Claims (12)
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) zum Verbinden eines elektrisch leitenden, mehradrigen Flachbandkabels (6) mit einem Einzel- oder Mehrleiteranschluß, vorzugsweise in Schraubklemm-, Schneidklemm- oder Federkraftklemmtechnik, mit einem Isoliergehäuse (19) und mit einer in dem Isoliergehäuse (19) angeordneten Kontaktelementegruppe (11, 11', 12, 12', 27), wobei die Kontaktelementegruppe (11, 11', 12, 12', 27) mehrere Kontakte (11, 11'), mehrere Kontaktelemente (12, 12') und mehrere die Kontakte (11, 11') und Kontaktelemente (12, 12') verbindende Leiterstücke (27) aufweist und aus einem Blech gestanzt oder geschnitten ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im montierten Zustand der Kontaktelementegruppe (11, 11', 12, 12', 27) die Kontakte (11, 11') und die Leiterstücke (27) in zwei Ebenen angeordnet sind und daß die Enden der Leiterstücke (27) so abgebogen sind, daß die Kontaktelemente (12, 12') in einer Ebene nebeneinander angeordnet sind. - Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktstücke (12, 12') als Endstücke der Leitungsstücke (27) in einer Ebene zueinander derart plaziert sind, daß ein Kontaktstück (12) der oberen Kontaktgruppe (11, 27, 12) in eine Lücke zwischen den Kontaktstücken (12') der unteren Kontaktgruppe (11', 27', 12') plaziert wird und diese eine gemeinsame seitliche Ausrichtungsebene bilden.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß teilausgestanzte Abstandsstücke (31) bei einer maschinellen Montage der Kontaktelementegruppe (11, 11', 12, 12', 27) im Faltprozeß einen vorgegebenen Abstand zwischen der oberen Kontaktgruppe (11, 27, 12) und der unteren Kontaktgruppe (11', 27', 12') aufgrund der Sollknickstellen und der entsprechenden Länge des Abstandsstücke (31) vorgeben.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Einzelleiteranschlüsse (7) in einem Klemmenblock (8) mit einseitig angeordneten Betätigungsteilen (18) oder mit zur Einstecköffnung (7) des Leiters angeordneten Betätigungsteilen zur Leiterklemmung ausgeführt sind.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isoliergehäuse (19) Befestigungsöffnungen (20) aufweist, durch die Halte- oder Befestigungsmittel (21) gesteckt werden können und damit der gesamte elektrische Verbinder (1) an einer Gerätewand oder Geräteplatte befestigt werden kann.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isoliergehäuse (19) einen zum lösbaren Verbinden des am elektrisch leitenden, mehradrigen Flachbandkabel (6) vorgesehenen vorkonfektionierten Flachbandkabel-Stecker (5) führenden Aufhahmerahmen (13) aufweist.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isoliergehäuse (19) einen für ein Flachbandkabel (6) vorbereiteten Direktanschluß mit Durchdringungskontakten für Flachbandkabel (6) besitzt.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) zum Verbinden eines elektrisch leitenden mehradrigen Plachbandkabels (6) mit mindestens einem Industriestecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isoliergehäuse (19) einen Klemmenblock (8) mit Anschlüsse (15) für Industriesteckverbinder.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlüsse (15) Kodierelemente (33) aufweisen.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isoliergehäuse (19) in einen an einer Gerätefrontseite befestigbaren Aufnahmerahmen (16) einsteckbar ist, daß der Aufnahmerahmen (16) seitlich durch die Frontöffnung einer Gerätefrontseite ragende vorstehende Stücke (34) zur Befestigung des elektrischen Verbinders (1) besitzt und daß das Isoliergehäuse (19) des elektrischen Verbinders (1) seitliche Gegenstücke (36) zur Befestigung an den vorstehenden Stükken (34) des Aufnahmerahmens (16) besitzt und mittels dieser in der Öffnung (41) des Aufnahmerahmens (16) positioniert und fixiert wird.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Isoliergehäuse (19) Halteelemente (37) für eine Tragschienenbefestigung einstückig mit dem Isoliergehäuse (19) befestigt sind.
- Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Isoliergehäuse (19) Halteelemente (37) für eine Tragschienenbefestigung nachträglich vorzugsweise über Nuten, Keilführungen oder Schnappbefestigungen mit dem Isoliergehäuse (19) insbesondere lösbar verbindbar sind.
