Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Übergeben von Zetteln von einem rotierend angetriebenen ersten Zylinder (1) an einen rotierend angetriebenen zweiten Zylinder (2), von denen jeder einen zangenartigen Greifer mit einer gesteuerten, verschwenkbaren leistenförmigen Backe (5), die mit einer festen Backe des zugehörigen Zylinders zusammenwirkt, und ein die Zettel in den geöffneten Greifer des anderen Zylinders einschiebendes gesteuertes Schwert (15) aufweist, vorzugsweise zum Übergeben von Bodendeckblättern von einem Übergabe- oder Abreißzylinder einer Sackmaschine an einen die Bodendeckblätter auf die geöffneten Böden von kontinuierlich geförderten Sackwerkstücken auftragenden Auftragszylinder,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verschwenkbare leistenförmige Backe (5) jedes Zylinders (1, 2) mit einer nach Bedarf aktivierbaren zweiten Steuerung versehen ist, die die Steuerung der Zangenbewegung der leistenförmigen Backe (5) inaktiviert und diese derart steuert, daß sie die Funktion des Schwerts übernimmt, und daß die Durchmesser beider Zylinder (1, 2) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß der jeweils aktivierte Greifer mit dem aktivierten Schwert des anderen Zylinders zusammenwirken kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zur Drehachse (3, 4) jedes Zylinders (1, 2) in diesem eine Welle (7) gelagert ist, auf der zwei Hebel (10, 11) befestigt sind, in denen parallel zu der Welle (7) eine die leistenförmige Backe (5) bzw. das Schwert tragende Schwertwelle (15) frei drehbar gelagert ist,daß die Schwertwelle (15) zwei mit Gleitsteinen oder Laufrollen (21, 22) versehene Schwertwellenhebel (19, 20) trägt,daß im Greifzangenbetrieb mindestens ein Hebel (19, 20) durch eine Feder (24, 25) in Anlage an einen zylinderfesten Anschlag (14) gehalten ist und eine Laufrolle (21) eines der beiden Schwertwellenhebel (21) auf einer die Schließ- und Öffnungsbewegung der Zange steuernden gestellfesten Steuerkurve (26) läuft,daß zwei im Gestell verstellbar geführte Steuerkurven (34, 36) vorgesehen sind, die durch einen gesteuerten Antrieb zwischen ihrer aktiven, dem Schwertbetrieb entsprechenden und ihrer inaktiven Stellung bewegbar sind unddaß auf deren ersten Steuerkurve (34) in der aktiven Stellung eine auf der Schwertwelle (15) gelagerte Rolle (23) läuft, die die die Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung der Zange steuernde Laufrolle (21) von der zugehörigen Steuerkurve (26) abhebt und die Einschub- und Rückzugsbewegung des Schwerts steuert, und auf deren zweiten Steuerkurve (36) die Laufrolle (22) des anderen Schwertwellenhebels (20) läuft, die das Schwert (5) soweit in Richtung auf den festen Backen des anderen Zylinders verschwenkt, daß sie nicht gegen die verschwenkbare leistenförmige Backe des anderen Zylinders stößt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Schwertwellenhebel von einer Feder beaufschlagt ist, die die Laufrolle der Schwertwellenhebel in Anlage an die zugehörigen Steuerkurven hält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden verstellbaren Steuerkurven an einem schwenkbar im Gestell gelagerten Hebel angeordnet sind, der durch eine Druckmittel-Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit zwischen seiner aktiven und seiner inaktiven Stellung verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Zangenbewegung der verschwenkbaren leistenförmigen Backe steuernde Einrichtung auch bei inaktivierter Steuerung der Schwertfunktion dieser leistenförmigen Backe inaktivierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Inaktivierung der Steuerung der Zangenbewegung der leistenförmigen Backe die diese Bewegung steuernde Steuerkurve derart in axialer Richtung verschieblich ist, daß sie außer Eingriff mit dem die Zangenbewegung bewirkenden Hebel kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschwenkbare Backe (5) jedes Zylinders (1, 2) mit mindestens einem Stempel (40) aus elastomerem Material versehen ist, der in den vorderen Bereich des zu übergebenden Zettels gegen den durch die Stirnseite der festen Backe gebildeten oder an den die feste Backe angrenzenden Mantelabschnitt des jeweils anderen Zylinders andrückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempel (40) aus stangenförmigen Abschnitten bestehen, die in Bohrungen (41) der Schwertwellen (15) oder an diesen gehaltert sind und die etwa radial verlaufende Bohrungen (43, 44) der Mantelabschnitte durchsetzen, und daß die Bohrungen (43, 44) der Mantelabschnitte im Bereich der festen Gegenbacken (6) des jeweils anderen Zylinders (1, 2) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (43, 44) der Mantelabschnitte im Durchmesser größer sind als die Durchmesser der stangenförmigen Stempel (40).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stangenförmigen Stempel (40) in den Bohrungen (41) der Schwertwellen (15) durch die Befestigungsschrauben (18) der leistenförmigen Backen klemmend festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stangenförmigen Stempel 40 derart exzentrisch an den Schwertwellen (15) befestigt sind, daß sie beim Schließen der zangenartigen Greifer radial einwärts in die Bohrungen (43, 44) der Mantelabschnitte gezogen werden.
