Abstract

The invention concerns a cross or block bottom valve sack, in particular for powdered filler material, with a filler valve (10) incorporated in one of the two sack bottoms of a corner fold (7, 8), the sack bottoms being delimited laterally by lateral bottom fold lines. The filler valve (10) comprises a valve tube (10) which projects into the sack at one end. The end section (13) of the valve tube (10) projecting into the sack is substantially divided spatially in the longitudinal direction of the valve tube (10). When the valve tube (10) lies flat, the spatially divided end section (13) is folded over onto itself along a fold line (15). When a filler pipe is introduced, the valve tube (10) only opens as far as necessary along the divisions and surrounds the filler pipe so closely that no filler material can escape at the sides.

Description

Dokument FR 2 228 004 A offenbart einen derartigen Ventilsack. The invention relates to a valve bag according to the preamble of the claim 1. Document FR 2 228 004 A discloses such a valve bag.

When filling a cross or block bottom valve bag with dust or in particular powdery filling goods using pneumatic filling devices Difficulties arise in that through the valve extending filler neck of a filling device from the valve not in the manner is enclosed that no dust or powdery material emerge can. Due to this, during the filling process Under certain circumstances, larger amounts of the filling material emerge, which in particular is accompanied by a strong dust cloud development.

This problem has already been recognized and different solutions have been proposed are z. B. from EP 0 357 835 B1, DE-AS 1 115 118, DE-PS 1 219 384 known become.

Die Klebverbindung ist in Form eines Dreiecks ausgebildet, wobei die Hypotenusen der Dreiecke im Ventilschlauch einander zugewandt sind und zur inneren Endkante des Ventilschlauches konvergieren.EP 0 357 835 B1 describes a cross or block bottom valve sack made of paper, Plastic film or the like foldable material for in particular dusty or powdery filling known with a filling valve. The filling valve is one its two sack bottoms delimited laterally by bottom side fold lines in the area a corner wedge forming valve. The filling valve has one one end protruding into the inside of the sack via the corner fold forming the valve Valve hose on. The valve hose is in his inside the sack protruding end portion with a cross-sectional constriction that of the in the flat state of the valve hose opposite each other Longitudinal hose edges starts and at the inner end edge of the valve hose ends. The narrowing of the cross-section is between edge-side adhesive connections between the two layers of material of the flat lying valve hose. The Adhesive connection is designed in the form of a triangle, the hypotenuses of Triangles in the valve hose are facing each other and towards the inner end edge of the Valve hose converge.

AS 1 115 118 describes a comparable cross or block bottom valve sack, the adhesive bond between the two layers of material of the flat lying valve hose to form the cross-sectional constriction in shape elongated rectangular strip is formed.

In the manufacture of such cross or block bottom valve sacks is an accurate one Positioning of the adhesive connections is important. The distance is the Adhesive connections to each other too large, this can lead to a leakage of a dust or Powdery filling material, because the filler neck of the filling device is not is tightly gripped by the valve hose. Too narrow an education Adhesive connections can lead to the fact that when the filler neck is inserted Valve hose is destroyed.

Die Ausbildung der Streifen oder Zungen dienen der Verbesserung der selbständigen SchlieĂŸwirkung des Ventils.DE-PS 1 219 384 is a valve sack made of paper or similar material with valve hoses protruding into the inside of the bag. The valve hoses have slits to form fringes or tongues. This Print beats at least three each from single or double layers existing valve hoses at different distances from the bag valve inlet have rows of slots protruding into the sack, the various valve hoses, partly at the valve outlet, partly at the inner end of the Corner are fastened. The formation of the strips or tongues serve the Improvement of the self-closing effect of the valve.

The present invention has for its object the known cross or Block bottom valve sack so that avoiding adhesive bonds Part of the filling material is prevented from escaping during a filling process becomes.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by a valve bag with the features of Claim 1 solved. Advantageous further developments are the subject of the subclaims.

If the valve bag according to the invention is plugged onto a filler neck of a filling device, a portion of the folded end portion of the Valve hose unfolded. The valve hose forms its end area accordingly the cross section of the filler neck.

The section is physically divided by slits or target dividing lines. At the target dividing lines can be a weakening of the material of the valve hose. The Material weakening should be so large that when a filler neck is inserted into the Valve hose through the filler neck of the valve hose along the material weakening tears. Several material weakenings can be formed side by side be so that the valve bag according to the invention also through filler neck different outer contour can be filled, each opening create a suitable size.

