Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Lagerung eines Aufbaus (1) eines Eisenbahnwagens auf seinem Untergestell (2)mit zwischen dem Aufbau (1) und Aufstandsflächen des Untergestells (2) angeordneten Rollen (6) und einem einen auf den Eisenbahnwagen einwirkenden Stoß abdämpfenden Langhubstoßdämpfer (3), wobei im Bereich der Aufstandsflächen (12) des Untergestells (2) jeweils mit einer Mehrzahl von Rollen (6) versehene Rollenblöcke (5) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Rollenblöcke (5) als Kästen ausgebildet sind, in denen die Rollen in festen Positionen drehbeweglich gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Rollenblock (5) vier Rollen (6) belastungsoptimiert angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollen (6) jeweils paarweise neben- und hintereinander in einem Rollenblock (5) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenblöcke (5) auf dem Untergestell (2) im Bereich von rechteckigen Öffnungen (7) geführt sind, die die Aufstandsflächen (12) ausbilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rechteckigen Öffnungen (7) als Konsolen ausgebildet sind, die mit elastischen Unterlagen (8) versehen sind, auf denen die Rollenblöcke (5) federnd abgestützt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufbau (1) im Bereich der Rollenblöcke (5) mit Gegenfahrbahnen (4) ausgestattet ist, die aus gehärtetem Flachmaterial bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenblöcke (5) entfernbar in die rechteckigen Öffnungen (7) eingelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in eine oder mehrere rechteckige Öffnungen (7) des Untergestells (2) angepaßte Adapter eingesetzt sind, die jeweils mit einer Gleitplatte (11) versehen sind, auf der die ihr zugeordneten Gegenfahrbahn (4) gleitend gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufbau (1) mindestens im Bereich seiner vier Ecken (13) mit Abhebesicherungen (14) versehen ist, die jeweils aus einer am Untergestell (2) befestigten Klammer (9) unter einer sie übergreifenden Führungsschiene (10) besteht, in deren Ausnehmung (15) die Klammer (9) hineinragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammer (9) lösbar am Untergestell (2) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammer (9) und die ihr zugehörige Führungsschiene (10) berührungslos einander zugeordnet sind.
