Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Antrieb mehrerer Übertragungszylinder einer digitalen Druckmaschine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nur einer (2; 12) der mehreren Übertragungszylinder (1, 2; 11, 12, 13) mit einem Motor (6; 16) verbunden ist und daß die mehreren Übertragungszylinder durch Schmitzringe (9, 10; 17) miteinander verbunden sind, die unter einer Vorspannung gegeneinander abrollen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an jedem axialen Ende jedes der mehreren Übertragungszylinder (1, 2) axial ein Schmitzring (9, 10) befestigt ist, daß jeweils zwei Übertragungszylinder und die dazugehörigen Schmitzringe gegeneinander abrollen und daß die Vorspannung (FS) zwischen den Schmitzringen zweier gegeneinander abrollender Übertragungszylinder wesentlich größer als eine Anpreßkraft (FZ) zwischen diesen Übertragungszylindern multipliziert mit dem Verhältnis des Haftreibungskoeffizienten (µZ) der sich berührenden Oberflächen der Übertragungszylinder zum Haftreibungskoeffizienten (µS) der sich berührenden Oberflächen der Schmitzringe ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Durchmesser der Schmitzringe (9, 10) zweier gegeneinander abrollender Übertragungszylinder (1, 2) zueinander an das Verhältnis der im Betrieb wirksamen Umfänge der Übertragungszylinder zueinander angenähert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß einer (2) von zwei gegeneinander abrollenden Übertragungszylindern (1, 2) einen Mantel aus einem elastischen Material aufweist, zur Übertragung von Druckfarbe auf ein Substrat (8). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Motor (6) mit dem Übertragungszylinder (2) verbunden ist, der einen Mantel aus einem elastischen Material aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Übertragungszylinder (11, 12, 13) mehrerer Druckwerke der Druckmaschine durch Schmitzringe (17) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei nur einer der Übertragungszylinder (12) mit dem Motor (16) verbunden ist.
