Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de corps d'ouvrage (5) constitués de feuillets imprimés pliés (4), dans lequel les feuillets imprimés comportant diverses impressions sont amenés individuellement suivant un ordre défini au dispositif de couture (15) d'une couseuse au fil textile (1) et sont brochés les uns aux autres par au moins un fil de liage (22) traversant la pliure des feuillets imprimés, caractérisé en ce que les feuillets imprimés sont amenés sur le parcours menant au dispositif de couture (15) avec au moins un des côtés constituant le bord intérieur de la pliure d'un feuillet imprimé en position d'ouverture à un dispositif de contrôle vérifiant la facture des feuillets, à savoir leur intégralité et/ou leur condition de traitement ou, selon les cas, leur position d'ouverture au moyen des impressions.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les impressions saisies par voie optique sont ensuite comparées à une valeur de référence enregistrée et que la différence qui en résulte est convertie pour former un signal qui influe sur le processus de fabrication de façon à l'interrompre ou à le corriger.
  3. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, se composant d'un dispositif de convoyage (8) couplé en amont du dispositif de couture (15) de la couseuse au fil textile (1), sur lequel les feuillets imprimés (14) ouverts sont transportés les uns à la suite des autres, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur du dispositif de convoyage (8) saisissant les feuillets imprimés (4) entraínés par l'avancement, à califourchon au niveau du bord intérieur de la pliure, il est disposé un dispositif de lecture optoélectrique (13) associé à un dispositif de contrôle et agissant à peu près perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement des feuillets imprimés (4).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de convoyage (8) présente des surface de réception s'inclinant latéralement en biais (9), qui, dans la zone de lecture du dispositif de lecture (13), sont interrompues ou, selon les cas, sont conçues avec un creux (14) de type fenêtre.
