Definitions
- the invention relates to a ridge sealing strip according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a ridge sealing strip is from DE 40 01 766 ago known.
- the ridge covering strip disclosed there consists of a fleece or Fabric, which makes it light in weight, cheap in the Production and, since it can be rolled up in longer webs, is easy to work with.
- Those exposed to the weather Longitudinal edges are water-repellent or waterproof executed so that at least not the weather exposed middle part is breathable.
- this Fleece or fabric is on the free edges of the side panels a curl is molded in, causing this fleece or fabric is supple and supports itself by at the outer free edge of the side parts on the Adhesive cords arranged on the underside of any roof tile contours can be molded.
- the wavelength of the edge corrugation is smaller than the wave contour the roofing slabs, so that by varying the Meandering of the edge curl adaptability the individual waveform of the installed roofing tiles is possible.
- the attachment and stabilization by varying the course of the meanders
- the corrugation is achieved by gluing the edge area on the surface of the roofing slabs.
- EP 0 117 391 is a ridge or degree cover known, in which from a rigid middle part Hard PVC come off elastic fingers on the side like a comb.
- a ridge sealing strip is produced from EP 341 343 known in which a median strip is an air-permeable, water-repellent and flight snow-proof fleece having. Border areas consist of soft, stretchy Foil strips. There are expanded metal grids in these film strips embedded. Furthermore, the edge areas on the sides facing the covering plates the film strip with one self-adhesive layer each Mistake.
- FR 2 333 913 and DE 2 620 433 is one Device for covering the joints between the edges profiled roofing tiles and an adjacent Known component ago.
- the component consists of a in plan view having the shape of a circular ring piece, elastically deformable plastic strips, the a longitudinal edge after straightening it on the component is attachable while its on the roofing tiles other longitudinal edge on top by means of an attached tape made of plastically deformable Material is stiffened, which is from a lead tape is trained.
- This device is not the waveform adaptable to the roofing slab, according to of the fixed cutting radius always only a defined one Wavelength can be generated. According to an adjustment there is no variation of a meandering course there possible.
- a ridge sealing strip created the easier and cheaper is to be produced, the whole width of one at least in the edge areas of longitudinally stretchable fleece existing ridge sealing strips as a stretchable stabilizing insert parallel to the edge, meandering has corrugated wires in a die Variation of the meandering course enabling bracket are attached to the wide surface of the fleece.
- a fleece is only in its edge areas a meandering corrugated wire, the stabilization insert thus formed on the wide surface the fleece is held. It is therefore an optimal one Adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the wave shape given the roofing tiles.
- the ridge sealing strip Due the simple construction and the low weight of the ridge sealing strip, can be in the form of roles are delivered, whereas here, in contrast to the state of the art, the ridge sealing strip is not necessary in its edge areas with a protective layer to be removed before laying. Because of this configuration, a manufacturing and technically simple ridge sealing strips created. To lay such Sealing strip this is only over the Rolled out the ridge screed and there with nails or the like attached. Can advantageously be used for mounting a self-adhesive layer on the stabilizing insert serve with a protective film on delivery is provided.
- This self-adhesive layer fulfills thus a double function, namely as a holder for the stabilizing insert and after removing the protective film as additional sealing after installation and Press the ridge sealing strip onto the top of the roofing tiles.
- One made of rubber or Self-adhesive layer made of plastic allows a variation of the meandering course and thus a stretching of the stabilizing insert.
- the embedding by means of an area covering only a meander repeat Gluing takes place. This can be done with self-adhesive dots be realized, which upon delivery of the Ridge sealing strip with a continuous Protective film can be provided. Through this point by point Attachment of the stabilizing insert will Elasticity of the edge areas optimized.
- a stretchable Stabilizing insert is a parallel to the surface of the Nonwoven meandering wire preferred. On such wire is easy to manufacture and is preferred point by point with glue in the edge areas attached to the fleece.
- the meandering wire is therefore highly stretchable and offers optimal adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the waveform of the installed roofing slabs.
- the amplitude is of meandering wire in the range of 1 to 3 cm.
- An advantageous further education of the subject of the invention is sub-areas of the fleece to achieve waterproofness to impregnate with air permeability, z. B. using acrylic resin. This is a roof ventilation with simultaneous sealing against rain and flying snow. After another advantageous one design the edges of the fleece are needled.
- the Adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the wave form the roofing tiles laid is finally by one provided in the peripheral areas Longitudinal corrugation of the fleece optimized. Due this configuration will increase the elasticity of the Fleece achieved in its edge areas.

