Description
Während des Druckbetriebes ist das Sperrventil 24 gesperrt und die Pumpe 11 ist über das Wegeventil 26 mit dem Saugrohr 27 verbunden, so daß sie aus dem Farbtank 21 Farbe über die Leitung 10 und das Ventil 31 über die Zuführungsbohrung 6 in die Farbkammer fördert. Aus der Farbkammer werden über die Abführleitungen 15, 16, die Pumpen 17 und die Wegeventile 18, 19 die Druckfarbe über die Leitung 20 in den Farbtank 21 zurückgepumpt.
Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Reinigung einer Rakelvorrichtung für ein Spülfarbwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, die aus einem mit einer längsverlaufenden Rinne versehenen Rakelmesserträger (5) auf den parallel zueinander zwei an eine Farbauftragswalze (4) anstellbare Rakelmesser befestigt sind, die zusammen mit der Farbauftragswalze (4), der Rinne des Rakelmesserträgers und endseitig an diesem vorgesehenen Dichtungsmitteln eine Farbkammer begrenzen, aus Leitungen (10, 15, 16 zum Zu- und Abführen von Farbe in die Farbkammer und aus ihr heraus und aus Anstelleinrichtungen zum Andrücken des Rakelmesserträgers (5) an die Farbauftragswalze (49) besteht,
bei dem nach dem Abpumpen der Farbe aus der Farbkammer diese mit einem Lösungsmittel gespült wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Farbe aus der Farbkammer über die Abführungsleitung oder- - leitungen zurück in den Farbtank (21) gepumpt wird,daß anschließend aus einem Lösungsmitteltank (14) über die Zuführungsleitung (12, 10) oder -leitungen Lösungsmittel in die Farbkammer gepumpt und über die Abführleitungen (15, 16, 20) während eines vorbestimmten Zeitraums in den Farbtank (21) geleitet wird,daß anschließend das noch durch Farbe verschmutzte Lösungsmittel während eines vorbestimmten Zeitraums in einen Schmutztank (23) gepumpt wird,daß anschließend die Lösungsmittelzufuhr aus dem Lösungsmitteltank (14) unterbrochen und das Lösungsmittel in den Schmutztank (23) gepumpt wird,daß anschließend frisches Lösungsmittel über die Zuführungsleitung (12, 10) in die Farbkammer gepumpt, die Ansaugleitung (12) zum Lösungsmitteltank (14) geschlossen und das Lösungsmittel über die Zuführungs- (10) und Abführungsleitungen (15, 16) in einem geschlossenen Spülkreislauf für eine vorbestimmte Zeit gepumpt wird unddaß anschließend das im Kreislauf geförderte Lösungsmittel in den Schmutztank (23) geleitet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbe der Farbkammer durch eine in deren Mitte befindliche Zuführungsleitung (10) zugeführt und durch seitliche Abführungsleitungen aus dieser abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während jeder Spülphase zeitweise einer der endseitigen Abführungsleitungen (15, 16) gesperrt und die Lösungsmittel auch durch die Zuführungsleitung (10) abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Abpumpens der Farbe aus der Farbkammer die Farbauftragswalze (4) mit einer gegenüber dem Druckbetrieb geringeren Weiterlaufdrehzahl angetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß während der Spülphasen die Farbauftragswalze (4) mit einer gegenüber dem Druckbetrieb höheren Drehzahl angetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß während der Spülphasen die Drehrichtung der mit hoher Drehzahl angetriebenen Farbauftragswalze (4) ein- oder mehrmals umgekehrt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Andrucken mit einer neuen Farbe diese für einen vorbestimmten Zeitraum in den Schmutztank (23) gepumpt wird.
