Description

  • The present invention relates to a sun shading system with Notraffvorrichtung, in particular for doors and windows, with a curtain which is movable from a contracted position in an extended, an area covering position, wherein for movement a drive means is provided with drawstrings and additionally by means of a Notraffvorrichtung the Behang from an extended position at least partially in the contracted position is movable.
  • From the DE 32 38 473 a blind with slats is known, in which by the slats on opposite sides each an elevator belt is provided which can be wound up via a motor-driven shaft, so that the slats can be moved into a contracted position. In addition, led by the slats on opposite sides elevator belts a Notraffeinrichtung that fold in the operation of the other drive and merge between the individual slats. In an emergency, however, the slats may obscure a window or door, and then a preloaded roller may be unlocked via actuation of a locking device to allow the elevator belts of the emergency latch to at least partially contract the slats to substantially expose the surface of the curtain.
  • From the DE 102 16 342 is a sun protection system with Notraffvorrichtung known in which the retraction of the elevator belts takes place in an emergency by a lifting spring with a lifting element, via a reduction, a smaller spring travel is used to produce a longer stroke. A disadvantage of these Notraffvorrichtungen is that the elevator belts of Notraffvorrichtung must be arranged in addition to the already existing elevator belts. As a result, additional processing of the slats of the Venetian blind or the Roman blind is required. Furthermore, the bands are loose, ie without any function for normal operation in the curtain and can well lead to disruption of the function of the sun protection system.
  • Another disadvantage is that it is very complicated and complicated to stretch the Notraffeinrichtung, whether for the first time during assembly or later after a successful triggering of Notraffeinrichtung. Because for the tensioning the drive device for the raising and lowering of the curtain must either be disengaged or shut down. Then, the curtain must be pulled down by hand, with the spring of Notraffeinrichtung spans or the curtain must be pulled simultaneously with the downwardly moving drive down. The then tensioned spring is to lock in order not to burden the elevator belt of Notraffeinrichtung.
  • It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a sunshade system with a Notraffvorrichtung, which is simple in construction and allows easy mounting and dismounting of Notraffvorrichtung.
  • This object is achieved with a sunshade system having the features of claim 1.
  • According to the invention, the Notraffvorrichtung has at least one biased guide band, which is fixed on the bottom side and moves in an unlocking the curtain in the direction of the contracted position, so that obstructed by the curtain escape route to a window or door is at least as far established that no security risk more exists. Instead of using loose drawstrings that collapse into the blind, guide straps are advantageous because they remain in the cocked position, even when the blind is moved relative to the guide straps. As a result, the guide bands can also be mounted independently of the position of the curtain, since they only have to be pulled to the bottom-side locking and fixed.
  • According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a driver is provided on the at least one guide band adjacent to the curtain, which can be applied to a stop surface of the curtain. This can be withdrawn in an unlocking of the guide band, which is moved as long as the curtain, regardless of the position of the curtain, until it reaches the stop surface and there, if necessary, the curtain can still further contract.
  • If the curtain is movable along the at least one prestressed guide strip, the guide strip on the one hand assumes the function of guiding the curtain and on the other hand it is part of the emergency gripping device. In this respect can be dispensed with additional drawstrings, which must be mounted on the curtain. Preferably, a guide band is provided on the curtain on opposite sides, so that the guide band is arranged laterally and visually hardly appears. In addition, a central passage is released when needed.
  • For easy handling of the emergency lifting device, the guide belt or the guide belts can be unlocked via one or more levers arranged on the bottom side. Other unlocking mechanisms can of course be used.
  • The Notraffvorrichtung can be equipped above the curtain with a clamping device by means of the guide belt or the guide belts are retractable. The clamping device can be formed by at least one prestressed by a spring pulley. When using two guide belts, each guide belt can also be assigned a pulley, which can be four, six or eight, depending on the transmission ratio. It is of course also possible to provide only one continuous guide band, which is fixed on both sides of the curtain and is biased above the curtain by a clamping device in order to reduce the number of components. Furthermore, as a tensioning device, a prestressed drum, a winding roll or other suitable mechanisms can be used.
  • The invention will be described below with reference to several embodiments. Show it:

  • In FIG. 1 a sunshade system 1 is shown, which has a curtain consisting of slats 3, which can be mounted in front of a window or a door in the interior or exterior. Instead of the slats 3 and blind blinds or other hangings can be used.
  • The slats 3 are movable by two drawstrings 2, which can be manually or motor-operated retracted to move the curtain from an extended position in which a surface is covered, in an upper retracted position. The drawstrings 2 pass through the slats 3 and are fastened in the lower region to a lower slat or end rail 4.
  • Immediately adjacent to the drawstrings 2 guide belts 5 are provided, which are stretched and along which the slats 3 are movable along, wherein in the region of the guide belts 5 openings or slots are recessed on the slats 3. Furthermore, so-called. Guides may be provided in order to pivot the slats in the lowered state and to keep at a distance.
