- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling element (9) comprises a movement section (22) movably accommodated on the winding shaft (2) at the predetermined location between a close-fitting position and a protruding position, wherein the movement section (22) is pretensioned against the layer (30) of the hanging shutter (3), so that the movement section (22) is held in the close-fitting position when the layer (30) of the hanging shutter (3) covers the predetermined location of the winding shaft (2), and assumes the protruding position when the predetermined position of the winding shaft (2) is not covered by the layer (30) of the hanging shutter (3), and wherein the movement section (22) comprises a driver (26) and the rotary drive element (5; 105) comprises a stop (24) for the driver (26) at the radial height of the driver (26) situated in the protruding position, so that the driver (26) can act on the stop (24) of the rotary drive element (5; 105) in the protruding position and not in the close-fitting position.
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 2, characterized in that the movement section (22) is a folding wing (22) which is spring-pretensioned away from the circumference of the winding shaft and is linked in an axially parallel manner to the circumference of the winding shaft.
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the coupling element (9) comprises a wing fixing section (23), with which it is fixed to the winding shaft (2) and on which the movement section (22) is movably accommodated, especially that the folding wing (22) is linked thereto.
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 4, characterized in that the wing fixing section (23) comprises a collar (29) which is placed around the winding shaft (2) and a hinged support (28) which is placed on the collar.
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to one of the claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the driver (26) is a driver pin (26) which extends axially parallel relative to the winding shaft (2) to the rotary drive element (5; 105).
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the rotary drive element (5) comprises a disc (5) which can be coupled in a torque-transmitting manner with the winding shaft (2) and which is rotatably mounted coaxially to a rotational axis of the winding shaft (2), especially on a side part (8) of a roller shutter box (7, 8).
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 7, characterized in that the disc (5) comprises a disc-like section and a circumferential cylindrical section (24a) which protrudes from the disc-like section to the winding shaft (2), wherein the stop (26) for the driver (26) is a drive cam (24) protruding inwardly from an inner circumference of the cylindrical section (24a).
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the rotary drive element (105) comprises a pressure chain (105) which can be coupled in a torque-transmitting manner with the winding shaft (2) and which is guided at least in an arc section coaxially to a rotational axis of the winding shaft especially on a side part (108) of a roller shutter box (117a).
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hanging shutter which can be pulled up and dropped down in front of the opening in a building comprises a shutter section with individual shutter slats which can be louvered up and down, which is connected to the winding shaft via a fastening section which can be wound up on the winding shaft, wherein the additional function is the louvering of the individual shutter slats of the hanging shutter, and the drive train is provided for transmitting a torque from the winding shaft to the individual shutter slats.
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized by a hinged guide rail arrangement for the hanging shutter (3) which can be louvered up and down in front of the opening in a building, and which can be pivoted away from the opening in a building at least with a bottom pivoting section (4) about an upper linkage axis, wherein the additional function is an actuation of the pivoting section (4) and the drive train (9, 5, 10, 14, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20; 9, 105, 110, 114, 13, 116, 118, 119a, 199, 120) is provided for transmitting a torque from the winding shaft (2) to the pivoting section (4).
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 11, characterized in that the hanging shutter (3) is arranged as a roller shutter curtain (30) consisting of individual slats, wherein the uppermost slat (30) with which the shutter curtain is fixed to the winding shaft (2) is the layer (30) of the hanging shutter (3) from which it is determined whether it covers the winding shaft (2) at the predetermined location.
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hanging shutter (3) is connected to the winding shaft (2) via at least one hanging-shutter fastening apparatus (6), wherein the hanging-shutter fastening apparatus (6) is arranged in such a way that after dropping the hanging shutter (3) a further rotation of the winding shaft (2) in the dropping direction is possible about at least such an angle that the additional function can be performed.
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 13, characterized in that the hanging-shutter fastening apparatus (6) comprises at least one stop section (34, 36) which is attached in a stationary manner to the circumference of the winding shaft and at least one hanging-shutter receiving section (31, 32, 33, 35, 37) which is connected to the hanging shutter on the hanging shutter side, which receiving section is rotatably accommodated on the winding shaft, wherein the stop section (34, 36) comprises at least one stop (34) protruding in the radial direction of the winding shaft, and the hanging-shutter receiving section (31, 32, 33, 35, 37) comprises at least one driver (35) at the axial height of the stop (34), which driver is provided opposite of the stop (34) on the side of the winding shaft situated in the drawing-up direction of the hanging shutter (3).
- A shading apparatus for an opening in a building according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that the hanging shutter (3) is arranged as a roller shutter curtain (30) consisting of individual slats, wherein the hanging-shutter fastening apparatus (6) comprises a hanging-shutter hinged wing (32, 33, 37) linked on the winding shaft side, to which the hanging shutter is fastened.
