Claims (9)
- Bogenführende Trommel (2) für Druckmaschinen unter Verwendung von jeweils aus Greiferwelle (19), Greifern (20) und einstellbaren Greiferaufschlagleisten (18) gebildeten und am Trommelumfang gleichmäßig verteilt angeordneten, Greiferbrücken (23),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum separaten Hoch- und Tiefstellen der Greiferaufschlagleisten (18) ein Antrieb (5) im Trommelzapfen (4) der Trommel (2) angeordnet und am Gestell (1) fixiert ist, der über eine getriebetechnische Kopplung (12) mit einzeln in Folge verstellenden Stellmitteln (15) verbunden ist, welche für jede Greiferbrücke (23) mittels einer zugeordneten Positioniereinrichtung (16,17) den Greiferaufschlagleisten (18) gekoppelt sind. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antrieb (5) ein steuerbarer Elektromotor, ein Hydraulik- oder Pneumatikantrieb ist. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die getriebetechnische Kopplung (12) durch ein gesamteinheitlich wirkendes Schraubengetriebe und je ein einzeln auf jedes Stellmittel (15) wirkendes Zahnradgetriebe gebildet ist. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schraubengetriebe durch eine Antriebswelle (7) und eine Geradführung (8, 9) mit Ring (10) gebildet ist. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Zahnradgetriebe durch eine mindestens ein Zahnsegment aufweisende Zahnstange (13) und ein außenverzahntes, drehbewegliches Stellmittel (15) gebildet ist. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei mehreren an der Trommel (2) angeordneten Greiferaufschlagleisten (18) stets nur ein Zahnsegment einer Zahnstange (13) mit dem zugeordneten Stellmittel (15) in Eingriff ist. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei zweifachgroßen Trommeln (2) zwei Stellwellen symmetrisch als Stellmittel (15) angeordnet sind. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei dreifachgroßen Trommeln (2) drei Stellwellen 120° versetzt als Stellmittel (15) angeordnet sind. - Bogenführende Trommel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei vierfachgroßen Trommeln (2) vier Stellwellen 90° versetzt als Stellmittel (15) angeordnet sind.