Weiterbildungen dar. The problem is solved by the one specified in
As a result of this configuration is a ridge sealing strip created the easier and cheaper is to be produced, the whole width of one at least in the edge areas of longitudinally stretchable fleece existing ridge sealing strips as a stretchable stabilizing insert parallel to the edge, meandering has corrugated wires in a die Variation of the meandering course enabling bracket are attached to the wide surface of the fleece. to Production of such a ridge sealing strip a fleece is only in its edge areas a meandering corrugated wire, the stabilization insert thus formed on the wide surface the fleece is held. It is therefore an optimal one Adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the wave shape given the roofing tiles. Due the simple construction and the low weight of the ridge sealing strip, can be in the form of roles are delivered, whereas here, in contrast to the state of the art, the ridge sealing strip is not necessary in its edge areas with a protective layer to be removed before laying. This self-adhesive layer fulfills thus a double function, namely as a holder for the stabilizing insert and after removing the protective film as additional sealing after installation and Press the ridge sealing strip onto the top of the roofing tiles. One made of rubber or Self-adhesive layer made of plastic allows a variation of the meandering course and thus a stretching of the stabilizing insert. In an advantageous Training is provided that the embedding by means of an area covering only a meander repeat Gluing takes place. This can be done with self-adhesive dots be realized, which upon delivery of the Ridge sealing strip with a continuous Protective film can be provided. Through this point by point Attachment of the stabilizing insert will Elasticity of the edge areas optimized. As a stretchable Stabilizing insert is a parallel to the surface of the Nonwoven meandering wire preferred. On such wire is easy to manufacture and is preferred point by point with glue in the edge areas attached to the fleece. The meandering wire is therefore highly stretchable and offers optimal adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the waveform of the installed roofing slabs. When using The amplitude is of meandering wire in the range of 1 to 3 cm. An advantageous further education of the subject of the invention is sub-areas of the fleece to achieve waterproofness to impregnate with air permeability, z. B. using acrylic resin. This is a roof ventilation with simultaneous sealing against rain and flying snow. After another advantageous one design the edges of the fleece are needled. The Adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the wave form the roofing tiles laid is finally by one provided in the peripheral areas Longitudinal corrugation of the fleece optimized. Due this configuration will increase the elasticity of the Fleece achieved in its edge areas.
As a result of the further design, according to which the two Edge strips through a middle connecting strip are connected at a distance, there is a handling cheaper solution.
Due to this multi-part structure of the ridge sealing strip the latter lies on after fixation the ridge batten in the area of the middle connecting strip without any external influence on the roofing slabs, with which the shaping and fixing the latter without pre-tensioning and fixing to the latter without The ridge sealing strip is preloaded. The middle connecting strip is here as a 30 - 50 mm, preferably 40 mm wide and 150 - 250 g / qm, preferably 190 g / qm solid nonwoven. The overlapping zone in the area of the connection between the connecting strip and an edge strip a width of 10-20 mm, preferably 15 mm. The Laying a ridge sealing strip designed in this way is done in the simplest way by the latter in the area of its middle connecting strip the ridge batten, for example, fixed with nails and after removing the protective film from the self-adhesive layer molded onto the roofing slabs and is glued. In an advantageous further training it is envisaged that the overlapping connection zone in Has air passage channels lying in the width direction.
The latter result from the multiple parts of the Ridge waterproofing and ensure permanent Ventilation of the ridge batten. In contrast to the previous ones known ridge sealing strips, which the upper Longitudinal surface of the ridge full surface without any ventilation cover what an insect and fungal attack due to the high moisture content of the ridge is foreseeable, is in the embodiment of the invention of the ridge sealing strip with air passage channels a moisture content of the ridge slat of less guaranteed as 20%. An insect and fungal attack is thus successfully counteracted. The air passage channels can from a linear system of Wavy peaks of the longitudinally corrugated edge grazing with the connecting strips with a smooth surface his. The training can be done here that the middle, smooth connecting strip underside with the wave crests of the longitudinally undulated Edge strip is glued point by point. In the area the troughs thus result in the air passage channels for ventilation of the ridge batten. The width the connecting strip corresponds approximately to the width a ridge batten, which provides optimal ventilation for the latter is achieved. Furthermore, this results in the Advantage that the above the ridge sealing strip Cover flap fixed to the ridge in the corner areas the ridge slat on the one hand due to the corrugated edge strip and on the other hand about the width of the Central connecting strip with ridge slats is padded. An advantageous further development exists in that the connecting strip at