The formation of slots has the advantage that by inserting a filler neck in the valve hose of the filler neck only an unfolding of part of the end section must perform.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention it is proposed that two Target dividing lines or slots are provided. The distance between the two target dividing lines or slots should be dimensioned so that the between the target dividing lines or slotted section in an inserted into the valve hose Filling spout of a filling device unfolds and surrounds it.

An embodiment is preferred in which the end section is essentially one fold line running perpendicular to the predetermined dividing lines or slits. The Target dividing lines or slots preferably end at this fold line.

ZweckmĂ¤ĂŸigerweise sind die Solltrennlinien bzw. Schlitze gleich lang. Dies erleichtert die Herstellung eines Ventilschlauches. The nominal dividing lines or slots are expediently of equal length. This makes it easier the manufacture of a valve hose.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, it is proposed that the target separating lines are formed by perforations. The manufacture of perforations is compared to the formation of material weaknesses easier.

It is also proposed that the valve hose be at least partially made of a gas permeable material. As a result, the one that arises during the filling process Escape overpressure in the sack through the surface of the valve hose, without the filling material coming out of the inside of the bag.

It may be expedient to have the outside of the valve hose done To close the filling. For this purpose, one in the outside of the valve hose or proposed on this arranged closure sleeve that a coating has that can be converted into an adhesive state for a closure of the valve is. The coating can be a plastic coating, which is caused by heating becomes adhesive, whereby an adhesive bond is formed after cooling.

The valve hose or the valve hose and the sealing sleeve are preferably formed so that this or these is inserted into the valve hose Filling spout tapered towards the inside of the bag.

When the filler neck is inserted further into the interior 24, the between the slots formed portion 16 unfolded. 4 is a position of section 16 shown during the folding process. 5 is the Section 16 fully opened. The rest of the end portion 13 retains its position, but bends around the filler neck. The distance between the Slits 14a and 14b are dimensioned so that when performing the filler neck resulting opening tightly encloses the filler neck, in particular supported by any overpressure that may arise when filling the bag.

The valve hose 11 protrudes into the closure sleeve 11 in. The surface of the closure sleeve 11 is made of a thermoplastic Plastic coated. The thermoplastic coating leads to a dense Closure of the filling valve when the coating warms up and then is cooled.

Instead of slits, the end section can have perforations or material weaknesses exhibit. There can also be several target dividing lines in the form of perforation or the like be formed in the end portion.

Claims (9)

  1. A valve sack, more particularly for holding powder-form materials, comprising a filling valve with a valve tube (10) which projects at one end into the interior (12) of the sack and of which the end section (13) projecting into the interior (12) of the sack is physically divided substantially longitudinally of the valve tube (12) and, when the valve tube (10) is in the lay-flat position, is folded back on itself along a fold line (15) extending transversely of the physical division, the end section (13) being physically divided by slits (14a,b) or separation lines extending at intervals to one another, characterized in that the valve sack is a cross or block bottom sack, in that the filling valve is incorporated in one of its two sack bottoms of a corner tuck (7,8) laterally delimited by bottom side fold lines (2,3) and in that, when the valve tube (10) is in the lay-flat position, the separation lines or slits (14a,b) are only formed in one (17) of the two surfaces forming the valve tube, the other surface (18) being folded back on itself.
  2. A valve sack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that two separation lines or slits (14a,b) are provided, the interval between two separation lines or slots (14a,b) being gauged in such a way that the section (16) lying between the separation lines or slits (14a,b) unfolds in the presence of a filling spout of a filling machine introduced into the valve tube (10) and closely surrounds it.
  3. A valve sack as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the end section (13) is folded about a fold line (15) extending substantially perpendicularly of the separation lines or slits (14a,b).
  4. A valve sack as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the separation lines or slits (14a,b) end at the fold line (15).
  5. A valve sack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the separation lines or slits (14a,b) are of equal length.
  6. A valve sack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the separation lines are formed by perforations.
  7. A valve sack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the valve tube (10) consists at least partly of a gas-permeable material.
  8. A valve sack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a closure sleeve (11) with a coating convertible into an adhesive state to close the valve is arranged in or on the valve tube (10) in the outer region thereof.
  9. A valve sack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that, in the presence of a filling spout of a filling machine introduced into the valve tube (10), the valve tube (10) or the valve tube (10) and the closure sleeve (11) taper conically towards the interior of the sack
