Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Eisenbahnschiene (5) auf einer Schwelle (1), mit einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Widerlager (8), das dazu bestimmt ist, die Schiene seitlich zu halten und welches an der der Schiene gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Profil (9) in Form einer nach unten gerichteten Welle hat, welche dazu bestimmt ist, in eine ein angepasstes Profil aufweisende Vertiefung (4) einzugreifen, die parallel zur Schiene in der Schwelle vorgesehen ist, mit einer am Widerlager vorgesehenen Vertiefung (10), die sich über der Welle, parallel zu dieser, erstreckt, und einem vertikalen Loch (15) zum Durchtritt einer Schwellenschraube (3) oder eines Bolzens oder einer Gewindestange, und mit einem elastischen metallischen Klemmteil (7) in Form einer polygonalen, gewölbten Platte, welche ein Loch (14) zum Durchtritt der Schwellenschraube bzw. des Bolzens oder der Gewindestange, versehen mit einer Mutter, und einen Ansatz (13) in Form einer Welle aufweist, die eine der Vertiefung (10) des Widerlagers angepasste Form hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmteil (7) in einer senkrecht zur Schiene orientierten Richtung gewölbt ist und dass das Loch (14) des Klemmteils in einer senkrecht zur Schiene orienterten Richtung länglich ist, derart, dass der Klemmteil auf dem Widerlager zwei stabile Stellungen einnehmen kann, nämlich eine Vorbereitungsstellung, in welcher sein gewellter Ansatz (13) ausserhalb der Vertiefung des Widerlagers an diesem anliegt und sein gegenüberliegender Rand (19) den schienenseitigen Rand des Widerlagers nicht überragt, und eine Befestigungsstellung, in welcher sein Ansatz in die Vertiefung (10) des Widerlagers eingreift und sein gegenüberliegender Rand (19) oberhalb des Schienenfusses liegt.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der seitlich der Vertiefung liegende Rand des Widerlagers eine zylindrische konkave, schräge Fläche (18) aufweist, an welcher der gewellte Ansatz (13) des Klemmteils in der Vorbereitungsstellung anliegt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (10) des Widerlagers an ihren Enden derart begrenzt ist, dass sie zwei seitliche Anschläge (11, 12) für den gewellten Ansatz des Klemmteils bildet, wenn dieser in die Vertiefung eingreift.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Anlage am Schienenfuss bestimmte Seite (19) des Klemmteils mit einer Hülle aus Kunststoff (20) versehen ist.
  5. Eisenbahnschwelle, die im voraus mit Befestigungsvorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgerüstet ist.