its bottom is adhesive coated. This allows the Ridge sealing strips in the simplest way Pre-fix the hammer blow on the ridge batten. A cling or nailing in this area is only done after the ridge sealing strip has been completely laid or omitted entirely because the fasteners, for example nails, the cover caps a desired achieve additional fastening of the sealing strip. The adhesive coating points in terms of Handling and laying the ridge sealing strip another advantage, because for a possibly necessary Align the ridge sealing strip this again slightly lifted from the ridge and in his Location can be changed. Furthermore, it is provided that the connecting strip on the top the edge strip rests and the edge strip on the Underside, near the outer longitudinal edges, adhesive beads for adherence to the roof covering panels exhibit. Such, for example made of plastic manufactured self-adhesive layer enables a optimal fixation of the outer longitudinal edges of the ridge sealing strip on the roofing slabs. The Adhesive beads can be delivered with the Ridge sealing strip with a continuous Protective film. It is therefore an optimal one Sealing the roof interior against rain and flying snow guaranteed. Advantageously, for Improvement of the adaptation of the ridge sealing strip on the roofing slabs due to a meandering course a wire stretchable stabilizing inserts are provided, which on the adhesive beads the edge strips are attached so that the adhesive beads fully embed the wire and one Width of 10 to 20 mm, preferably 15. The adhesive beads therefore have a double function, namely as a holder for the stabilizing insert and after removing the protective film as an additional seal after laying and pressing on the ridge sealing strip. The meandering course of the wire can be in a preferred training in the same direction to the waveform of the edge strip. As a result the possibility of both the fleece and the To wave the stabilizing wire in one operation, after which work cycle immediately another Application of the adhesive beads can connect. This The production-optimized solution also offers the Advantage that, due to the same wave pattern of the wire to the edge strip, the provision the curl of the edge strip when shrinking is blocked. The curl of the edge strip is through the fixation in the area of the median and through stabilizes the wire embedded in the adhesive bead, what an optimal rollability of the ridge sealing strip offers. To the stabilizing insert highly stretchable when adapting to the roofing slabs form, it is provided that the wire can be tipped over to embed the adhesive beads. When pressing on the Roofing tiles tilts the wave of the Edge strip corresponding meandering course Wire inside the bead of adhesive in a parallel Position aligned with the surface of the edge strip. The wire that is bent in a meandering shape is therefore highly stretchable and offers an optimal adaptation of the ridge sealing strip to the waveform of the installed roofing tiles. The connecting strip can advantageously at its bottom on its middle Longitudinal line made of compressible material Hump as ridge fixing points. in a preferred embodiment, these bumps consist of adhesive material and on their Have a foil cover on the top. this is the ridge sealing strip in the area of its connecting strip by means of one another evenly spaced bumps on the ridge batten at least pre-fixable. This is done in the simplest way using Thumb pressure in the area of the hump, which is compressible material over the surface of the film cover works out while doing the sealing strip connects with the ridge. It can now follow alignment of the entire ridge sealing strip a nailing or the like in the area of compressed bumps. With strongly sticky The material of the cusps is enough to fix them of the ridge sealing strip on the ridge batten. The Sealing the roof interior against rain or flying snow is optimized in that the top of the Edge strips have an elastic protective layer, from the outer edge to about the middle of the respective edge strip is sufficient. Conditional on this The roof interior is also designed against the Roofing slabs emanating rising damp protected. Preferably, this has elastic Protective layer a color on that of the roofing tiles and the cover caps corresponds to here also a visually positive effect of the ridge area to achieve.
It is also conceivable to have a ridge sealing strip according to the invention with longitudinal buckling lines at a distance of to provide the longitudinal center line of the sealing strip. The distance to the longitudinal center line is approx. 25 - 35 mm, preferably 30 mm. This measure prevents the ridge sealing strip from tilting backwards after sticking to the roofing sheets, if they are dirty, for example. There are thus given break points, which have the advantage reveal that after the ridge sealing strip has been applied almost on the ridge of the sealing strip automatically lays down on the roofing slabs. This design is also for ridge sealing strips, which embedded wire mesh areas have, conceivable. In a preferred training it is planned to use the longitudinal fold lines in the area of the Provide corrugation. The usual in this area and also desired stiffness of the ridge sealing strip is targeted by this measure in the form of a predetermined kink prevented. Finally, here a preferred embodiment, the longitudinal fold lines thereby expressing the troughs up to the level of the Mountains of waves achieved. The fleece of the ridge sealing strip is thus in this area in the longitudinal direction of the ridge sealing strip is straight. It is particularly advantageous that the factory-rolled ridge sealing strips has such predetermined bending line.

