Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device for application on a surface exposed to the weather, in particular a roof, a roof surface, a solar system surface or a facade, the device being a Has a plurality of reaction surfaces, which are arranged in layers are and a metallic, preferably copper-containing, Have surface, which in connection with Water-cleaning, preferably fungicidal and / or bactericidal, producing compounds that are dissolved in water can at least partially wet the roof.
- This utility model also discloses a metallic roof ridge element, which preferably is made of copper sheets, with about the length of the ridge element formed a chamber which is marked by a continuous Sheet is limited and has a grid on the outside, which achieve a surface enlarging effect should. Due to the symmetrical design of the The ridge element is on both sides of the roof formed a chamber corresponding to that described there Inventive ideas also through a moisture-storing Fleece or braid can be filled. practical Try this with a ridge hood have shown that in the chamber thus formed there is not enough storage volume, and on top of that the storage time for natural water is extremely short is because evaporation is much too early Moisture occurs.
- the inventor proposes the known one Cleaning device for application to the weather exposed surface, especially a roof, a roof surface, a solar system surface or a facade, improve, the cleaning device a variety of reaction surfaces arranged in layers are and a metallic, preferably copper-containing Surface which, in connection with water-cleaning, preferably fungicidal and / or bactericidal compounds generate that solved the roof at least in the water can partially wet.
- the improvement lies according to the invention in that at least one top layer, one bottom Layer and at least one intermediate layer are provided, with at least two layers at least over a partial area their surface separated by spacers are that spaces are formed between the layers in which natural moisture, especially rainwater, can be tiled in and rinsed out again.
- the water volume that occurs targeted to multiple moisture levels through Spacers are distributed, with those in them Chambers stored moisture due to the above lying positions, for example due to solar radiation is little heated, especially when the spacers only touch the neighboring surface almost point-like, so that the stored humidity has enough time to Is made available with the metallic, preferably grated surface, to respond and for the cleaning Effect necessary substances from the metallic Detach surface that forms the reaction surface.
- the configuration according to the invention ensures that with new water, if possible unhindered flushing of these chambers takes place, so that the substances formed there unhindered to the outside can be washed up and on the surface to be cleaned can be effective.
- the individual layers can be mutually related be arranged in parallel or conically, wherein it is particularly advantageous if the distance between the individual layers enlarged upwards.
- the spacers between the layers can for example be designed so that they are as punctiform or at most linearly the areas to be kept apart touch, noting that it is the spacers are not necessarily separate Must act elements, but that the locations described can be produced by punching tools and this by appropriate shaping of the surface and if necessary Cut out the spacer openings be integrated into the surface of the individual layers can.
- the shape of the spacers is included hardly any limit, but it is advantageous if in each case a strong increase in the reactive Surface is fulfilled by such spacers.
- a further embodiment of the cleaning device is provided according to the invention before that at least one arranged below Layer for at least one layer arranged above it Bead and / or a hinge that the least an overlying layer at the end, preferably at least sectionally, linearly supports.
- Such Training enables you to lay several layers on top of each other, the formed beads each arranged above Protect the situation from sliding down, respectively if a hinge is provided between the layers is also possible to open the individual layers becomes.
- the cleaning device according to the invention Weather and thus also pollution from Dust or deposits of leaves from nearby trees exposed, it may be beneficial to the individual layers to take apart or unfold and to carry out cleaning in the intermediate areas to be able to.
- the possibility arises through a conical opening of the individual layers also a snow slide protection generate as soon as on an oblique Snow on the roof sets in motion, so that this due to spreading layers of the cleaning device is braked.
- the cleaning device according to the invention can be adapted to the most varied shapes of roofs and surfaces, it being possible for such a cleaning device to also be designed as a ridge or roof ridge cover.
- the contour and / or the surface of the cleaning device can be adapted to the contours and / or surfaces of known roof tiles and roof tiles.
- the roof cleaning device of the type mentioned can also be used on thatched roofs or roofs that are covered with slate, roofing felt, corrugated iron panels or the like, an application for solar systems or other glass or plastic roofing being possible in particular.
- the number of two is particularly favorable in the Bavaria region Intermediate layers, a total of four layers exposed, however, it may also be sufficient if the cleaning device only one intermediate layer, so a total of three Layers.
