Definitions
- the invention relates to a cover for track systems for protection against pollutant entry consisting of collecting elements, which cover the web body, and holding elements for fastening the collecting elements.
- a cover is from publication EP-A-539 349 known.
- Such covers are used when decanting liquid Substances in or from a rail vehicle or when cleaning in front of rail vehicles, where dirty wastewater is produced can, a pollutant entry into the soil and from to prevent here in the groundwater.
- German patent application P 44 33 921.6 describes protection of track systems, in which a section of the inner track area passes through two identical, symmetrically arranged, identical Collecting elements is covered by means of rail-shaped Holding elements in the middle of a pair of track rails are laid parallel to the track rails, on the track sleepers be attached.
- the collecting elements are off made of a permanently elastic material and are against each other clamped to a liquid-tight cover of the floor area to ensure.
- Around the floor area outside to cover the pair of track rails are rail-shaped fasteners right and left outside the pair of track rails laid parallel to the track rails and with the Soil anchored so that permanently elastic collecting elements between the fasteners and the opposite Rail can be braced.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a cover to create for track systems, which quickly and with little Costs can be assembled and disassembled and which fastening the collecting elements regardless of the present design which enables track sleepers.
- this object is achieved in that the Holding elements for fastening the collecting elements as the Traverses bridging the inner rail area are attached to the underside of the rails, and that the collecting elements are attached to the trusses.
- the trusses form one of the railway sleepers and the Track body independent substructure that has an attachment the collecting elements in a precisely defined position.
- An assembly level for the collecting elements is bridged created that always defines the procedural level of the Rail vehicle predetermined by the top of the rails is arranged. This allows the collecting elements on a precisely definable one relative to the rail Level can be arranged, which is the construction of the cover much easier.
- the bottom of the rail can be gripped, for example take place, which overlap the rail foot and by means of Bolts can be attached to the crossbars.
- Bolts can be attached to the crossbars.
- the trusses are flush with the underside of the rails so that the assembly level is parallel to the travel level of the Rail vehicles is arranged and additional support blocks are unnecessary. It can, if necessary should also be between the holding element and the underside of the rail Spacers or the like can be arranged, if guaranteed is that through the trusses an assembly level is formed, which is always in a defined orientation to the Bottom of the rail runs. You can also attach the trusses other aids such as fasteners, clamps and the like are welded or screwed to them what is not possible with previously known constructions.
- the trusses are preferably at right angles to the Rails, d. H. mounted parallel to the track sleepers, she can also include any angle to them.
- the traverses are advantageously on the inside of the track rail opposite side of the rails laterally about this before, with further catch elements on the supernatants are attachable. This allows the attachment of the The outer track area arranged collecting elements on the same assembly level as that of the collecting elements of the interior of the track rail respectively. Furthermore, they are separate Retaining elements for the outer track area can be dispensed with and the structure of the track system cover considerably simplified.
- the collecting elements are advantageously supported on spacers attached to the trusses, the spacers at different distances from a rail have different heights and through this Difference in height defines the gradient of the collecting elements becomes.
- Separate spacers can be used which can be attached to the trusses, for example screwed are so that the slope of the cover plates if necessary can be changed.
- the spacers can, however also, for example, directly on the collecting elements, for example in the form of web plates, which in the assembled state of the Collecting elements can run parallel to the track rails, be arranged. Because of the support of the collecting elements through the spacers, the collecting elements then also be made in thinner material thicknesses.
- a particularly stable embodiment is when the Spacers as being substantially parallel to the rails arranged U-profile rails with side parts of different Heights are executed, the base of the U-profile rails attachable to the crossbars, for example screwable can be executed. This is a big one Given the support area of the spacer on the trusses and the spacers are easy to manufacture.
- the collecting elements advantageously have one on the Rails adjoining the slope and one adjoining the slope subsequent gutter opposite the rail on.
- the gutter can also be a U-profile be carried out with a substantially flat floor and is for draining liquids to a sewer system or connected to a catch basin or the like.
- the expansion of the drain slope and the drain gutter across the longitudinal direction of the rail is advantageously dimensioned in such a way that the track rail interior by means of each other Opposing identical collecting elements can be covered whose drainage channels lie against each other. If necessary can be between adjacent drainage channels or between the drainage slope the collecting element and the adjacent rail a seal may be provided or one between adjacent Gaps occurring drainage channels using cover elements be covered.
- Those in the interior of the track and in the area of the exterior of the track arranged collecting elements can be constructed identically his.
- the drainage channels are advantageously provided with cover hoods provided so that, for example, existing in the gutter Dirty water is shielded and occupational safety for the staff working on the track system is increased.
- a simple cover adjacent to the inside of the track rail drainage channels arranged to each other is thereby possible that the covers are designed as U-profile rails are, with the opposite side parts of the U-profile rails Support in adjacent gutters.
- the top of the Covers for example the base of the U-profiles on top, with through openings, for example with longitudinal slots, Mistake.
- the covers are made so stable that they are walkable.
- the covers can be moved Avoid transverse to the longitudinal direction of the gutter. This can be done in a simple manner, for example achieved that the side parts of the hoods on the Fit the side walls of the drainage channel.