  • The guide bands 5 are characterized by an in FIG. 1 not shown tensioning device 6 biased and extend vertically from a bottom-side release device 7 to a deflection roller 8, which is arranged above the curtain 3. The tensioning device 6 is arranged within a housing 9 above the curtain 3.
  • If the guide bands 5 released by the release device 7, they can attack on the end rail 4 and pull the curtain so far up that an escape route is released.
  • In FIG. 2 an embodiment of a clamping device 6 is shown in detail. The guide strip 5 is guided around the deflection roller 8, which is held on a fixed bearing 13. Then, the guide band 5 is deflected by a pulley, which is formed from a first guide roller 10 and two further guide rollers 11 and 12. The guide roller 12 is held on the fixed bearing 13 and the end of the guide strip 5 is fixed at a position 16. The rollers 10 and 11 are held together by a rod 15, wherein a spring 14 between the rod 15 and the fixed bearing 13 is provided. As a result, the pulley can be moved at a release of the release mechanism 7, so that the roller 10, the position 10 'occupies and on the multiple deflection of the guide belt 5, a slight movement of the pulley is sufficient to pull the guide belt 5 by a multiple of this distance. On the opposite side a corresponding pulley for the right guide band 5 is arranged.
  • The spring 14 may be formed as a helical spring or gas spring. Instead of the four-pulley block shown, other ratios can be selected, for example by a six- or eight-strand pulley.
  • In FIG. 3 a modified clamping device 6 is shown, which largely the clamping device of FIG. 2 equivalent. The tensioning device 6 comprises a pulley with pulleys 10, 11, 8 and 12, wherein the pulleys 10 and 11 relative to the pulleys 8 and 12 are movable. For this purpose, a central spring 17 is provided, which is tension loaded and engages on opposite sides of the rod 15 to move the pulleys to each other when notching the guide bands.
  • In the FIGS. 4A and 4B a modified clamping device 6 is shown, in which also a four-pulley block is used, wherein two adjacent rollers 8 and 18 are mounted on the fixed bearing 13, while two other rollers 10 and 19 at a bracket 20 are stored. The bracket 20 may then be biased in a direction away from the rollers 8 and 18 to retract the drawstring 5 as needed.
  • In the FIGS. 5A and 5B a tensioning device is shown, in which a continuous guide belt 5 is biased by a pulley. The guide band 5 is fixed at opposite ends in each case to a release device 7 and then guided above the curtain on a pulley, which is formed from eight rollers, four rollers 8 are mounted on a fixed bearing 13, while four rollers 21 mounted on a bracket 22 are. The guide band 5 is then guided in accordance with the rollers 8 and the rollers 21, so that when moving the bracket 22 away from the fixed bearing 13, the tension band 5 is retracted.
  • In FIG. 6 a tensioning device is shown, in which the guide belt 5 can be wound around a respective drum 23, which are biased by a central torsion or spiral spring 24. When notching the notching device 7, the drawstrings 5 can be wound over the respective drum 23.
  • As in FIG. 7 is shown, instead of a central torsion or coil spring 24 and each drum 23 may be biased to a fixed bearing 13 via suitable means to wind the drawstring 5 if necessary can.
  • In FIG. 8 the sunshade system is shown in its lateral region, wherein in a housing 9 a drive device for the ordinary operation as well as the tensioning device 6 is arranged for the Notraffvorrichtung. The curtain formed from slats 3 is covered on the bottom side by a top rail 4, which may have an increased strength. At the end rail 4, the guide band 5 is performed, wherein the end rail 4 forms a stop surface 30 in the region of the guide strip 5. The guide strip 5 has a stopper 28 which has a slightly larger diameter and acts as a driver when the cable end 27 of the guide strip 5 is released together with the stopper 28 via an unlocking mechanism and this is drawn regardless of the position of the end rail 4 and at Need the curtain 3 pulls up.
  • The release device comprises a bracket 29 to which a release mechanism is provided which comprises a hand lever 25 which is guided via traction means 26 to the interior space.
  • As in FIG. 9 is shown, the hand lever 25 is adjacent to the console 29 and has a verplombte fuse 32.
  • The guide bands 5 are stretched during the entire period of use of the sunshade system, wherein any lengths of the drawstrings 5 can be compensated by the tensioning device 6. The Notraffvorrichtung can be easily mounted by the drawstrings 5 are moved down into the release device 7 and there takes place a lock. The assembly of the drawstrings 5 can be done regardless of the position of the curtain 3.
  • In the illustrated embodiment, two drawstrings 5 are provided in each case. Of course, it is also possible to provide only a central drawstring on the curtain 3. Further, it is possible to provide at a greater length of the curtain and three or more drawstrings 5, which are coupled to each other via a common locking mechanism, so that when loosening a lever all drawstrings 5 are released.
  • Furthermore, other clamping devices 6 can be used for moving the drawstrings.
