Claims (5)
- Ferrure ou serrure comportant un boîtier pourvu d'une douille (2) dans laquelle peut s'engager la tige d'une poignée, la douille (2) est montée rotative tout en étant précontrainte par un ressort de relevage (3) destiné à maintenir la poignée dans sa position haute, le ressort de relevage (3) prenant appui sur un embout (6) fixe par rapport audit boîtier et étant préférentiellement réalisé sous forme d'un ressort annulaire qui entoure la douille (2), le ressort de relevage (3) présente deux parties terminales (4, 5) lesquelles sont repliées vers l'extérieur dans un sens sensiblement radial et entre lesquelles vient s'engager un embout (7) de la douille (2), caractérisée en ce que la ferrure ou la serrure comprend une plaquette de maintien (10) pouvant être introduite dans un guidage (9) disposé dans le boîtier, la plaquette de maintien (10) étant pourvue d'un évidement (11) qui s'ouvre vers le bord et qui permet d'accueillir une partie terminale (5) du ressort de relevage (3), et un jeu étant prévu entre la partie terminale (5) qui s'engage dans cet évidement (11) et l'embout fixe (6), et la deuxième partie terminale (4) venant contre l'embout fixe (6) pour supporter l'embout (7) de la douille (2), et la plaquette de maintien (10) permettant d'amortir ledit jeu.
- Ferrure ou serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaquette de maintien (10) présente une butée (13) permettant de limiter le chemin d'introduction de la plaquette de maintien (10).
- Ferrure ou serrure selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la plaquette de maintien (10) présente une partie laquelle s'étend dans le chemin de déplacement d'une partie terminale (4, 5) du ressort de relevage (3) et dans laquelle est disposé l'évidement (11) permettant de recevoir l'une (5) des parties terminales du ressort de relevage (3), et que la plaquette de maintien (10) permet, lorsqu'elle est introduite jusqu'au bout, de dégager le chemin de déplacement de l'autre (4) des parties terminales du ressort de relevage (3), à savoir celle qui supporte l'embout (7) de la douille (2).
- Ferrure ou serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la plaquette de maintien (10) peut également être introduite après avoir été retournée de 180°, pour ainsi inverser latéralement l'effet de butée.
- Ferrure ou serrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la plaquette de maintien (10) présente un passage (14) destiné à recevoir un outil, par exemple un tournevis.
