Claims (15)
- Trichterfalzwalze für Längsfalztrichter (4) für einen Falzapparat in einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Trichterfalzwalze (2; 3) mindestens eine unabhängig von der Trichterfalzwalze (2; 3) frei rotierbare Führung (16; 17; 18; 19) für ein Papierbahneinzugsmittel (21; 22; 23; 24) aufweist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trichterfalzen (2; 3) angetrieben sind.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Antrieb der Trichterfalzwalzen (2; 3) ein drehzahlgeregelter Antriebsmotor (42; 43) vorgesehen ist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen (16; 17; 18; 19) auf einer Welle (6; 7) der Trichterfalzwalze (2; 3) gelagert sind.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Trichterfalzwalze (2; 3) in mindestens zwei Trichterfalzwalzenteile (8, 9, 10; 12, 13, 14) quergeteilt ist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Trichterfalzwalzenteilen (8; 9; 10; 12; 13; 14) jeweils eine Führung (16; 17; 18; 19) angeordnet ist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (16; 17; 18; 19) in einer Ringnut der Trichterfalzwalze (2; 3) gelagert ist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trichterfalzwalzenteile (8; 9; 10; 12; 13; 14) mit der Welle (6; 7) drehfest verbunden sind.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (6; 7) mit einem Antriebsmotor (42; 43) verbunden ist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Welle (6; 7) und dem Antriebsmotor (42; 43) jeweils eine Kupplung (41) angeordnet ist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (16; 17; 18; 19) aus einem Außenring eines Kugellagers (26) besteht.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenring seitliche Borde aufweist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Wellenende (31, 32, 33, 34) der Trichterfalzwalze (2; 3) in einem seitengestellfest gelagerten Gleitstein (36, 37, 38, 39) angeordnet ist, der mittels eines Antriebes (56, 57, 58, 59, 61; 56, 57, 58, 59, 62; 56, 57, 58, 59 63; 56, 57, 58, 59, 64) verschiebbar ist.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb jeweils aus einer Gewindespindel (56), einem Zahnradgetriebe (58), einer Antriebswelle (59) und einem Stellmotor (61; 62; 63; 64) mit Rotations-Winkellagegeber (66; 67; 68; 69) besteht.
- Trichterfalzwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Stellmotor (61; 62; 63; 64) sowie jeder Rotations-Winkellagegeber (66; 67; 68; 68) über einen Antriebsregler (71; 72; 73; 74) mit der Rechnereinheit (49) verbunden ist.
