Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour la production d'imprimés sélectivement assemblés (7), comme des journaux, des magazines ou des catalogues, avec un parcours de production (3), par exemple une encarteuse-piqueuse ou un dispositif d'assemblage par collage, sur lequel les imprimés (7) sont transportés les uns à la suite des autres, avec un dispositif de commande (S), avec un dispositif d'évacuation pour évacuer des imprimés défectueux, et avec des moyens de détection (6) qui détectent et enregistrent des lacunes (L) provenant d'imprimés (7) évacués sur le parcours de production (3), lacunes qui sont créées par des imprimés évacués (7), caractérisé en ce que :
    a) des imprimés génériques (2) sont produits dans un nombre prédéterminé sur le parcours de production (3) et apportés à un poste tampon de produits (13),
    b) dans le cas d'une lacune (L) formée par des imprimés évacués (7), celle-ci est détectée et enregistrée par les moyens de détection (6),
    c) on prélève du poste tampon de produits (13) le nombre d'imprimés génériques (2) qui est nécessaire pour remplir les lacunes enregistrées (L), et
    d) les imprimés génériques prélevés (2) sont mis en place dans les lacunes enregistrées (L).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, afin de remplir les lacunes (L), les imprimés génériques (2) sont transportés cycliquement de façon automatique depuis le poste tampon de produits (13) par l'intermédiaire d'un parcours d'insertion (11), ces imprimés génériques (2) étant mis en place entre les imprimés (7) afin de fermer les lacunes (L).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on produit avec les imprimés (7, 2) des colis complets et conformes à la distribution prévue, ces colis contenant éventuellement un ou plusieurs imprimés génériques (2), non sélectifs.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, afin de remplir le poste tampon de produits (13), la production d'imprimés génériques supplémentaires (2) est déclenchée automatiquement au moyen du dispositif de commande (S).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les imprimés génériques (2) sont, après avoir été mis en place dans les lacunes (L), pourvus d'une adresse de distribution correcte.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les imprimés (7, 2) sont des imprimés assemblés par agrafage, par couture ou par collage.
  7. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, avec un parcours de production (3), sur lequel peuvent être produits tant des imprimés sélectivement assemblés (7) que des imprimés génériques (2), avec un dispositif de commande (S), avec un dispositif d'évacuation pour évacuer des imprimés défectueux ou endommagés (7) du parcours de production (3), et avec des moyens de détection (6) pour détecter des lacunes (L) entre les imprimés sélectivement assemblés (7) qui sont créées par les imprimés défectueux ou endommagés évacués (7),
    sachant qu'il est prévu un poste tampon de produits (13) auquel des imprimés génériques (2) peuvent être apportés à partir du parcours de production (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un aiguillage d'évacuation (10), et qu'il est prévu un dispositif d'insertion (11) par lequel les imprimés génériques (2) peuvent, à partir du poste tampon de produits (13), être ramenés cycliquement au parcours de production (3), dans les lacunes créées.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection (6) sont disposés avant l'aiguillage d'évacuation (10), considéré dans le sens de production (8).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le poste tampon de produits (13) est disposé dans un parcours secondaire (B) qui s'étend à la manière d'une dérivation parallèlement à un parcours principal (H) du parcours de production (3).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les imprimés génériques (2) sont mis en place dans le parcours de production (3) sensiblement à la fin de la chaîne de production.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le parcours secondaire (B) est disposé au-dessus du parcours principal (H).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le poste tampon de produits (13) et au moins le dispositif d'insertion (11) sont réalisés sous forme de module.
