Definitions
- the invention relates to a in a corner cabinet furniture built-in waste bin with a waste bin lid and a waste receptacle, which is relative to a support frame in a Use position outside the cabinet furniture and a position moved into the cabinet furniture movable is, preferably relative to a fixed waste collector cover.
- DE-Gm 74 05 438 proposes one in a furniture rail-guided waste collector one articulated with the hinge-facing end of the door to control the connected pull rod.
- a waste collector arrangement that can be moved on guide rails then results from DE-GM 69 06 111.
- the present Invention set the task of a generic Built-in waste collector is structurally simple and more advantageous in terms of assignment to train.
- the Traversing rails realized over floor rails.
- the Retracting the waste receptacle sets not the support frame in the sense of bringing about the set back position in motion. It is a defined stopover before. In that sense it is allows the guide rails are designed for a linear movement.
- Brackets can therefore be chosen to be quite thin-walled. Going back to the willful release it still proves to be favorable that to trigger the Procedure in the reset position essentially one vertically aligned trigger pin provided is. The corresponding orientation opens the Use of gravitation in the sense of self-acting Establishing a corresponding rest position. Return springs are therefore unnecessary. Is provided making sure that the trigger pin on one of the brackets sits. Both brackets are expedient in terms of management prepared in the sense of a pin assignment, so that the needs of those who are right and left Door is fully taken into account.
- the further one Design is therefore such that the trigger pin with a snap opening on the corresponding one Travel rail interacts.
- the waste receptacle in a carriage guided on the supporting frame can be used.
- it can also be more act as a waste receptacle to the possibility of the sorting required today, to take better account of environmental concerns.
- the invention in that the support frame as a whole can be moved on an arch guide in the cabinet. The procedure is such that the sheet guide on a circular path takes place with one outside the corner furniture lying center point.
- the correspondingly ideal The center or pivot point is on the one hand in the way realizable that the bow movement is guided by the handlebar.
- the sheet guide can also correspondingly curved rail sections can be achieved. Basically, one track is sufficient if the balanced support is beyond happens on a ball roller at a distance from it.
- the waste collector labeled A in its entirety is housed in a cabinet 1.
- the waste collector A carries a removable waste receptacle 2.
- the illustrated embodiment sees the assignment of two waste receptacles 2 in front. The latter are immediately adjacent and can be offered by additional, different volumes Receiving container 2 may be added.
- the waste receptacles 2 hang in edge supported a horizontally displaceable carriage 3 (cf. Figure 3).
- Said carriage 3 stands over pairs arranged Guide rails 4 in displacement connection to one Support frame 5 of the waste collector A. They extend in the upper area of the support frame. It is a matter of Telescopic rails. These allow you to reach one freely accessible position of use I (cf. Figure 4) the waste receptacle 2. In said Position I is the waste receptacle practically outside the furniture room 6 of the Cupboard furniture 1.
- the support frame 5 ends at the front shortly before an opening 7 of the cabinet furniture 1.
- the opening 7 can be closed via a door 8.
- a waste collector cover 9 covers the top, i.e. towards a ceiling 10 of the cabinet furniture 1 open waste receptacle 2 odor-proof.
- Said cover 9 is realized as a hinged cover and in the area of the back of the support frame 5 by one horizontal axis 11 pivoting, arranged.
- In the area the front of waste collector A are side panels 12 of the cross-sectionally U-profiled cover 9 on notches 13 of the support frame 5 supported. The U opening points down.
- the lid 9 then closes a front, upward bend 14 from (see Figure 5).
- the correspondingly retracted Position is a side view, for example from Figure 5. This retracted into the cabinet 1
- the position of waste collector A is consistently with II designated. It allows the door 8 to be closed.
- Waste collector A would be relative in this case can be moved to a fixed waste bin lid lie. It can be structurally the solution act according to DE-PS 29 16 183. The closer one Reference is made to the second with regard to the explanations and third embodiment of the present application to be explained in more detail.
