Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour assembler des produits imprimés (4) le long d'une section d'assemblage (2) formée d'un dispositif de transport (12) et de dispositifs d'amenée (3) pour les produits imprimés (4), le dispositif de transport (12) présentant des stations réceptrices (5) pour des produits imprimés (4) amenés qui sont disposées à intervalles réguliers sur un moyen de traction circulant (7), caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur (8) détectant des stations réceptrices défectueuses (6) sur le dispositif de transport (12) est disposé le long de la section de transport (2) et relié à un dispositif de commande (16) qui détermine l'amenée de produits imprimés (4) aux stations réceptrices (5) du dispositif de transport (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (8) est disposé à la fin de la section d'assemblage (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (8) est disposé avant le début de la section d'assemblage (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (8) est conçu pour la détection optique, électrique ou mécanique de stations réceptrices défectueuses (6).
- Procédé pour assembler des produits imprimés dans un dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les stations réceptrices défectueuses (6) ne sont pas alimentées par les dispositifs d'amenée (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (16) présente un calculateur qui, à partir du volume de tirage à produire et d'un reste de tirage encore à produire vérifiable, détermine le maintien d'un processus de traitement en cours.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (16) interrompt le processus de traitement en cours pour remédier à une station réceptrice défectueuse (6).
- Utilisation du procédé selon une des revendications 5 à 7 dans une assembleuse servant à fabriquer des corps d'ouvrage reliés par collage.
- Utilisation du procédé selon une des revendications 5 à 7 dans une encarteuse-piqueuse servant à fabriquer des produits imprimés reliés par agrafage.
