Claims (9)
- Magazin- und Transporteinrichtung (10), insbesondere für nach VDA genormte Kleinladungsträger aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, die wannenförmig mit einem viereckigen Boden (12) und mit vom Boden (12) nach oben stehenden Seitenwänden (14, 16) ausgebildet ist, wobei mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (14, 16) an ihrer Innenseite (18, 20) jeweils mit einer äquidistanten Rasterung (22) aus Rippen (24, 34) ausgebildet sind, und wobei mindestens ein längliches Bügelelement (28) zur Ausbildung eines Lagerabteils zwischen diesen Seitenwänden (14, 16) temporär festlegbar ist, wobei das Bügelelement (28) an seinen beiden voneinander entfernten Enden (30) jeweils ein an die Rasterung (22) angepaßtes Rastorgan (32) aufweist, das vom Bügelelement (28) seitlich wegsteht und in Bezug auf die Dickenmittelachse (36) des Bügelelementes (28) seitlich versetzt (Pfeil 38) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (24) der Seitenwand-Rasterungen (22) sich in Höhenrichtung der entsprechenden Seitenwände (14, 16) erstrecken und vom Boden (12) einen Abstand (Pfeil 42) besitzen, so daß zwischen dem Boden (12) der jeweiligen Seitenwand (14, 16) und den Rippen (24) der Seitenwand-Rasterung (22) ein Spaltraum (44) gebildet ist, und daß der Boden (12) mit Durchgangsschlitzen (46) ausgebildet ist, die in den entsprechenden Spaltraum münden.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasterungen (22) und die Rastorgane (32) von Rippen (24, 34) gebildet sind, wobei die Rippen (24) der Rasterungen (22) zueinander parallel verlaufen und voneinander äquidistant beabstandet sind, und der lichte Abstand der Rille (26) zwischen benachbarten Rippen (24) an die Querabmessung der entsprechenden Rastorgan-Rippe (34) angepaßt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Bügelelement (28) ein eine entsprechende Biegesteifigkeit ergebendes Querschnittsprofil besitzt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Bügelelement (28) ein Doppel-T-Querschnittsprofil besitzt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Bügelelement (28) an seiner unterseitigen Grundfläche (58) einen Zapfen (60) aufweist, und daß der Boden (12) zum Einstecken des Zapfens (60) mit Löchern (62) ausgebildet ist, die in einer zur entsprechenden Seitenwand (14, 16) parallelen Reihe (64) voneinander der äquidistanten Rasterung (22) der Seitenwände (14, 16) entsprechend beabstandet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (60) außerhalb der Längsmitte des jeweiligen Bügelelementes (28) von dessen unterseitiger Grundfläche (58) wegsteht, und daß der Boden (12) mit zwei entsprechenden außermittigen Loch-Reihen (64) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (12) mit Waschlöchern (48) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (12) unterseitig mit Versteifungen (54) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (16) oberseitig Manipulations-Laschen (56) wegstehen.