- the covers with the upper edge of the channel off, leaving a step between the top of the hood and the adjacent level of the slope or the outer side wall of the gutter is avoided and thus the sure-footedness of those who walk on the track cover People is increased.
- a shift of the covers in the drainage channel can of course also be achieved in that the side parts the covers on additionally provided projections rest in the area of the gutter.
- the fall arrest elements can be walked on, they can be provided with a profiling that the surefootedness elevated. However, it can also be walked-in, liquid-permeable Foot plates are provided above the slope are arranged.
- the foot plates can be on the rail side on the slope rest, advantageously directly adjacent to the rail head, being a support for the side facing away from the rail the kick plates cover covers arranged in the gutters serve.
- the height of the covers is advantageous dimensioned so that the tread plates essentially can be laid horizontally, d. H. the tops of the covers end at the top level of the slopes.
- the track system cover according to FIGS. 1 to 3 has crossbeams 1 designed holding elements for covering the web body Elements, with the trusses between the Track sleepers 2, arranged parallel to them and themselves extend below the track rails 3.
- the trusses 1 bridge the inside of the track and stand in the track area outside.
- the trusses 1 are the holding claws 4 via screw bolts 5 on the rail foot attached and lie flush against the underside of the rails.
- the gutter 11 has a substantially rectangular Cross section on.
- the taper 10 lies on the different heights side parts 7, 8 of Spacer 6 on, causing the slope of the slope 10 is defined.
- the one-piece to the drainage slope molded gutter 11 of course can also be designed as a separate component on the cross member 1 is an optimal support on the underside the slope 10 ensures.
- the drain slope 10 is only on the gutter 11 as well as another support bar, which also supports attached to the collecting element 9 or molded in one piece can.
- the collecting elements 9 and 14 are identical in construction to one another.
- the drainage channels are 11 can be covered with covers so that, for example of the run-off slopes 10 expired, in the drainage channels 11 collecting dirty water is shielded and the cover attending personnel before entering the drainage channels is protected.
- the collecting elements 9 and the covers are therefore to be made with an appropriate material thickness.
- the covers have 12 such a height that its top is at height the adjacent area of the drain slope 10 and the outer area Side wall of the gutter 11 ends so that the Cover has no major steps and can be walked on safely is.
- the Cover 12a the adjacent area of the drain slope 10 so that on the substantially horizontally arranged Base of the U-shaped cover and on one area same levels of drainage slopes 10 liquid permeable and walkable step plates 13, for example in the form of Gratings, can be placed.
- the run-off slopes 10 corresponds to the level the top of the base of the hood 12a the top the run-off slopes 10 so the tread plates 13 to be laid close to the rails 3, so that an almost there is a continuous accessible area.
- the Rails 3 In the interior of the track rails there are areas between the Rails 3 mirror-symmetrically identical collecting elements 9 arranged by means of a not shown Seal seal against the rails 3 and the with the abut horizontal outer sides of the drainage channels 11. If necessary, a seal can also be provided here his.
- the adjacent drainage channels 11 of the collecting elements 9 of the interior of the track rails are via a common cover 15 covered, each at the on the slopes adjoin adjacent side walls of the drainage channels 11 and so against a displacement transverse to the longitudinal direction of the Rails 3 are secured.
- the height of the hoods 15 can also those of the covers 12a of the collecting elements 14 of the Track area outside be adapted so that either the Cover hoods 15 serve as support points for tread plates 13.
- tread plates 13 of the interior can also Track area inside bridging be and on the upper areas of opposite collecting elements 9 rest so that the covers 15 are unnecessary are.
- the gutters 11 are with connected to a sewer system. Furthermore, they are Cross-sectional contours of the hoods 12, 12a and 15 to the Shape of the gutters 11 adapted so that the side walls 16 and 17 of the covers 12, 12a and 15 each directly rest on the side walls of the drainage channels or only one have a small distance from these, so that a lateral Displacement of the covers 12, 12a, 15 across the rails 3 is prevented. Furthermore, one is as stepless as possible Transition between the covers 12 and 15 and the adjacent Area of the collecting elements 9, 14 guaranteed.
- the Cover hoods 15 are supported in their central area on the respective outer, adjacent side walls of the Gutters from, so that a particularly stable cover is given is.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 they are in the longitudinal direction of the rails collecting elements arranged adjacent to one another 9, 14 fastened to one another by means of screw bolts 18.
- the collecting elements can ensure a smooth transition with their arranged transversely to the rail direction Sides with cranked areas, the catch elements can also be laid on butt and over Perforated plates must be screwed together.
- Projections may be provided against which the outer side walls the gutters can be created or on the undersides the collecting elements guide webs can be arranged, which to the Side walls of the spacers can be created, so that a shift of the collecting elements transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rails is prevented.
- the covers 12, 15 are with Longitudinal slots 19 provided that the entry of the run-off slopes draining dirty water into the drainage channels facilitate.
- All components can be made of plastic or be made of metal. If step plates are provided, so the collecting elements can also save weight as plastic parts low material thickness.