Verlauf des gewellten Randbereiches 9 des Vlieses 10
entspricht.
zuzuwendenden Seite (vgl. Fig. 5).
gebogener, metallener Draht 13 gebildet.
Fig. 11). Die so ausgebildete
reckbare Stabilisierungseinlage S ist ebenfalls mittels
Klebepunkten 12 an der Auflageseite des Firstabdichtungsstreifens
1 an dem Vlies 10 fixiert. Bedingt durch
diese Ausgestaltung ist eine optimale Anpassung des
Firstabdichtungsstreifens 1 in seinen Randbereichen 9

Fig. 14).In the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 to 14

der Randbereiche 9 an den Dacheindeckungsplatten 6.In all the embodiments is due to the partial

aufgesetzt. Der Firstabdichtungsstreifen 1 weist zwei
mittels eines mittleren, als Vlies ausgebildeten Verbindungsstreifes
80 untereinander verbundene Randstreifen
Also the one described below, for example in

Die Randstreifen 90 sind mittels des Verbindungsstreifens
80 derart untereinader verbunden, daß die Innenkanten

B bildenden Abstand zueinanderliegen.
den beiden Randzonen A.The edge strips 90 are by means of the connecting
Der Verbindungsstreifen 80 besitzt im Bereich seiner
überlappenden Verbindungszonen C in Breitenrichtung
liegende Luftdurchtrittskanäle 140. Diese werden gebildet
durch die linienförmige Anlage der Wellenberge der
einen senkrecht zur Fläche der Randstreifen 90 ausgerichteten,
Wellenverlauf aufweisenden Randstreifen 90
mit der Unterseite des glattflächig verlaufenden Verbindungsstreifens

Randkanten 120, jeweils mit einem Klebstoffwulst 150
zur Anhaftung an den Dacheindeckungsplatten 60 versehen.
Diese Klebstoffwulste 150 können als selbstklebende

Ãœber diese Klebstoffwulste 150 sind reckbare Stabilisierungseinlagen

19 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als jeweils einen
parallel zur Fläche des Randstreifens 90 mäanderförmig
gebogenen, metallenen Draht 160 gebildet sein, befestigt.
Bedingt durch diese Ausgestaltung ist eine optimal
Anpassung des Firstabdichtungsstreifens 1 in den
Bereichen seiner Randkanten 120 an der Wellenform der
verlegten Dacheindeckungsplatten 6 gegeben.About these

