Abstract

Un élément de raccordement sert à coupler de manière libérable les cornières de conteneurs adjacents, notamment des conteneurs empilés à bord de navires. Afin de réduire les manipulations requises pour accoupler des conteneurs, il existe des raccords semi-automatiques qu'il ne faut que poser sur un conteneur et préverrouiller manuellement. Le verrouillage définitif après l'empilage des conteneurs se fait automatiquement. Ces raccords requièrent toutefois un mécanisme d'actionnement automatique compliqué de plusieurs points de vue. Afin de simplifier le mécanisme d'actionnement automatique, plusieurs surfaces d'appui (43, 44 et 45) mutuellement décalées sont ménagées sur l'axe de verrouillage (21) et peuvent être alternativement amenées dans une position de correspondance avec une surface d'appui (54) sur un poussoir (23) sollicité par un ressort. Lorsqu'une surface d'appui (43, 44 ou 45) du boulon de verrouillage (21) vient s'appuyer sur la surface d'appui (54) du poussoir (23) sollicité par un ressort, le boulon de verrouillage est bloqué de manière aisée et fiable, ses éléments de verrouillage transversaux (32, 33) se trouvant alors dans la position prévue.
