Definitions
- the invention relates to a metal roof panel according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a metal roof panel is known from US 1, 971, 932, the lower edge of the metal roof panel being bent up.
- DE-A-44 13 119 known that a metal roof tile for Cleaning of building roofs and the prevention of fouling by Moss can serve.
- the metal roof panel is preferably made of copper sheet trained, to increase the cleaning effect from the Plate base or reaction surface knobs pressed out can be, so that a rapid drainage of moisture is prevented, but with the reaction time of moisture the metal ions of the metal roof panel is enlarged.
- This Metal roof tile to insert between successive Rows of roofing slabs have also proven their worth because the attachment of the metal roof panel by simple way by inserting and fixing by means of a nose-shaped Bracket profile can be achieved.
- snow guard elements In snowy areas, slipping of Avalanches from the building authorities often have snow guard elements prescribed, generally those described below Have structure.
- snow guard grilles are attached appropriately attached hooks, the hooks for wide support also on its underside can be plate-shaped.
- the assembly of such Snow guard is, however, very complex because the individual Mesh elements in the roof width must be cut to length. The support points must also be selected accordingly. A Attaching such snow guard grilles over dormers or Chimney edging is hardly possible without the roof surface visually to deface.
- the invention has for its object a metal roof panel to create roofing of building roofs that easy to assemble and manufacture, as well as an effective and attractive snow guard element.
- the snow guard element By forming the snow guard element from at least one upright shield emerging from the plate base is bent out, a simple production reached.
- this metal roof panel can be used as Snow guard element between without additional mounts successive rows of slabs. additional This avoids screwing or nailing.
- the shield By the shield is bent out of the base of the plate also offered a uniform appearance, in particular if the metal roof plate is stamped from copper sheet and thus adapting to common roof colors over time darkens. This makes it particularly visually appealing Roof covering reached.
- copper sheet is also of particular advantage, because copper is one of the best heat conductors, which makes Sun exposure in winter a uniform defrosting of the Snow is reached on the building roof.
- Another advantage is the perforation of the shield, as this also causes condensation to escape in the direction of the drain can and thus rapid snow defrost can be achieved.
- the defrosting snow also reacts intensively with the metal roof panel, so that according to DE-A-44 13 119 a intensive cleaning effect is achieved.
- the side edges of the shield with one each rounded web into the plate base whereby a particularly high dimensional stability of the upright Shield is reached. This means that even high snow loads are through to cope with the metal roof panel.
- the power flow between the in mounted upright snow guard shield and the Board base to the prevailing load adjusted so that a high dimensional stability is achieved.
- Fig. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view through a Roof covering 2 shown, which consists of a variety of successive rows of plates 2a, 2b, 2c, etc.
- a metal roof panel 1 between the row of panels 2b and 2c inserted and by means of a nose-shaped holder 3 against Secured slipping.
- the plate base 4 of the metal roof plate 1 corresponds essentially to the shape of used roof tiles, for example as shown here, a so-called beaver tail roof tile (see also Fig. 2).
- the bending out of the upright shield 5 from the Plate base area 4 is preferably carried out by a Embossing tool so that the transitions of the shield 5 to the Plate base 4 can be designed.
- a Embossing tool so that the transitions of the shield 5 to the Plate base 4 can be designed.
- Shield 5 a rounded transition in the form of a web 6 co-trained to support the shield 5 and thus Serves to increase the dimensional stability of the metal roof panel 1.
- the roof pitch of the roof covering 2 shown here is approx. 25 °. Accordingly, the shield 5 is about 65 ° from the Plate base 4 bent out around the bending line 9. at steeper roof pitch z. B. 45 ° should therefore be the sign Reaching an upright position by only about 45 ° be bent out of the plate base. You can at the embossing processing of the metal roof panel 1 the two lateral webs 6 due to the lower bending angle be formed over a large area, so that a Increasing the stability of the shield 5 reveals how this is due the steeper roof pitch would then also be required. By this design results in a kind of pocket in the direction of flow, that catches the snow safely.
- Snow guard elements can be arranged one above the other or at correspondingly larger width of the metal roof panel 1 also several such upright shields 5 side by side the plate base 4 can be bent out. This is possible with the appropriate tool design.
- the plate base 4 is also in Area of the shield 5 to be bent up, preferably perforated, for example by pushing out knobs, as in the DE-A-44 13 119 is described.
- improved drainage of defrosting snow achieved because of the overlying snow by crossing in Fig. 2 perforations indicated in the upright shield 5 can expire.
- This also makes an intense Cleaning effect achieved by absorption of metal ions, see above that at the same time a cleaning effect for the roof covering 2 is achieved.
- FIG. 2 is a plan view of the metal roof panel 1 according to Fig. 1 shown. This is the upright position of the shield 5 and the transition of the side edges 5a and 5b in the lateral support webs 6 can be seen.
- the perforated Shield 5, as indicated by crosses, is used here the bending line 9 depending on the roof pitch by an acute angle the plate base 4 bent upwards after in the Board base a dividing or cutting line 8, preferred is introduced together with the embossing processing.
- a central web 11 and a circumferential bead 10 are also formed, to ensure the dimensional stability of the metal roof panel 1.
- the nose-shaped mounting profile 3 can at the same time are also produced.
- the dividing or cutting line 8 is in this case preferably curved to form a rounded or "soft" transition to the side webs 6 and to ensure the upright shield 5. moreover this reduces the risk of injury when laying the metal roof panel reduced as snow guard.
- the bending line 9 am downward end of the metal roof panel 1 is on adapted the selected roof tile shape. If you choose
- the plain line 9 is similar to the plain tile roof tile left end of the metal roof panel 1 arched, while with plain tile roof tiles with a straight one Final edge of the bending line 9 substantially perpendicular to Longitudinal extension of the metal roof panel 1 runs.
- the Bending line 9 is made according to the respective material thickness of the Copper sheet and the respective bending angle in adaptation selected the desired roof pitch.
- the bending angle of the shield is 5 approx. 70 ° to 50 °. If the height H of the sign 5 is similar to that in Fig. 1 is chosen relatively high, the bending line 9 with a relatively large radius 9 'are formed, on the one hand To facilitate bending work, on the other hand by an additional To support the shield 5.
- This metal roof panel 1 with integrated Snow guard function is particularly easy to install.
- individual metal roof tiles are installed at certain points, for example, only two or three such metal roof panels above fireplace surrounds or dormers. With especially heavy snowfall can of course also be the metal roof panel on two or three successive rows of plates staggered.
