Claims (3)
- Ausbildung des, das Stauchschlitten-Paar und die, diesem zugeordneten, die Werkzeugschlitten aufnehmenden Traggestells von Brammenstauchpressen, bestehend aus zwei, das Stauchschlitten-Paar tragenden Ständerholmen und zwei weiteren, im Abstand darüber angeordneten Ständerholmen sowie, die jeweiligen Enden der Ständerholme verbindende, die Lager der Anstellspindel bzw. der Balancier-Kolben aufnehmende Verbindungstraversen, bei der die einzelnen Ständerholme (1, 2) selbständige Bauelemente bilden, von denen die, jeweils übereinander angeordneten, ein Paar von Ständerholmen (1 bzw. 2) bilden, deren Enden (1a bzw. 2a) ebene Seitenflächen aufweisen, die auf entsprechende ebene Seitenflächen von, ebenfalls als selbständige Bauteile aufgebildeten Kopftraversen auflegbar sind, die die Lager (20) der Stellspindel (8) aufnehmen und mit diesen Schraubverbindbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ständerholme (1 bzw. 2) Querschnittsabschnitte in der Form von I-Profilen und die Kopftraversen (3) oberhalb und unterhalb der Lager (20) der Stellspindeln (8) Flanschansätze (3b) aufweisen, deren Flanschaußenseiten auf die Seitenflächen der Enden (1b bzw. 2b) der Ständerholme (1 bzw. 2) auflegbar sind. - Ausbildung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kopftraversen (3) vertikal verlaufende, aufeinander zugewandte Anlageflächen (3a) für die Auflage von, ebenfalls ebenen Seitenflächen (12a) eines, die jeweilige Verbindungstraverse bildenden, zwischen die benachbarten Kopftraversen 3 der beiden Ständerrollenpaare (1 bzw. 2) einsetzbaren quaderförmigen Abstandskastens (12) aufweisen. - Ausbildung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
in den aufeinanderlegbaren ebenen Flächen angeordnete Regelansätze (21; 23) und diese aufnehmende Ausnehmungen (22; 24).
