Claims (15)
- Motorbetriebenes Handwerkzeug zur spanabhebenden Bearbeitung von, insbesondere flächenhaften Werkstücken zum Erzeugen von im wesentlichen planaren Oberflächen, mit einer auf das zu bearbeitende Werkstück auflegbaren Führungsfläche (12) und einem für die Bearbeitung über die Führungsfläche (12) vorstehenden Stirnfräswerkzeug (16) mit senkrecht zur Führungsfläche (12) verlaufender Umdrehungsachse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stirnfräswerkzeug (16) mit an seinem radialen Umfang (26) vorgesehenen Schneidkanten (34) an mehreren Außenseiten über eine jeweilige das gesamte Handwerkzeug nach der betreffenden Seite hin begrenzende Fluchtebene (50, 51, 52) übersteht, damit es mit dieser Fluchtebene (50, 51, 52) an einen Absatz, eine Stufe oder eine Wand angenähert werden kann.
- Handwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine die Führungsfläche (12) bildende Stützplatte (10).
- Handwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitliche Begrenzung der Stützplatte (10) wenigstens eine der das Gerät seitlich begrenzenden Fluchtebenen (50, 51, 52) begrenzt und das Stirnfräswerkzeug (16) in radialer Richtung um die angestrebte Spantiefe über die Außenseiten (38, 40, 42) der Stützplatte (10) vorsteht.
- Handwerkzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stirnfräswerkzeug (16) in einer Ausnehmung (14) in der Führungsfläche (12) angeordnet ist, die nach wenigstens einer Seite hin offen ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitliche Begrenzung des Handwerkzeugs eben ausgebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stirnfräswerkzeug (16) von einem Fräskopf (18) mit daran befestigbaren Schneidmessern (20, 30) gebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch Schneidmesser (20), welche der Stirnseite des Fräskopfs (18) zugeordnet sind und solchen (30), die dem radialen Umfang (26) des Fräskopfs (18) zugeordnet sind.
- Handwerkzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine abnehmbare Schutzabdeckung (60, 62) im Bereich des radialen Überstands des Stirnfräswerkzeugs (16).
- Handwerkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von der Schutzabdeckung (60, 62) begrenzte Raum (64) mit einer Staubabsaugvorrichtung verbindbar ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum (64) mit einem Staubabsaugkanal (66, 68) kommuniziert, der seinerseits mit einer Staubabsaugvorrichtung verbindbar ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überstand des Stirnfräswerkzeugs (16) über die Führungsfläche (12) einstellbar ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stirnfräswerkzeug (16') über ein Federmittel (70) gegen einen Flansch (24') der Werkzeugspindel (6') abgestützt und in Richtung der Umdrehungsachse vorgespannt ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stirnfräswerkzeug (16') mittels eines Stellmittels (72) verstellbar gegen den Flansch der Werkzeugspindel (6) gedrückt ist.
- Handwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadruch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Stirnfräswerkzeug (16) und Flansch (24) Anschlagmittel (76) vorgesehen sind, welche den Überstand des Stirnfräswerkzeugs (16') über die Führungsfläche (12') begrenzen.
- Handwerkzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine wegschwenkbare Schutzabdeckung (80), welche in ihrer den Bereich des radialen Überstands des Stirnfräswerkzeugs (16') freigebenden weggeschwenkten Stellung nicht über die Fluchtebene (50, 51, 52) übersteht.
