Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Taschenfederkernes mit einer Vielzahl von parallelen Ketten eingetaschter Federn, wobei jede Kette eine fortlaufende Reihe von Federn aufweist, die von einer insbesondere tuchartigen Umhüllung eng ummantelt und durch diese miteinander verbunden sind, wobei vorzugsweise die so gebildeten Taschen einer Kette zur Abgrenzung der Federn quer verlaufende Verbindungsnähte aufweisen, die parallel zu den Längsachsen der Federn gerichtet sind, wobei ferner die benachbarten Ketten mechanisch miteinander verbunden sind, wozu jeweils eine erste Anzahl von Ketten im Bereich der die getaschten Federn verbindenden Stege mit Schlitzen versehen und mit Abstand voneinander zueinander parallel gerichtet angeordnet sind, eine zweite Anzahl von Ketten rechtwinklig zu der ersten Anzahl von Ketten gerichtet parallel zu- und mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind und die erste und zweite Anzahl von Ketten in Zeilen und Spalten angeordnet sind, wobei die zwischen parallelen Reihen gebildeten Abstände durch in die Lücken der Elemente der ersten Anzahl von Ketten eingesetzte Elemente der zweiten Anzahl von Ketten ausgefüllt sind, so daß die Elemente jeder folgenden Zeile oder Spalte versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei ferner die Schlitze als lediglich in dem Bereich offene Löcher, insbesondere Langlöcher, ausgebildet sind, der zwischen den durch die Stirnflächen der eingetaschten Federn gebildeten beiden Ebenen liegt und jede Kette der zweiten Anzahl von Ketten jeweils in Flucht zueinander ausgerichtete Löcher der aus der ersten Anzahl von Ketten gebildeten Kettenschar durchgreifend angeordnet ist, wobei im Bereich eines jeden Durchgriffes ein Bereich eines Verbindungssteges zwischen getaschten Federn der Kette der zweiten Anzahl angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung im wesentlichen aus drei Modulen (6,7,8) besteht, die in Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind, daß das erste mittlere Modul (6) eine insbesondere rechenartige Zuführvorrichtung (9) umfaßt, mittels derer die Anzahl von Ketten (3) erster Art nebeneinander, parallel zueinander und mit zueinander fluchtenden Löchern (1) ausrichtbar und einem Schußpfad für die Kette zweiter Art zuführbar sind, so daß jeweils ein durch die Löcher (1) der benachbarten Ketten (3) aufgespannter, kanalartiger Einschubpfad (10) für eine Kette (4) der zweiten Art gebildet ist, daß am Beginn des Einschubpfades (10) neben dem ersten mittleren Modul (6) ein zweites Modul (7) angeordnet ist, mittels dessen die Kette (4) zweiter Art lagerichtig zum Einschubpfad (10) ausrichtbar und in Richtung parallel zur Mittelachse der Federn (2) der Kette (4) zweiter Art auf eine geringe Höhe zusammenpreßbar ist, die gleich oder geringer als die Höhe der zueinander fluchtenden, den Einschubpfad (10) bildenden Löcher (1) der Ketten (3) erster Art ist,
daß am Ende des Einschubpfades (10) neben dem ersten Modul (6) ein drittes Modul (8) angeordnet ist, das ein Transportmittel (12) aufweist, welches koaxial zum Einschubpfad (10) durch diesen hindurch verfahrbar ist, mittels dessen das freie Ende der im zweiten Modul (7) befindlichen Kette (4) zweiter Art erfaßbar und durch den Einschubpfad (10) in eine Position bewegbar ist, in der die einander kreuzende Sollposition der Kette (4) zweiter Art relativ zur Schar der Ketten (3) erster Art erreicht ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste mittlere Modul (6) einen Ablagetisch (14) für die aufrecht stehend angeordneten Ketten (3) erster Art aufweist, der im Bereich des Einschub pfades (10) eine unterhalb desselben angeordnete und parallel zu dessen Längserstreckung gerichtete erste Führungsfläche (15) aufweist, wobei oberhalb desselben eine balkenartige parallel zur ersten Führungsfläche (15) gerichtete zweite Führungsfläche (16) angeordnet ist, die zur ersten Führungsfläche (15) hin und von dieser weg verstellbar ist, daß Positioniermittel (I,II) am ersten Modul (6) angeordnet sind, mittels derer die zueinander parallelen Ketten (3) erster Art schrittweise so positionierbar sind, daß jeweils der zwischen zwei eingetaschten Federn (2) einer Kette (3) befindliche, mit Lochung (1) versehene Bereich mittig des Einschubpfades (10) und der Führungsflächen (15,16) ausrichtbar ist und die entsprechenden Lochungen (1) aller Ketten (3) erster Art in Flucht zueinander ausgerichtet sind, daß Streckmittel am ersten Modul (6) angeordnet sind, mittels derer die Ketten (3) erster Art im Bereich der den Einschubpfad (10) bildenden Lochungen (1) in Längserstreckungsrichtung der Ketten (3) von der den Einschubpfad (10) bildenden Ebene weg gerichtet streckbar und spannbar sind oder zumindest quer zum Einschubpfad (10) gestreckt gehalten sind, daß die zweite Führungsfläche (16) bei positionierten Lochungsbereichen (1) der Ketten (3) ersten Art auf die Stegbereiche der Ketten (3) absenkbar ist, welche die Lochungen (1) aufweisen, so daß die Ketten (3) erster Art in diesem Bereich in Richtung der Mittellängsachse ihrer Federn (2) zusammengepreßt und in der Höhe reduziert sind, wobei zudem die Lochungen (1) hierdurch erweitert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (15,16) im Bereich des Querdurchlaufs der Ketten (3) erster Art Nuten aufweisen, deren Breite mindestens etwas größer ist als der Breite des gelochten Stegbereichs der Ketten (3) zwischen den benachbarten Federn (2) einer jeden Kette (3) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (15,16) mit reibungsminderndem Belag versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniermittel (I,II) Halteelemente (20,22) aufweisen, von denen erste Halteelemente (20) in die dem Einschubpfad (10) benachbarten Kreuzungsbereiche der gekreuzten Ketten (3,4) erster und zweiter Art eingreifen und von denen zweite Halteelemente (22) die zwischen jeweils zwei benachbarten Federn (2) einer Kette (3) erster Art befindlichen Stegbereiche gabelartig übergreifen, wobei alle Halteelemente (20,22) an parallel zum Einschubpfad (10) gerichteten Traversen gehaltert sind, die taktweise in abgesenkter Eingriffsposition in Vorschubrichtung der Ketten (3) erster Art um einen Lochungsabstand quer zum Einschubpfad (10) verstellbar, aus der Verstellendposition bis in eine Außereingriffsposition der Halteelemente (20,22) anhebbar, entgegen der Vorschubrichtung der Ketten (3) erster Art um einen Lochungsabstand verstellbar und in dieser Endposition in Eingriffsposition der Halteelemente absenkbar sind, wobei die Traversen vorzugsweise starr miteinander gekoppelt und mit motorischen oder druckmittelbetriebenen Antrieben verfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniermittel (I,II) außerdem die Streckmittel sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem zweiten, in Zuführrichtung der Ketten (4) zweiter Art vor dem Einführende des Einschubpfades (10) angeordneten Modul (7) eine Transportvorrichtung (27) angeordnet ist, mittels derer eine Kette (4) zweiter Art dem zweiten Modul (7) zuführbar ist, daß zwischen der Transportvorrichtung (27) und dem zweiten Modul (7) eine Trennvorrichtung (28) angeordnet ist, mittels derer das in das zweite Modul (7) transportierte Ende des endlos Kettenstranges der Kette (4) zweiter Art im Bereich eines zwischen zwei Federn befindlichen Steges (5) durchtrennbar ist und daß das zweite Modul (7) eine zweite Transportvorrichtung (29) aufweist, mittels derer das abgelängte Kettenteilstück bis in Sollposition im zweiten Modul (7) in Richtung auf den Einschubpfad (10) des ersten Moduls (6) transportierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Transportvorrichtung (29), die die Aufstandsebene für die orthogonal zu dieser ausgerichteten Federn der Kette (4) zweiter Art bildet, vorzugsweise als Bandförderer ausgebildet ist, und daß am zweiten Modul (7) oberhalb der Aufstandsebene eine Traverse (30) gehaltert ist, die orthogonal zur Aufstandsebene hin und von dieser weg verfahrbar ist, wobei mittels dieser Traverse (30) das abgelängte und in Sollposition befindliche Teilstück der Kette (4) zweiter Art unter Reduzierung der Federnhöhe zusammenpreßbar ist und nach Übergabe an das erste Modul (6) die Traverse (30) in die Ausgangsposition zurückverfahrbar ist, in welcher das folgende Ende der Kette (4) zweiter Art in den Freiraum zwischen Aufstandsebene und Traverse (30) einführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dritte Modul (8) als Transportmittel (12) ein in den Einschubkanal (10) der im ersten Modul (6) angeordneten Ketten (3) erster Art entgegen der Zuführrichtung der Kette (4) zweiter Art verfahrbares, stangenförmiges Element aufweist, das an seinem in Verfahrrichtung vorderen Ende eine Spannzange (33) aufweist, die in einer dem Ende der Kette (4) zweiter Art angenäherten Position in Offenlage verstellbar ist, in eine Position verfahrbar ist, in der die Zangenbacken die endseitige eingetaschte Feder der Kette (4) zweiter Art in zusammengedrückter Form erfassend in Schließlage verstellbar sind, wobei das stangenförmige Element samt der erfaßten Kette (4) zweiter Art in Zuführrichtung der Kette (4) zweiter Art in die Ausgangsposition zurück verfahrbar ist und die Zangenbacken nach Sollpositionierung der Kette (4) zweiter Art in dem mittleren Modul (6) in die Offenlage verstellbar sind.
