Claims (9)
- Ventilsack, insbesondere für pulverförmiges Füllgut, mit einem Füllventil, das einem mit einem Ende in das Sackinnere (12) hineinragenden Ventilschlauch (10) aufweist, dessen in das Sackinnere (12) ragender Endabschnitt (13) im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung des Ventilschlauchs (10) körperlich unterteilt und bei flachliegendem Ventilschlauch (10) entlang einer quer zu der körperlichen Unterteilung verlaufenden Falzlinie (15) auf sich selbst umgefaltet ist, wobei der Endabschnitt (13) durch Schlitze (14a, b) oder Solltrennlinien körperlich unterteilt ist, die im Abstand zueinander verlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilsack als Kreuz- oder Klotzbodenventilsack ausgebildet ist, daß das Füllventil in einen seiner beiden seitlich von Bodenseitenfalzlinien (2, 3) begrenzten Sackböden eines Eckeinschlags (7, 8) eingearbeitet ist, und daß bei flachliegendem Ventilschlauch (10) die Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitze (14a, b) nur in einer (17) der beiden, den Ventilschlauch bildenden Flächen ausgebildet sind und die andere Fläche (18) auf sich selbst umgefaltet ist. - Ventilsack nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwei Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitze (14a, b) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Abstand zwischen den beiden Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitzen (14a, b) so bemessen ist, daß sich der zwischen den Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitzen (14a, b) liegende Abschnitt (16) bei einem in den Ventilschlauch (10) eingeführten Füllstutzen einer Füllvorrichtung entfaltet und diesen anliegend umgibt. - Ventilsack nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Endabschnitt (13) um eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitzen (14a, b) verlaufende Falzlinie (15) umgefaltet ist. - Ventilsack nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitze (14a, b) an der Falzlinie (15) enden. - Ventilsack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitze (14a, b) gleich lang sind. - Ventilsack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Solltrennlinien durch Perforationen gebildet sind. - Ventilsack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilschlauch (10) wenigstens teilweise aus einem gasdurchlässigen Material besteht. - Ventilsack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Außenbereich des Ventilschlauches (10) in oder auf diesem eine Verschlußhülse (11) angeordnet ist, die eine Beschichtung aufweist, die in einen klebefähigen Zustand für einen Verschluß des Ventils überführbar ist. - Ventilsack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilschlauch (10) bzw. der Ventilschlauch (10) und die Verschlußhülse (11) bei einem in den Ventilschlauch (10) eingeführten Füllstutzen einer Füllvorrichtung zum Sackinneren hin konisch verlaufen.
