Claims (17)

  1. Isolierendes Widerlager aus Plastik für eine Klemme (A) an Eisenbahnschienen (R), mit einem vorderen Teil (1) zur Auflage gegen den Schienenfuß, wobei ein Sockel (2) in einer der Schwelle (T) entsprechenden Aufnahme (L) ruht, einem oberen Teil (3) zum Stützen der Klemme (A), welches mit Lagermitteln (36) für das hintere Ende der Klemme (A) sowie mit einer zentralen Durchgangsöffnung (34) zum Durchlassen eines Verankerungselementes (X) versehen ist, und einem rückwärtigen Teil (4), das mit einer Verkeilungsfläche (40) gegen die hintere Wand der Aufnahme (L) der Schwelle versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Teil (3) eine zentrale Vertiefung (33) umfaßt, deren Boden (330) von vorne nach hinten abwärts geneigt ist, die seitlich von zwei symmetrischen Verstärkungsrippen (31, 32) eingerahmt und nach hinten durch die Lagermittel (36) für die Klemme (A) begrenzt ist.
  2. Widerlager gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (34) nach oben hin durch einen Zylinderteil (37) verlängert, um oberhalb der oberen Fläche der Rippen (31, 32) zu enden.
  3. Widerlager gemäß Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geneigte Boden (330) an seiner Rückseite mit einer Kehle (35) in Verbindung steht, die durch die Lagermittel (36) für die Klemme (A) ausgebildet ist und von dem rückwärtigen Teil (4) aus auf der Schwelle T endet.
  4. Widerlager gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Verstärkungsrippe (31, 32) durch ihre Außenkante mit einem seitlichen Flügel (310, 320) verbunden ist.
  5. Widerlager gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagermittel (36) für das hintere Ende der Klemme (A) aus zwei symmetrischen Sätteln (361, 362) bestehen, welche quer mit dem jeweiligen hinteren Ende jeder Rippe (31, 32) verbunden sind.
  6. Widerlager gemäß den Patentansprüchen 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Sättel (361, 362) auf der einen und auf der anderen Seite der Kehle (35) in Höhe der oberen Fläche der Rippen (31, 32) vorgesehen sind.
  7. Widerlager gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (2) eine geneigte zentrale Ebene (22) umfaßt, die der unteren, von zwei seitlichen konkaven Schrägen (23, 24) gesäumten Fläche der Vertiefung (33) entspricht.
  8. Widerlager gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des oberen Teils (3) größer ist als die Breite des Sockels (2).
  9. Widerlager gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende der Schrägen (23, 24) und das der geneigten Ebene (22) durch eine stützende (21) Querfläche verbunden sind, welche den Druck des hinteren Endes der Klemme (A) an die Schwelle (T) weitergibt.
  10. Widerlager gemäß den Patentansprüchen 5 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stützende Querfläche (21) mit der rückwärtigen Verkeilungsfläche (40) verbunden ist, die sich deutlich vertikal und gemäß einer annähernd rechtwinkligen Ebene zu den Sätteln (361, 362) erstreckt.
  11. Widerlager gemäß Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Wand des Zylinderteils (34) so bestimmt ist, daß eine übermäßige Biegung der Klemme (A) beim Bilden des Widerlagers vermieden wird.
  12. Widerlager gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (2) mindestens einen Vorsprung (251) umfaßt, der dazu bestimmt ist, ab einer bestimmten Biegebeanspruchung in Anlagekontakt gegen die Oberfläche der Aufnahme (L) der Schwelle (T) zu kommen.
  13. Widerlager gemäß den Patentansprüchen 7 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sockel (2) zwei Vorsprünge (251, 252) umfaßt, die symmetrisch auf der einen und der anderen Seite der geneigten, zentralen Ebene (22) vorgesehen sind.
  14. Widerlager gemäß Patentanspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (251, 252) kegelstumpfartig ist.
  15. Widerlager gemäß Patentanspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung halbkugelförmig ist.
  16. Widerlager gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite zum Aufliegen des Vorsprungs (251, 252) eine Oberfläche kleiner oder gleich 2 cm2 hat.
  17. Widerlager gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Ruhezustand ein Spiel zwischen 0,5 und 3 mm zwischen der Unterseite zum Aufliegen des Vorsprungs (251, 252) und der Oberseite der Aufnahme (L) existiert.
