocking position to the locking position, and when the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) is activated the locking hook (119) alone or the locking block (18, 19, 20) altogether on the one hand and the extendable arm attachment section or the stay arm attachment section (16; 116) on the other hand move towards each other, with the locking unit(18, 19, 20) comprising a stop (21; 121) for the extendable arm attachment section or the stay arm attachment section (16; 116), and when the stop (21; 121) is reached frictional engagement results between the pressure or tension means (10; 110) and the swinging out arrangement (14, 13, 16; 114, 13, 116).
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the locking hook (19) is firmly attached to the locking unit(18) and that the locking unit(18) is moveably received on the side of the building opening, and preferably comprises a deflection pulley (20) over which the rope (10) passes which is connected with the moveably guided stay arm attachment section (16), with the locking unit(18) being preferably arranged below the stay arm attachment section (16).
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the locking hook (119) is received as a stationary element and in an articulated manner (120), and is provided with a rocker lever (119a) on the opposite side of the joint (120), and that the stay arm attachment section (116) or extendable arm attachment section attached as a stationary element is moveably received during the swinging of the swinging section (4) between the locking position and the stop (121) towards the rocker lever (119a).
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with any of the preceding Claims, characterized in that a locking unit (18, 19, 20) linked with the power train and actuatable with the power train for locking and unlocking the swinging section (4) is provided in such a manner that when the power train is actuated in swing out direction the swinging section (4) is unlocked before the swinging out commences, and when the power train is actuated in swing in direction the swinging in is actuated before the swinging section (4) is locked.
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 10, characterized in that on the side of the swinging section (4) facing the building opening provision is made for an undercut lock receiving unit, and the locking unit (18, 19, 20) on its side facing the swinging section (4) comprises a locking hook (19) included in the power train, which in locking position reaches behind the undercut lock receiving unit and in unlocking position does not reach behind the said undercut lock receiving unit, with the locking hook (19) being included in the power train in such a manner that after actuating the torque source (2) for swinging in the extended swinging section (4) the torque source (2) is further actuatable in swing in direction by a play corresponding to the distance of the locking hook (19) between the unlocking position and the locking position until the locking hook (19) reaches the locking position, and that when the torque source (2) is actuated in swing out direction in the locking position the play corresponding to the distance of the locking hook (19) between the lock position and the unlocking position is travelled, so that the locking hook (19) is brought into unlock position before the pressure or tension means (10; 110) and the swinging section (4) enter into frictional engagement.
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 11, characterized in that the locking hook (19) is firmly attached to a locking block (18) with the locking block (18) being moveably received on the side of the building opening, preferably in the frame component (11), with the locking block (18) being linked to the pressure or tension means (10) and thus movably preloaded towards locking position, and with the locking block (18, 19, 20) preferably being provided below the joint section (16) on the side of the building opening and comprising a deflection pulley (20) over which a rope (10) acting as a tension means (10) passes which is connected with the moveably guided joint section on the side of the building opening, or with the locking block preferably being attached to a push rod acting as pressure means and received above the joint section on the side of the building opening in the same guide as the joint section on the side of the building opening, with a stop provided at the locking block and a counter stop provided at the joint section of the side of the building opening, and with the locking block being received in such a manner that in unlocking position its stop is in contact with the counter stop of the joint section of the side of the building opening and in locking position is spaced from the joint section on the side of the building opening at a space corresponding to the play in the power train and/or the distance of the locking hook between locking position and unlocking position.
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with Claim 11, characterized in that the locking hook is firmly attached to the joint section on the side of the building opening which is moveably received on the side of the building opening, preferably in the frame component (11), with a guide groove being preferably provided either at the joint section on the side of the building opening or the joint section at the side of the swinging section, whose length corresponds to the play in the power train and/or the distance of the locking hook (319) between locking position and unlocking position, with the extendable arm is moveably received in the guide groove via a joint pin.
- A building opening shadowing device in accordance with any of the Claims 4 to 13, characterized in that the torque source (2) is a power rotatable take up shaft (2) to which the curtain (3) is attached, or a motor drive for the winding shaft (2) is provided, with the drive coupling (9, 5; 9, 105) comprising a coupling element (9) via which the pulley (5) or pressure chain (105) can be coupled with the winding shaft (2), with the coupling element (9) being designed such that the power train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 119, 120) and the winding shaft (2) are forcibly decoupled via the coupling element (9) when the winding shaft (2) is covered by a layer (30) of the curtain (3) at a defined position, and is otherwise forcibly coupled while transmitting the torque.
