Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Fixierung einer Eisenbahnschiene (R) auf einer Schwelle (T) von der Art mit einem in der Schwelle verankerten Einsatz (1), einer elastischen Schienenklemme (2), zumindest einem isolierenden Zwischenstück (31, 32), das zwischen dem Einsatz (1) und/oder der Klemme (2) und der Schiene (R) angebracht ist, einer Unterlagplatte (S) auf der der Schienenfuß gelagert ist, und einem Spannorgan (4, 4') für die Klemme (2) auf dem Einsatz (1), wobei das Spannorgan (4, 4') insbesondere aus einem Schaft (40, 40') gebildet ist, der in seinem unteren Abschnitt mit einem Halteelement (41, 41') versehen ist, das mit zumindest einer Anlagefläche (41a, 41b, 41'a) gebildet ist, welche sich radial vom Stift weg erstreckt, und der Einsatz (1) einerseits eine feste vordere Fläche (la), die einen Anschlag für die lateralen Kräfte der Schiene bildet, und andererseits einen inneren Hohlraum (10) aufweist, der nach oben hin in zumindest eine obere Öffnung (11) mündet, deren entsprechende Konturen und Dimensionen bemessen sind, um das Einführen und das Verschieben der aus dem Spannorgan (4, 4') und der Klemme (2) gebildeten Einheit sowie das Verriegeln des Halteelements (41) im Hohlraum (10) durch eine geeignete Bewegung des Sperrorgans in der Öffnung (11) zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Öffnung (11) durch einen Schlitz (111) gebildet ist, der sich quer zur Schiene erstreckt und das Verschieben des Spannorgans zwischen zwei lateralen Endpositionen in Bezug auf die Schiene ermöglicht; wobei der Schlitz örtlich durch ein Loch (110) vergrößert ist, das für die Drehung des Spannorgans (4, 4') und/oder das Einführen des Halteelements (41, 41') in den Hohlraum vorgesehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Schlitzes (111) größer als der Durchmesser der Anlagefläche (41a) des Halteelements (41) ist, um dessen Einführen in den Hohlraum (10) durch eine geeignete Stellung des Spannorgans (4) im Schlitz (111) zu gewährleisten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Lochs (110) größer als der Durchmesser der Anlagefläche (41a) des Halteelements (41) ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des Schlitzes (111) geringfügig größer als der Außendurchmesser des Schalters (40) des Spannorgans (4), um dessen Verschiebung im Schlitz (111) zu ermöglichen, aber kleiner als der Durchmesser der Anlagefläche (41a) ist, um das Halteelement (41) im Hohlraum (10) zu verriegeln.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dimensionen des Hohlraums (10) größer als der Durchmesser der Anlagefläche (41a) des Halteelements (41) sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannorgan ein Bolzen (4) ist, dessen Schaft einen schraubbaren Kopf (42) aufweist, der einen Abschnitt (43) an zumindest zwei parallelen Oberflächen überragt, wobei er ein Element zur drehfesten Verriegelung des Schaftes (40) in der Öffnung (11) bildet, und das Halteelement (41) zumindest einen Schuh (41a, 41b) aufweist, der ausgehend vom unteren Abschnitt des Schaftes (40) des Spannorgans radial vorspringt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (41) zwei Schuhe (41a, 41b) aufweist, die bezüglich des Schaftes (40) des Spannorgans (4) einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (41) vertikal in den Hohlraum (10) durch die Öffnung (11) eingeführt ist und durch eine Verdrehung des Spannorgans (4) um 90° verriegelt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannorgan ein Niet (4') ist und das Halteelement aus einem peripheren Bund (41') gebildet ist, der am unteren Ende des Schaftes (40') des Niets (4') vorgesehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (1) mit einem Keilelement für das hintere Ende der Klemme (2) versehen ist, um diese in der montierten Stellung zu blockieren.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Keilelement in Form einer Wanne (14) ausgebildet ist, die auf der Oberseite des Einsatzes an der von der Schiene am weitesten entfernten Seite ausgebildet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Keilelement ein Element an der Rückseite des Einsatzes ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein seitliches, mit Elementen zum Verankern auf dem Einsatz versehenes Zwischenstück (31), das auf dem Rand der Unterlagplatte (S) zwischen der vorderen Fläche (1a) des Einsatzes (1) und dem Fuß der Schiene (R) angebracht ist, und ein vertikales, mit Elementen zum Fixieren auf der Klemme (2) versehenes, Zwischenstück (32) aufweist, das zwischen dem vorderen Ende der Klemme und der Schiene angebracht ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (10) mit der Umgebung über eine an der Rückseite des Einsatzes (1) angeordnete Längsöffnung (12) in Verbindung steht.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Oberseite des Einsatzes (1) zumindest in seinem vorderen Abschnitt in einer Ebene erstreckt, die oberhalb des Fußes der Schiene (R) gelegen ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenflächen des Einsatzes mit der vorderen Fläche über vorspringende Ränder (13) verbunden sind, die den Eingriff des seitlichen Zwischenstücks (31) ermöglichen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das seitliche Zwischenstück (31) einen zentralen geraden Abschnitt (310) aufweist, der dazu vorgesehen ist, gegen den Fuß der Schiene in Stützkontakt zu treten, und der sich mit seitlichen Verankerungsschenkeln (311) nach hinten erstreckt, welche dazu vorgesehen sind, über die vorspringenden Ränder (13) der vorderen Fläche (1a) des Einsatzes (1) einzugreifen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Schenkel (311) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial und gemäß einem Profil hergestellt sind, das mit dem der vorspringenden Ränder (13) des Einsatzes (1) zusammenarbeitet.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vertikale Zwischenstück (32) einen im Wesentlichen ebenen unteren Abschnitt (320), der dazu vorgesehen ist, unter der Wirkung der Klemme (2) gegen die Schiene in Stützkontakt zu treten, und einen oberen Abschnitt (321) aufweist, der mit dem unteren Abschnitt verbunden ist, um ein Rillengelenk (323) zu bilden, in welches das vordere Ende der Klemme (2) eingreift.

  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Längsöffnung (12) des Einsatzes (1) an der Rückseite und Oberseite des Einsatzes (1) nach außen mündet.