- the spacing of the layers Not to keep individual layers the same, but different ones Generate high gaps so that one is possible optimal water retention depending on the given weather conditions certain regions.
- a further improvement in the effectiveness of the cleaning device can be achieved by using the the layers formed spaces, copper material with greatly enlarged Surface, preferably a granulate and / or Flakes and / or braid and / or vaults and / or fibers made of copper and / or sintered pieces.
- the individual layers can be offset to one side and / or height be arranged to each other.
- the locations can also two opposite ends of upstands and / or bevels exhibit.
- the layers can lie loosely one on top of the other or at least the outer and lower layers, preferably all Layers to be interconnected, using known connection techniques such as screws, nails, rivets, welded connections or adhesive connections are applicable.
- At least the lower layer, preferably all layers can be three-dimensional Surface shape of roof sections and / or Roof tiles and / or solar systems or other weather exposed surfaces can be adjusted.
- For safe Attachment of the cleaning device can at least the lower layer of fasteners and / or mounting brackets exhibit.
- Such fasteners can at least partially made of plastic and in at least one of the layers, preferably the lower layer, can be clipped on be equipped.
- a special equipment of the spacers can be in it exist that they are formed like a braid and / or fabric are so that the layers are resilient to each other Be kept at a distance and at the same time if possible low heat flows between the individual layers arise.
- these layers can be made in one piece be, here preferably by folding and Fold the appropriate spaces are created.
- the individual layers of the cleaning device can on the one hand made of thin sheet metal, preferably copper sheet on the other hand, there is also the possibility at least one layer of the cleaning device to form by a foil, preferably a copper foil. If all layers of the cleaning device are formed from foils, So this has the advantage that the layers are very simply the outer contour of the roof tiles covered to adjust. In this context it is pointed out that there are basically so-called foils of thin sheets do not differentiate. For the purposes of this registration however, under a film a largely flexible, itself due to its own weight, at least the large contour adapting to a shape of a brick lying under the film, Seen metal surface. Likewise, the scope of the Invention also include a film or sheet made from is built up of several layers, but not necessarily all Layers must be metallic, only that The layer accessible to moisture must be metallic Have property to produce the cleaning effect.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention also lies therein the cleaning device with at least one layer, preferably to be equipped with all layers, in their area Elevations and depressions are impressed, preferably this can be done by punching, especially by rolling.
- the Production of the cleaning device according to the invention particularly advantageous by at least one punching process can be.
- a braid can also be used or fabric can be used as a layer without the frame of the Leaving invention.
- the cleaning device consists of four layers 1.1 - 1.4, which the Ridge roof tiles 3 largely cover on the top, each layer being on both sides of the ridge tile extends.
- the individual layers have stamped layers Bulges 2, which act as a spacer between the individual layers work.
- At the bottom of each Layers are raised edges 8, against which each can support the overlying layer with its long side.
- the locations are like this designed that due to the spacers only a very there is little thermal contact between them that even sun exposure does not cause rapid evaporation of the water lying in the spaces 14 leads to sufficient time and surface for training of the chemical substances available for the Carry out roof cleaning.
- inlays 7 are additionally shown in the interstices, which consist of copper-containing material or copper and in addition to the surfaces of the individual layers cause an increase in the reaction area and also produce a certain water retention effect. Also are the breakthroughs are shown on the left, so that rain can easily penetrate the individual layers can.
- FIG. 2 shows a similar cleaning device 1 a roof ridge tile 3, but here is only the lower one Location 1.4 designed so that it covers the entire roof ridge 3, while the other arranged thereon Layers 1.1 - 1.3 arranged exclusively on the side are and by connecting elements 5 in the form of screws, Nails, rivets or the like prevented from sliding down become.
- the design of the individual layers corresponds here essentially the representation of Figure 1, wherein here, too, between the layers of inlays, for example Copper grits, vaults, sintered elements, braids or the like is introduced into the spaces 14 between the layers can be.
- Figures 3 and 4 show two cleaning devices 1, which are arranged on flat roof tiles 9, these are also 4-ply.
- the equipment of the locations corresponds to Figures 1 or 2, again here too Gaps 14 between the individual layers 1.1 - 1.4 are generated in which moisture is stored can.
