Definitions
- the invention is directed to a connector housing for electrical Wires connected electrical contact parts according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- Such a housing is an embodiment of a multi-pole plug-in coupling half for electrical lines from DE-PS 37 35 205 known.
- the contact parts the electrical lines are in continuous longitudinal profiles Holes.
- One advantage of the housing design described is in the fact that the housing does not contain any lost parts because all Parts are hingedly connected by film hinges, which also means the manufacturing process of the housing is very simple and inexpensive.
- the object of the invention is to provide a connector housing to create the kind described in the introduction, that no lost parts has, the housing parts collapsible by a folding process are, and also by a small footprint and a simplified Ready-to-assemble, namely simple and quick assembly, and, if necessary, disassembly of those provided with the electrical contact parts electrical lines.
- the number of those that can be defined in the housing with their electrical contacts electrical lines can be variably designed with simple assembly his.
- the number z of the housing parts which can be locked together is according to the invention always 1 greater than the number n of levels, in where the electrical lines are. These levels are in the Installation in the joint areas between the folded ones Housing parts.
- the assembly is particularly easy because quickly and clearly that in a joint area between the closed Housing parts each with electrical lines in particular similar electrical contact parts are locked.
- the arrangement of the film hinges advantageously allows one Multiple locking of the electrical lines with their contact parts and the housing intermediate parts.
- the connector housing 60 shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 is a six-pole, one-piece injection molded part and consists of three housing parts 10, 20, 30.
- the first, lowest housing part 10 in the further also referred to as the lower housing part 10
- the second housing part 20 which is also referred to as the intermediate housing part 20
- the third, uppermost housing part 30, also called upper housing part 30 via film hinges 21, 31 hingedly connected.
- the connection between the lower part of the housing 10 and the intermediate housing part 20 takes place via the film hinge 21, the connection between the lower housing part 10 and the upper housing part 30 over the two film hinges 31.
- the film hinge 21 between the lower housing part 10 and the intermediate housing part 20 is rectangular to the film hinges 31 between the lower housing part 10 and the upper housing part 30 arranged.
- the connector housing 60 serves to receive the contact parts 42, 47 of electrical lines 40, 45 with different cross sections 41, 46.
- the different line cross sections 41, 46 correspond different functions of the electrical lines 40, 45.
- the lines 40 with a larger cross section 41 are load current lines, for example to power a motor, not shown here, while the lines 45 with the smaller cross section 46 signal or Represent control power lines for the power supply of electronic components, which are also not shown here.
- Different function of the lines 40, 45 is also the size 44, 49 and Type of electrical contact parts 42, 47 different.
- the load power lines 40 have angled contact parts (flat receptacles 42) one larger dimension (contact system size 44) than the signal power lines 45, the contact parts 47 straight flat receptacles with a smaller contact system size 49.
- the electrical contact parts 42, 47 instead of the flat receptacles can, for example, the electrical contact parts 42, 47 also Circular receptacles or plug pins can be formed.
- the described six-pin connector housing 60 is for receiving two load power lines 40 and four signal current lines 45 are provided.
- the two angled receptacles 42 shown in FIG Load current lines 40 are in the connector housing 60 in two chambers 11, 29 added, each of which in the lower housing part 10 located chamber part 11 and a chamber part arranged at right angles thereto 29 are formed.
- the chamber part 29 in turn consists of two semi-cylindrical spaces 27, 28.
- the first semi-cylindrical space 27 is located in the lower housing part 10, the second semi-cylindrical Space 28 in the intermediate housing part 20.
- the straight receptacles 47 of the signal current lines 45 are divided into four Chambers 12 in the lower housing part 10 of the connector housing 60 added.
- the chamber parts 11 for the receptacles 42 of the load current lines 40 and the chambers 12 for the receptacles 47 of the signal current lines 45 are located different levels 13, 14 of the first housing part 10, the plane 13 of the chamber parts 11 parallel to the plane 14 of the chambers 12 for the receptacles 47 of the signal current lines 45 is arranged.
- the first line level 22 of the course of the load current lines 40 is with the plane between the first housing part 10 and the closed second housing part 20 'is identical, in which the chamber parts 29 for the sleeves 42 lie.
- the second line level 32 runs in parallel to the first line level 22 between the second housing part 20 ' and the third closed housing part 30 'and is for the course of the Signal power lines 45 determined.
- the load current lines 40 step in the direction of arrow 64 with the angled end of their crimped flat receptacles 42 inserted into the chamber parts 11 of the lower housing part 10.
- positions of the flat receptacles 42 each have two resilient locking webs 43 on each flat receptacle 42 with corresponding undercuts 16 in the walls of the chamber parts 11 for engagement and form a latching connection 43, 16 through which the electrical contact parts 42 are fixed in the chamber parts 11.
- the sides of the flat receptacles crimped onto the load current lines 40 42 come into the semi-cylindrical spaces 27 of the chamber parts 29 to lie at right angles in the first line level 22 the chamber parts 11 are arranged in the first housing part 10.
- the second housing part 20 is moved by a movement around the film hinge 21 in the direction of arrow 23 into its closed position 20 ' brought.
- the upper parts of the flat receptacles 42 are in the semi-cylindrical Rooms 28 of the chamber parts 29 of the second housing part 20 held.
- the load current lines 40 lie in the plane 22 in the joint area 62 the intermediate housing part folded over the lower housing part 10 20 'and pass through outlet openings 24 which are circular in cross section, which are half in the first housing part 10 and the other half in are second housing part 20, from the chamber parts 29 of the connector housing 60 out.
- This intermediate assembly state is shown by Fig. 3 illustrates.
- the electrical contact parts 47 are then of the four signal current lines 45 in the direction of arrow 65 in the for this provided chambers 12 inserted in the lower housing part 10.
- locking recesses 15 are provided, which on the receptacles 47 resilient locking webs 48 cooperate and at full in the chambers 12 inserted contact parts 47 locking connections 48, 15th form, which lock the contact parts 47 in the chambers 12.
