Claims (10)
- Schaftvorrichtung mit Litzen (5,5a,5b,5c), die jeweils eine Fadenöse (8) mit beidseits davon angeordneten Endösen (6,6a,6b,6c,7) aufweisen und die mittels der Endösen auf Tragschienen (2,2a,2b,2c,3,3a) aufgereiht sind, von denen mindestens eine als Antriebstragschiene (2,2a,2b, 2c) ein hochkant stehendes Flachprofil aufweist, wobei mindestens die Antriebstragschiene (2a,2b,2c) mindestens einen Schenkel (22,22a,22b, 22c) aufweist, der quer zu der durch die Tragschienen (2a,2b,2c,3,3a) gebildeten Ebene vorsteht und in eine Mitnahmenut (24,24a,24b,24c) der zugehörigen Endöse (5a,5b,5c) der Litze (5a,5b,5c) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die der Antriebstragschiene (2a,2b,2c) zugeordnete Endöse (6a,6b,6c) die Antriebstragschiene (2a,2b,2c) vollständig umfasst und das Spiel zwischen dem Schenkel (22,22a,22b, 22c) der Antriebstragschiene (2a,2b,2c) und der Mitnahmenut (24,24a,24b,24c) der Endöse (6a,6b,6c) 0,01 bis 0,1 mm beträgt.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Antriebstragschiene (2c) einen zweiten Schenkel (22c) aufweist, der in Höhe des ersten Schenkels (22b) liegt und in entgegengesetzte Richtung weist und in eine zweite Mitnahmenut (24c) in der zugehörigen Endöse (6c) der Litze (5c) eingreift.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schenkel (22,22a,22b,22c) auf der der Fadenöse (8) zugewandten Seite der Antriebstragschiene (2a,2b,2c) angeordnet ist.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schenkel (22,22a,22b, 22c) parallel zur Kettfaden-Ebene (23) ausgerichtet ist.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Antriebstragschiene (2a,2b,2c) einen L-, C- oder T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Mitnahmenut (24,24a,24b,24c) höchstens 1,0 mm beträgt.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das senkrechte Spiel zwischen der Endöse (6a,6b,6c) und der nichtangetriebenen Tragschiene (2a,2b,2c) 0,5 bis 10 mm beträgt.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Litze (5a,5b,5c) lamellenartig ausgebildet ist.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Litze (5a,5b,5c) mindestens eine Montageöffnung (25) zur Aufnahme einer Montagevorrichtung (27) aufweist.
- Schaftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragschienen (2a,2b,2c,3a) einseitig befestigt sind und die Montagevorrichtung (27) tragen, welche mindestens aus einem Endstab (28 oder 29) gebildet ist, der über Öffnungen (30,31) an den Tragschienen (2a,2b,2c,3a) abnehmbar angeordnet ist und mittels mindestens eines, die Montageöffnungen (25) der Litzen (5a,5b,5c) durchdringenden Montagestabes (32) verbindbar ist, um ein Litzenpaket aufzunehmen.