- this insert 7 usefully should consist of a copper material so that can increasingly form the desired reaction products. It should be noted that it is cheaper to use such To accommodate deposits in the lower layers, because such inserts for increased heat flow between upper and lower layer worry, but basically undesirable is. However, several are good on the top thermally separated layers already arranged, so predominates the preferred effect of water storage and surface enlargement opposite the thermal pipe.
- Figure 4 shows a variation of the layers with respect to their Spacers in that the first one below Layer 1.1 is executed, has spacer 2, which are made of good insulating plastic, so that between the lower layer 1.4 and the one above it Layer 1.3 there is only slight thermal contact. This will also heat through the one below Bricks introduced as little as possible into the layers above. Likewise, the outer layer 1.1 of the one below lying intermediate layer 1.2 also by clipped in, spacers made of plastic separated.
- the cleaning devices shown in this document only represent selected examples, whereby for the simpler Representation also selected simple geometric shapes were. On the one hand, this affects the surface which the cleaning devices rest on, as well as the Structure and shape of the spacers that go without saying different by appropriately trained punching tool can be carried out, most different Shapes can be used. It is advantageous here mostly when at least the bottom layer is each of the shape the covered surface, especially the one below Adapts bricks, although it is also here can be partially advantageous when using spacers compared to the underlying surface to be cleaned is worked. The design of the spacers even if they are formed from the individual layers themselves can be especially cheap if they are too big additional Lead surfaces and at the same time if possible a low heat transfer to the one to be kept at a distance generate next layer.
- Figures 5a to 5d show cross sections through possible Contours of the cleaning device. So the contour corresponds 5a, for example, a Frankfurt pan, the contour of FIG. 5b can be used, for example can be used on a corrugated roof. Figures 5c and 5d represent simple, slightly curved or flat contours a cleaning device, as shown on relative flat surfaces can be used.
- Figures 6a and 6b show two exemplary outlines one Roof cleaning device seen from above, the Figures 7a to 7c longitudinal sections transverse to the ridge direction through the contour of cleaning devices show how they are used for example in the ridge area.
- FIG Cleaning device are shown that here on a roof surface with flat, flat roof tiles or roof tiles 9 rests.
- the cleaning device has 4 layers of copper sheet, which are attached by the side Spacer 2, the layers 1.1 to 1.4 essentially fix in parallel.
- the spacers can be made of plastic, for example, so little heat transfer between the locations.
- rainwater can run off in the openings 6 formed penetrate and is between the Layers 1.1 to 1.4 are stored in the spaces 14 where sufficient time to react with the weathered copper surface exists so that the necessary chemical reactions can take place.
- the layers of outlet slots formed over the the enriched water can escape to the surface to be cleaned can.
- small openings or perforations in the end area the respective position, preferably in the region of the bead 8 be incorporated to make the water leakage as even as possible to effect distributed.
- the section A-A of Figure 8 is shown in Figure 9.
- the contour of the exemplary spacers is particularly good here 2 recognizable. These can be one-sided or Provide slots on both sides to fix the layers into which the layers are inserted and therefore at a distance be fixed. As an alternative to the shown conical trained slots, these can also be parallel and be rectangular.
- the spacers are executed so that it is on the surface of the roof tile 9 lie directly on top and the lower layer in one Keep a distance from the roof surface to ensure adequate weathering and to generate the correct amount of water penetration.
- the spacers are here with tabs 10 on the side attached to or between the roof tiles 9.
- tab 10 For fixation between spacer 2 and tab 10 is here - shown on the right - for example a fastener 13 in the form of a nail, screw or rivet used.
- the tab 10 engages a slot in the spacer 2. It should be mentioned nor that the length of the individual layers is the same and there is therefore an offset in the longitudinal direction by the width of the Bead 8 results.
- Figure 10 shows a cleaning device on a flat roof surface 9 also with 4 layers with side Spacers in longitudinal section.
- the 3 upper layers laterally completely from the spacers 2 edged with the layers tapered downwards run towards each other.
- the lower layer 1.1 is essential here trained longer from the remaining layers and so can jammed, for example, with a brick arranged above or get hooked.
- FIG. 11 shows a 3D representation for better illustration with wire model of the roof cleaning device from Figure 8, while Figure 12 is a 3D representation of the Roof cleaning device of Figure 10 shows.