Fig. 19).
liegen.The width of the connecting
gezeigt. Hier ist der Verbindungsstreifen
80 an der Unterseite auf seiner mittleren Längslinie
mit aus komprimierbarem Material bestehenden Höckern
190 als Firstlatten-Befestigungspunkte 180 versehen
(vgl. Fig. 21). Diese Höcker 190 bestehen aus klebehaftem
Material und besitzen auf ihrer Oberseite eine
Folienabdeckung 200.
Fig. 23). Je
Firstabdichungsstreifens 1 dienen. An alternative fixation of the
Durch die Ausbildung des Firstabdichtungsstreifens 1 in
Form eines mittleren, glattflächigen Verbindungsstreifens
80, welcher im Bereich zweier Verbindungszonen C
mit jeweils einem Randstreifen 90 verbunden ist, derart,
daß Luftdurchtrittskanäle 140 gebildet sind, dient
der Firstabdichtungsstreifen 1 nicht nur zum Abdichten
des Dachinnenraumes 20 gegen Regen und Flugschnee bei
gleichzeitiger Entlüftung des Dachinnenraumes 20, sondern
auch zur ständigen Belüftung der Oberseite 170 der
Firstlatte 40, womit ein Feuchtegehalt der Firstlatte
40 von weniger als 20% gewährleistet wird. Dies ist
insbesondere sehr wichtig gegen Insekten- und Pilzbefall.
Der Luftstrom zur Belüftung der Firstlatte 40 ist
in Fig. 19 mit den Pfeilen y gekennzeichnet. Um diese
Belüftung der Firstlatte 40 zu optimieren, wird der
Firstabdichtungsstreichen 1 im Bereich seines Verbindungsstreifens
80 lediglich punktweise auf dem Firstbalken
40 fixiert, entweder mittels der verbindungsstreifenunterseitigen
Kleberbeschichtung bzw. der Höcker 190
oder mittels Nägeln, Klammern oder ähnlichem. By forming the
Aufgrund der mehrteiligen Ausführung des Firstabdichtungsstreifens
1 legt sich letzterer nach der Fixierung
auf der Firstlatte 40 bereits ohne äußere Einwirkung
leicht auf die Dacheindeckungsplatten 60, womit das
Anformen und Ankleben an die Dacheindeckungsplatten 60
ohne Vorspannung erfolgt.
kippbaren Stabilisierungseinlage S versehenen Randstreifen

Wellenberge 230 erzielt. Wie insbesondere in Fig. 29 zu
erkennen, ist hierdurch ein selbsttätiges Abknicken der
Randstreifen 90 in Richtung auf die Dacheindeckungsplatten
60 gegeben. Die Längsknicklinien 210 bilden Sollknickbereiche,
welche auch den Vorteil bieten, daß
einer Rückstellneigung der Randstreifen 90 nach Ankleben
derselben an die Dacheindeckungsplatten 60 entgegengewirkt
ist, was insbesondere bei verschmutzten Dacheindeckungsplatten
60 erfolgen kann. Es ist insbesondere
ein in den Randbereichen 9 vorgesehener Längs-Wellenverlauf
des Vlieses 10 vorgesehen. Die beiden Randstreifen
90 können durch einen mittleren, als Vlies ausgebildeten
Verbindungsstreifen 80 untereinander verbunden
sein, derart, daß die Innenkanten 130 der Randstreifen
90 mit Abstand zueinander liegen. Die Ãœberlappende
Verbindungszonde C bildet in Breitenrichtung liegende
Luftdurchtrittskanäle 140 aus. Die Luftdurchtrittskanäle
140 werden werden von einer linienförmigen
Anlage der Wellenberge der längsgewellten Randstreifen
90 mit dem glattflächig verlaufenden Verbindungsstreifen
80 gebildet. Die Breite des Verbindungsstreifen 80
entspricht etwa der Breite einer Firstlatte 40. Der
Verbindungsstreifen 80 ist an der Unterseite kleberbeschichtet. The embodiment shown in Figures 26 to 29
