Claims (9)
- Hebebühne für Kraftfahrzeuge, bestehend aus zumindest einer Hubsäule (1, 2), die ein das Fahrzeug unterfassendes Hubelement (3, 4) trägt, das vertikal verfahrbar in der Hubsäule (1, 2) gelagert ist und dessen Hubbewegung durch einen elektrischen Antriebsmotor (6) erzeugt wird, insbesondere mittels einer vertikalen, in der Hubsäule (1, 2) drehbar gelagerten Spindel (5), die von dem Antriebsmotor (6) in Drehung versetzt wird und über eine Mutter mit dem vertikal verfahrbaren Hubelement (3, 4) in Eingriff steht, wobei der Antriebsmotor (6) vollständig innerhalb der Hubsäule (1, 2) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antriebsmotor (6) am oberen Ende der Hubsäule (1, 2) eingebaut ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antriebsmotor (6) mit vertikaler Wellenachse in die Hubsäule (1, 2) eingebaut ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (6) ohne Zwischengetriebe nur durch einen Treibriemen (8) mit der Spindel (5) oder einem entsprechenden Antriebselement verbunden ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Rillenprofil in Form einer Hülse oder direkt auf das freie Ende der Welle des Antriebsmotors aufgebracht ist und daß die Drehmomentübertragung durch einen Zahnriemen (8) mit zu dem Rillenprofil passender Zahnteilung erfolgt. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Treibriemen (8) einen Poly-V-Riemen ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antriebsmotor (6) als gehäuseloser offener Motor ausgebildet ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antriebsmotor (6) an einem oberen Abschlußdekkel der Säule aufgehängt ist, derart, daß das freie Ende (6a) seiner Motorwelle nach oben gerichtet ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zusätzlich die Endschalter und die elektrische Steuerung der Hebebühne innerhalb der Hubsäule (1, 2) untergebracht sind. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubsäulen (1, 2) an zumindest einer Seite abnehmbare vertikale Abdeckbleche (1b) aufweisen.
