Claims (7)
- Elektrischer Schalter, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einem Gehäuse (5), mit einem zwischen zwei Endstellungen bewegbaren Kontakthebel (1), der im Gehäuse schwenkbar gelagert ist und mit einem beweglich gelagerten Schaltstück (4) und mindestens einem Festkontakt (22), der starr im Gehäuse (5) angeordnet ist und in einer Endstellung des Kontakthebels (1) von diesem beaufschlagt wird, wobei das Schaltstück (4) mittels einer Relativbewegung zwischen einem Schaltelement und einem Steuerprofil, vorzugsweise Keilprofil, (8), die dem Schaltstück bzw. dem Kontakthebel zugeordnet sind, eine Umschaltung des Kontakthebels unter Vorspannung einer Vorspannungsfeder (16) bewirkt, und wobei das Schaltstück (4) mit dem mittels einer Vorspannung am Schaltstück federnd abgestützten Steuerprofil (8) versehen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontakthebel (1) an seinem dem Steuerprofil (8) zugewandten Ende als Schaltelement (18) eine Abtastfläche aufweist, welche einstükkig mit dem als einfaches Blechteil ausgestalteten Kontakthebel verbunden ist, wobei die Abtastfläche auf das Steuerprofil (8) einwirkt und wobei die Abtastfläche zum Steuerprofil hin konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als Keilprofil ausgestaltetes Steuerprofil (8) einen von dem Schaltelement (18) wegweisenden Führungsansatz (15) aufweist, der sowohl für eine Führung für das Keilprofil im Schaltstück als auch für die Aufnahme einer Vorspannfeder (16) sorgt.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungsansatz (15) ein topfförmiger Hohlkörper ist, der in seinem Innenraum die Vorspannfeder (16) aufnimmt und dessen Außenfläche als Führungsfläche innerhalb einer entsprechenden Führungsausnehmung (14) im Schaltstück (4) dient.
- Schalter nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltstück (4) mit Führungsbacken (17) versehen ist, welche an den Seitenflächen des Keilprofils (8) angreifen und diese gegen eine Drehbewegung um die Längsachse des Schaltstücks sichern.
- Schalter nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, da durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontakthebel (1) mit seinem Schaltelement (18) während der Schalterbetätigung in den Raum zwischen den Führungsbacken (17) eingreift, wobei ein erheblicher Freiraum zwischen der Innenfläche der Backen und den zugeordneten Seitenflächen des Schaltelements (18) gegeben ist.
- Schalter nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilprofil (8) vorzugsweise am Führungsansatz (15) mit Führunsflügeln (25) versehen ist , die das Keilprofil (8) in zugeordneten Führungsnuten (26) am Schaltstück (4) längs verschiebbar und drehungsfrei führen.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnuten an ihrem, dem Kontakthebel zugewandten Ende mit geneigte Anschlagflächen versehen sind, welchen entsprechend geneigte Widerlagerflächen an den Führungsflügeln zugeordnet sind.
