Bei diesen bekannten Dichtungsprofilen ist von Nachteil, daß sie nur für den Bereich der Abdichtung der Fenster gegen Glasscheibe eingesetzt werden können, während im Bereich Festverglasung oder auch Anschlagebene gesonderte und dem jeweiligen Einsatzfall angepaßte Dichtungsprofile benötigt werden. Dementsprechend müssen diese Dichtungsprofile auch nach Herstellung oder besser gesagt nach Fertigstellung des jeweiligen Fensterflügels, Fensters oder sonstigen Verschlusses in die vorgesehene Nut eingedrückt werden, um dann nach dem Einlegen der Scheibe oder nach dem Montieren des Verschlusses die entsprechende Abdichtung zu erbringen. Der Fensterbauer muß dementsprechend bei der Herstellung der Fenster einen gesonderten Arbeitsgang vorsehen, in dem die entsprechend unterschiedlichen Dichtungsprofile montiert werden. Claims (7)

  1. Sealing section (1) made of elastic material for sealing windows and similar seals, in particular plastic section windows, the hollow chamber section of which has a sealing lip (5), a sealing bead (4) with a projecting nose (6) arranged on the free end, a shaped basic body (3) running almost parallel to the plastic section and a securing wedge (2) formed thereon, characterised in that the shaped basic body (3), securing wedge (2), sealing bead (4) and sealing lip (5) form a hollow chamber section which can be used as a stop seal and a glazing sealing, in that on pressure on the free side of the balloon-like hollow body (10) the nose (6) allocated to the sealing bead (4) is designed to exert high pressure by additional guide elements (11/16; 12), wherein the section connecting the sealing lip (5) and sealing bead (4) is shaped or bent, and in that the securing wedge (2) has an open foot (19) pointing away from the shaped basic body (3) and receiving welding residues.
  2. Sealing section according to claim 1, characterised in that a guide element (11/16) is assigned to a sealing lip (5) and sealing bead (4) separating, bent web (11) and is designed as angle backs (16) pointing away from the nose (6).
  3. Sealing section according to claim 1, characterised in that a further guide element (12) is assigned to the rear of the sealing lip (5) and is designed as a bend point
  4. Sealing section according to claim 1, characterised in that the shaped basic body (3) in the region of the sealing lip (5) and sealing bead (4) separating web (11) is bent in the direction of the securing wedge (2).
  5. Sealing section according to claim 1, characterised in that the wall (20) forming the open foot (19) is reinforced, and preferably is made of a plastic of greater Shore hardness.
  6. Sealing section according to claim 5, characterised in that the wall (20) or the foot (19) has a core (21) made of a harder, stretch-resistant material, preferably polypropylene.
  7. Sealing section according to claim 6, characterised in that the core (21) is designed to be U-shaped, whereby the flank webs (23, 24) projecting at right angles from the base web (22) in the shaped basic body (3) are anchor-pointed at the ends.
