Claims (7)
- Dichtungsprofil (1) aus elastischem Material zur Abdichtung von Fenstern und ähnlichen Verschlüssen, insbesondere Kunststoffprofilfenster, dessen Hohlkammerprofil eine Dichtlippe (5), eine Dichtwulst (4) mit am freien Ende angeordneter, vorstehender Nase (6), einen annähernd parallel zum Kunststoffprofil verlaufenden Profilgrundkörper (3) sowie einen daran angeformten Verankerungskeil (2) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Profilgrundkörper (3), Verankerungskeil (2), Dichtwulst (4) und Dichtlippe (5) ein sowohl als Anschlagdichtung wie Verglasungsdichtung einsetzbares Hohlkammerprofil bildend geformt sind, das bei Druck auf die freie Seite des ballonartigen Hohlkörpers (10) die der Dichtwulst (4) zugeordnete Nase (6) über zusätzliche Führungsteile (11/16; 12) hochdrückend ausgebildet ist, wobei der Dichtlippe (5) und Dichtwulst (4) verbindende Teilbereich eingeformt oder eingebogen ist und daß der Verankerungskeil (2) einen vom Profilgrundkörper (3) wegweisend offenen und Schweißreste aufnehmenden Fuß (19) aufweist. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Führungsteil (11/16) einem Dichtlippe (5) und Dichtwulst (4) trennenden, abgeknickten Steg (11) zugeordnet und als von der Nase (6) wegweisenden Winkelrücken (16) ausgebildet ist. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein weiteres Führungsteil (12) dem Rücken der Dichtlippe (5) zugeordnet und als Knickstelle ausgebildet ist. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Profilgrundkörper (3) im Bereich des Dichtlippe (5) und Dichtwulst (4) trennenden Steges (11) in Richtung Verankerungskeil (2) abgebogen ist. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den offenen Fuß (19) ergebende Wandung (20) verstärkt ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise aus einem eine höhere Shore-Härte aufweisenden Kunststoff besteht. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wandung (20) bzw. der Fuß (19) einen Kern (21) aus härterem, dehnfestem Material, vorzugsweise Polypropylen aufweist. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kern (21) U-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die vom Basissteg (22) im Profilgrundkörper (3) rechtwinklig abstehenden Flankenstege (23, 24) endseitig ankerspitzenartig geformt sind.