- the method of the guide rails 4 and thus the Support frame 5 in the further set back position III requires triggering with willpower.
- This serves a trigger pin 24.
- The is aligned vertically and ends at the end facing the ceiling 10 in a gripping handle 25.
- For the corresponding vertical guidance of the Trigger pin 24 is one or the other holder 18 used.
- the upper leg 20 has a guide opening 26 on.
- a corresponding one Hole 27 is near the bottom 17 on the said bracket 18.
- the hole 27 as a guide opening is one here in a horizontal leg separate elbow 28 realized. The latter is using the other leg in the areas the opening of the traversing rail C profile.
- the free end of the floor 17 facing through cylindrical trigger pin 24 is conical or truncated cone-shaped.
- the corresponding rotationally symmetrical sloping flank is over a ramp 29 safely lifted and steered upwards to then depending on gravity into a cross-section Locking opening 30 of the movable part of the waste collector A to occur, here the bottom plate 22, the connected to the corresponding travel rail 16 is.
- the latching opening 30 is realized one laterally from the bottom of the bottom 22 laterally outgoing tongue 31.
- the one that snaps into the latching opening 30 by gravitation Trigger pin 24 is on top of the upper leg 20 lying collar 32 so limited that the bottom 17 facing end easily kept floating above the leg 19 there is. This prevents grinding noises.
- a release pin 24 to prevent it from being pulled out second collar 33 is located at a distance below the the leg 27 having the hole of the angle piece 28 or similar. Said distance is chosen so that the frustoconical tip of the trigger pin 24 fully under the appropriate trigger movement can emerge from the locking opening 30.
- Both bundles 32, 33 are formed by ring spring washers. They claw on the cylindrical surface the trigger pin 24.
- Waste collector A could be under further use of the corner room even deeper into that Furniture moved in as shown, so that the anteroom 34 mentioned would be even larger.
- this Case is then achieved that by the method of Waste collector A in the cupboard 1 essentially transverse to the direction of travel (double arrow x) Gusset room 35 is accessible via vestibule 34.
- Fig. 3 symmetrical structure in the club with the shift in the drawn diagonal D-D are in the reset position III of the Waste collector A even gussets 35 on both sides accessible.
- the entrances going through the anteroom 34 increase the gusset spaces 35 are marked by an arrow y.
- Corner furniture is set on both sides of the opening 7 adjoining remaining walls 36 connecting furniture 37 normal Depth.
- the also on a space-saving relocation of the waste collector A aim will be the reset position III achieved by a swivel movement.
- the waste container can be 2 bring into the exposed free-standing order, So the so-called use position I, and according to Linear movement over the guide rails 4.
- the bottom-mounted track 16 grab, but then as an arch rail would be formed, because in such an embodiment finds a relocation of the entire substructure of waste collector A around one lying on the front Pivot bearing 38 instead (see FIGS. 11 and 14). This is realized on the right-hand side there Bracket 18.
- the lower leg 19 of this bracket is designed as a bearing eye, that of a vertical, in the bottom 17 fixed pin 39 is penetrated (see Figure 13).
- the C profile there the holder 18 abandoned in favor of an S-profile, in which the bottom, lower leg 19 of the bottom plate 22 to the right-hand residual wall 36 points away.
- the reset position III results here minimally from a mere swivel movement.
- the bridge piece 41 is particularly clear from FIG. 13 forth. It is profiled in a U-shape with the free end opposite angled leg ends as mounting flanges for retaining screws or the like. From U-web goes inward with regard to the the first embodiment described in detail Ramp 29 off, in the circular arc of the rest active End of the trigger pin 24 lying.
- the reference numbers are, as far as necessary for understanding, applied analogously.
- the base plate 22 is curled up frontally. This measure is more pronounced in the embodiment 13.
- the apron consistently wears that Reference 44.