- FIG. 13 is a cross section through a roof cleaning device similar to Figures 8 or 10, but with different locations.
- On the left is the lower layer without openings with one above Sintered insert shown.
- an elastic connecting element 11 - here with Spring elements - arranged which one elements - arranged, which causes the Spacer 2 prevents and thus helps the layers safely to jam.
- the position and number of connecting elements can be varied can.
- FIG. 13 shows another arrangement of layers 1.1 to 1.4.
- the upper layer 1.4 is closed here trained, there is a strong one below structured, uniformly thick sintered surface 1.3, followed of a sintered layer 1.2, which is thicker in the center is considered on the edge, again followed by a heavily perforated lower layer 1.1.
- the cleaning device can consist of one flat copper material are punched, noting this is that under punching all manufacturing processes too are understood to fall under this term - see see for example DIN 9870 or "Die Wegbau", 1997, ISBN 3-8085-1202-4, in particular Chapter 1 "Stamping technology".
- FIG. 14 shows an example of such a cleaning device in longitudinal section by multiple Edged and folding has 4 perforated layers. shown is a side of a ridge element that is symmetrical arranged opposite side is not shown in the picture.
- this type of design and Manufacture also for other types of cleaning device can be used, for example for similar configurations as in the previous figures.
- FIG. 1 A special variant is shown in FIG a cleaning device 1 made of 3 V-shaped and assembled layers shows, of which 2 layers are perforated are trained. Act as spacers here the folds arranged above, each on the Support the lower layer and thus the distance and orientation determine the locations.
- 16 shows a longitudinal section through a simple folded roof cleaning device 1, which is a kind of bag forms an intermediate layer 1.3 with an integrated spacer 2 is inserted.
- the liner is in the bottom Area inserted in a groove, which is also shown here Spacer 2 is used.
- Spacer 2 is used.
- FIG. 17 again shows a variant of a cleaning device on a flat roof surface with 4 layers 1.1 to 1.4 with side spacers 2 in longitudinal section.
- the lower layer 1.1 is through the ends of the holder 2 at a distance from the underlying Surface kept and is arranged with the one above Roof tiles hooked against slipping.
- a roof ridge element that acts as a roof cleaning device is designed and fundamentally of its construction corresponds to the cleaning device from FIG 18 shown in 3D representation as a wire model. These curved surfaces can also be very easily and inexpensive to manufacture by punching processes.
- FIG. 19 shows a cleaning device Similar to Figure 17, but here are the individual layers 1.x not the same length, but shorten from the lower one Layer 1.1 to the upper layer 1.4. This ensures that with moderate to light rain all Spaces 14 between the layers also without openings in the surface of the layers can be filled with moisture. This applies both to stable layers of sheet metal and to layers made of flexible film.
- Spacer 2 shown. These consist of one Combination of spacers 2.2 and one by Spacers performed connecting element 2.1. For example simple spacers can be used as spacers, Rings or wedges made of different materials like plastic, rubber or metal.
- FIG. 20 shows how a conical shape due to different height elements The course of layers 1.x can be reached.
- FIG. 21 shows that it is at correspondingly wide contact surface of the spacer elements 2.2 it is also sufficient to attach only one spacer 2 per side, to achieve sufficient fixation of the layers.
- FIG. 22 shows that it is at correspondingly wide contact surface of the spacer elements 2.2 it is also sufficient to attach only one spacer 2 per side, to achieve sufficient fixation of the layers.
- FIG. 22 for one non-parallel course of layers 1.x shown. additionally is here at the lower duck of the lower layer 1.1 - shown in dashed lines - flanging or chamfer 15 shown, into which the upper layers can be inserted to achieve additional fixation.
- FIG. 23 shows another one according to the invention Device in which with the help of a punching process integrated spacer elements from the surface of layers 1.2-1.4 2.2 are pulled out and therefore no longer must be used individually.
- a spacing element 2.3 is used, at the same time as a kind of washer serves for the connecting element 2.1.
- This can, for example be made of plastic, or also designed as a metal sleeve with a washer on top his.
- the invention shown is a Disclosed cleaning device, which is suitable due the particularly favorable moisture storage and at the same time greatly increasing the reaction surface under different climatic conditions cleaning surfaces exposed to the weather cause.
