Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kreuzspulen in wilder Wicklung mittels einer Spulvorrichtung, die Mittel zum Einstellen einer Fadenzugkraft, mit welcher der Faden auf die Kreuzspule gewickelt wird, und/oder Mittel zum Einstellen einer Auflagekraft, mit der die Kreuzspule auf einer Friktionswalze aufliegt, enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Bereich wenigstens einer Bildzone die Fadenzugkraft und/oder die Auflagekraft manipuliert werden, um in diesem Bereich die Wickeldichte der Kreuzspule an die Wickeldichte im Bereich außerhalb einer Bildzone anzugleichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Erreichen der Bildzone das Manipulieren der Fadenzugkraft und/oder der Auflagekraft nach einem vorgegebenen Programm erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich wenigstens einer Bildzone in einer Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung der Spulvorrichtung abgespeichert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickeldichte während des Herstellens der Kreuzspule erfaßt wird, und daß mittels Manipulierens der Fadenzugkraft und/oder der Auflagekraft die Wickeldichte auf einen vorgegebenen Sollwert geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickeldichte über den Verlauf der Zunahme des Durchmessers (Garnauftrag) der Kreuzspule erfaßt, mit einem Sollwert für die Zunahme des Durchmessers (Garnauftrag) verglichen und auf diesen eingeregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erfassen des Verlaufs der Zunahme des Durchmessers der Kreuzspule die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Kreuzspule gemessen und ausgewertet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garnauftrag über die Zeit oder die Spulenumdrehungen erfaßt und mittels einer Wickeleinrichtung auf einen Sollwert eingeregelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Kreuszpulen in wilder Wicklung mittels einer Spulvorrichtung, die Mittel zum Einstellen einer Fadenzugkraft, mit der ein Faden auf die Kreuzspule aufgewickelt wird, und Mittel zum Einstellen einer Auflagekraft, mit der die Kreuzspule auf einer Friktionswalze aufliegt, enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulvorrichtung eine Steuere- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (20) aufweist, die zum Angleichen der Wickeldichte in wenigstens einem Bereich einer Bildzone an die Wickeldichte außerhalb einer Bildzone an Mittel (16, 21) zum Einstellen der Fadenzugkraft und/oder an Mittel (23) zum Einstellen der Auflagekraft angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (20) ein Programm enthält, gemäß welchem die Mittel (16, 21) zum Einstellen der Fadenzugkraft und/oder die Mittel (23) zum Einstellen der Auflagekraft in dem Bereich wenigstens einer Bildzone manipulierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich der wenigstens einen Bildzone in der Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (20) abgespeichert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (20) Mittel (24, 25) zum Erfassen der Winkelgeschwindigkeit (ωFW, ωsp) der Friktionswalze (14) und der Kreuzspule (13) und/oder Mittel (30, 31) zum Erfassen der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Kreuzspule (13) angeschlossen ist und Mittel (27, 28, 29) zum Errechnen der Durchmesserzunahme enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (20) Mittel zum Einregeln der Durchmesserzunahme (δ) auf einen Sollwert enthält.