- a corresponding unfolding can also carried out on the side facing the rear space 40 be, so that overall a stable bowl-like Base plate 22 is present. It's over the pillars 21, the one-piece by crossbeams 45 on the bottom Stand together, tied to the quite stable support frame 5.
- the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 14 and 15 differs from that shown in FIG in that the waste collector A via a pull rod 46 is coupled to the door 8. It is a arched pull rod. Their door side The end engages enough hinge axes spaced at a pivot point 47 and its drag-active end a driving pin 48 in the underfloor area of the base plate 22. The apron 44 sees a corresponding one Access to attack on the base plate 22 before.
- the driving pin 48 is aligned vertically and crosses an arch slot 49.
- the latter is inside the cabinet For example, of such a length that when fully open Door 8 of the waste collector A from his described set back position III in the so-called retracted Position II has entered (see Figure 15).
- the pull rod 46 can be uncoupled from the driving pin 48.
- the door 8 can be further than shown be opened.
- the length the arch slot 49 may also be chosen so that the end of the arch slot 49 near the door 48 from the one taken in by waste collector A, retracted Position II in the set position III it controls or pushes (not shown).
- a even greater length of the arch slot 49 and the ability to uncouple the pull rod 46 enables e.g. the wide opening of the door 8 while leaving the anteroom 34 as access to the gusset room 35.
- the area outlined in dash-dotted line style of the floor 17 shows the required maneuvering space.
- The is noticeably smaller than the one surrounding this field Usable space of the furniture.
- Release pin 24 with associated bottom opening 30 now occurs near the opening 7 of the cabinet furniture locking cam 50 fixed to the floor. It is in Outward direction of the cabinet furniture from the counter locking means forming support frame 5 overflow.
- the back of the nose-shaped locking cam 50 forms an acute angle aligned with the floor 17 of the cupboard furniture 1 Ramp 51 from. From the highest point of the back descending a vertically aligned blocking edge 52 off. A marginal edge 53 locks against this.
- the latter is formed by an opening 54 in the Base plate 22 of the support frame 5. Instead of an opening could it also be a cavity-forming, after trade above confiscation.
- an angled head plate 55 of the travel rail also acts 16, more precisely the bracket that forms it 18th
- the locking cam 50 can be an integral part of the Bracket 18 may be as preferred Execution according to Figure 19 is the case. As can be seen from it, is the overrun locking cam 50 of one cut-out bend of the connected to the bottom 17, consequently acting as a mounting flange Leg 19 formed. It’s a right angle, upward deflection before such that their Folding edge parallel to the side rail 16 runs. The nose tip of the locking cam 50 is rounded convex, so that planing effect is excluded.
- the free-cut window bears the reference number 56. It can the negative contour of the nose-shaped locking cam 50 or exempted more generously his.
- FIG. 20 to 27 Such a larger free-cut window 56 is shown in FIG the locking cam variant shown in Figures 20 to 27.
- the locking cam 50 that can be overflowed formed from a separate floor-mountable part. It is a plastic cam with the same Silhouette. The reference numbers are used accordingly.
- the one forming the run-up slope 51 is Guide or control surface of this locking cam 50th significantly wider than that offered by the sheet thickness Makes up the width of the above-described locking cam 50.
- the plastic cam is with the leg 19 of the bracket 18 clips. These are on the long sides of the Free cut window 56 mutually directed clip strips 57 taken into account. The latter are about the thickness of a locking cam flange 58 displaced upwards and engage in a retaining groove 59 on the long sides of the Plastic cam body. Vertical groove limiting are the upper side facing the base plate 22 of the locking cam flange 58 and a longitudinal rib 60. Die has a locking cam function and is therefore rounded across and so better overcome by the heads of the clip strips 57. Both long sides have a longitudinal rib 60 Mistake. In addition, there is an advantageous during the clipping process Evasive effect towards the inside because the body of the Plastic cam 50 is hollow. The after the cavity open at the bottom bears the reference number 61.
