Definitions
- the invention relates to a ridge sealing strip according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a ridge sealing strip is from DE 40 01 766 ago known.
- the ridge covering strip disclosed there consists of a fleece or Fabric, which makes it light in weight, cheap in the Production and, since it can be rolled up in longer webs, is easy to work with.
- Those exposed to the weather Longitudinal edges are water-repellent or waterproof executed so that at least not the weather exposed middle part is breathable.
- this Fleece or fabric is on the free edges of the side panels a curl is molded in, causing this fleece or fabric is supple and supports itself by at the outer free edge of the side parts on the Adhesive cords arranged on the underside of any roof tile contours can be molded.
- the wavelength of the edge corrugation is smaller than the wave contour the roofing slabs, so that by varying the Meandering of the edge curl adaptability the individual waveform of the installed roofing tiles is possible.
- the attachment and stabilization by varying the course of the meanders
- the corrugation is achieved by gluing the edge area on the surface of the roofing slabs.
- EP 0 117 391 is a ridge or degree cover known, in which from a rigid middle part Hard PVC come off elastic fingers on the side like a comb.
- a ridge sealing strip is produced from EP 341 343 known in which a median strip is an air-permeable, water-repellent and flight snow-proof fleece having. Border areas consist of soft, stretchy Foil strips. There are expanded metal grids in these film strips embedded. Furthermore, the edge areas on the sides facing the covering plates the film strip with one self-adhesive layer each Mistake.
- FR 2 333 913 and DE 2 620 433 is one Device for covering the joints between the edges profiled roofing tiles and an adjacent Known component ago.
- the component consists of a in plan view having the shape of a circular ring piece, elastically deformable plastic strips, the a longitudinal edge after straightening it on the component is attachable while its on the roofing tiles other longitudinal edge on top by means of an attached tape made of plastically deformable Material is stiffened, which is from a lead tape is trained.
- This device is not the waveform adaptable to the roofing slab, according to of the fixed cutting radius always only a defined one Wavelength can be generated. According to an adjustment there is no variation of a meandering course there possible.
- a ridge sealing strip created the easier and cheaper is to be produced, the whole width of one at least in the edge areas of longitudinally stretchable fleece existing ridge sealing strips as a stretchable stabilizing insert parallel to the edge, meandering has corrugated wires in a die Variation of the meandering course enabling bracket are attached to the wide surface of the fleece.
- a fleece is only in its edge areas a meandering corrugated wire, the stabilization insert thus formed on the wide surface the fleece is held. It is therefore an optimal one Adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the wave shape given the roofing tiles.
- the ridge sealing strip Due the simple construction and the low weight of the ridge sealing strip, can be in the form of roles are delivered, whereas here, in contrast to the state of the art, the ridge sealing strip is not necessary in its edge areas with a protective layer to be removed before laying. Because of this configuration, a manufacturing and technically simple ridge sealing strips created. To lay such Sealing strip this is only over the Rolled out the ridge screed and there with nails or the like attached. Can advantageously be used for mounting a self-adhesive layer on the stabilizing insert serve with a protective film on delivery is provided.
- This self-adhesive layer fulfills thus a double function, namely as a holder for the stabilizing insert and after removing the protective film as additional sealing after installation and Press the ridge sealing strip onto the top of the roofing tiles.
- One made of rubber or Self-adhesive layer made of plastic allows a variation of the meandering course and thus a stretching of the stabilizing insert.
- the embedding by means of an area covering only a meander repeat Gluing takes place. This can be done with self-adhesive dots be realized, which upon delivery of the Ridge sealing strip with a continuous Protective film can be provided. Through this point by point Attachment of the stabilizing insert will Elasticity of the edge areas optimized.
- a stretchable Stabilizing insert is a parallel to the surface of the Nonwoven meandering wire preferred. On such wire is easy to manufacture and is preferred point by point with glue in the edge areas attached to the fleece.
- the meandering wire is therefore highly stretchable and offers optimal adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the waveform of the installed roofing slabs.
- the amplitude is of meandering wire in the range of 1 to 3 cm.
- An advantageous further education of the subject of the invention is sub-areas of the fleece to achieve waterproofness to impregnate with air permeability, z. B. using acrylic resin. This is a roof ventilation with simultaneous sealing against rain and flying snow. After another advantageous one design the edges of the fleece are needled.
- the Adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the wave form the roofing tiles laid is finally by one provided in the peripheral areas Longitudinal corrugation of the fleece optimized. Due this configuration will increase the elasticity of the Fleece achieved in its edge areas.