- the locking cam flange 58 is supported on all sides and consequently set sufficiently stable. His Flange etc. receiving pocket 62 of the leg 19 open towards the bottom. A special attachment of the Locking cam flange 58 is therefore not necessary.
- the clipping is done by pre-assembly.
- the locking position between locking cams 50 and the support frame side Counter locking means in the form of the described Edge 53 can be lifted in the support frame 5 is raised to trigger the movability. This happens so far that the edge 53 from the Area of action of the locking cam 50, more precisely its Barrier edge 52 has occurred. Few are sufficient for this Millimeter. Lifting only needs to Area to be locked. That on or between the rails 16 mounted support frame 5 is therefore assigned tiltable.
- the support frame 5 are stored or supporting cones used; it deals a front, d. H. the opening 7 of the cabinet furniture 1 closer pin 63 and a furniture offset, rear spigot 64.
- the other end of the two facing the support frame 5 Pin 63, 64 is with the connector 23, one upwards angled strip of the floor pan or Base plate 22, in connection.
- the latter is such that Support frame 5 in the front area via an elongated hole / pin guide with the participation of the front Pin 63 can be raised relative to the travel rail 16 and via a rear joint with the participation of the rear pin 64 relative to the travel rail 16 is hinged.
- a comparison of Figures 16 and 17 makes the maximum tilt position achievable in 17 clear.
- the locking cam 50 is free there.
- the support frame 5 can now in the further set position III be followed. Of course, the support frame immediately lowered again when the Edge 53 from the effective range of the blocking edge 52 the locking cam 50 has occurred.
- the zone near the edge of the Edge 53 can even on the ramp 51 put on and use it to support the movement Displacement component from the use of gravity deduce.
- the vertically aligned slot for the front Pin 63 has the reference number 68. It is theoretically around an arch slot with from the geometric Axis of the rear pin 64 formed radius point.
- the lower end of the elongated hole 68 limits the Tilting movement upwards, the upper end brings the horizontal basic alignment of the support member 5 by support there on the pin 63.
- the tilt angle is approx. 3 °.
- the fixed running rail 67 is on the inside of the furniture End open so that the guided track 65 overlap worn there freely limited above can extend.
- the latter means is more classic Art.
- the locking cam 50 can be assigned in pairs, that is lie along both travel rails 16, with the associated one Counter locking means is understood.
- the support frame 5 is a total Movable on a curved guide 69 in the cabinet furniture 1.
- this is used to set back further Position III reached and on the other hand a swing-out position of waste collector A such that it with part of its length from the opening 7 of the Cupboard furniture 1 partially accessible.
- This Intermediate position limited by stroke corresponds in terms of orientation the diagonals D-D described above (cf. Fig. 14).
- x-x can now from this mixed position (partially retracted, partially freely above) the position of use designated I are brought about in full (cf., for example, FIG. 4).
- Another major advantage of this solution is that also here as illustrated in Figure 14, the Long side of waste collector A in the set back Position III reached a very close neighborhood to the remaining wall 36 of the connecting furniture 37.
- the usable space 35 identified by hatching is considerably.
- Said arch guide 69 lies on a circular path. Their center is outside the corner furniture designed cupboard furniture 1 and is designated 70. The one from the inner right corner edge of the waste collector A and the subsequent longitudinal edge of the same circumscribed space requirement for the pivoting movement identified by a line 71.
- center point 70 can also be reached without the need for a boom, that the bow movement is guided.
- Handlebars are shown schematically in the variant in FIG shown and designated 72, 73.
- Articulated polygons are overlapping, yet narrow adjacent arches that come close to line 71.
- the arch guide 69 shown in FIG. 28 can be through correspondingly curved rail sections achieve, practically in the way that Traversing rails 16 are constructed.
- the trigger are adapted accordingly, also applicable.
