Claims (10)

  1. Stütz- und Verkeilvorrichtung für eine Schiene (R) einer Eisenbahn auf einer Eisenbahnschwelle (T), die insbesondere eine elastische Fußplatte (1), auf der die Basis (Ra) der Schiene (R) ruht, und zwei isolierende Anschläge (2,2'), die eingeschoben sind zwischen die Schiene (R) und elastische Befestigungen (A,A'), die an seitlich in der Eisenbahnschwelle (T) verankerten Einsätzen (I,I') befestigt sind, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Rand der Anschläge (2,2') unterhalb des Niveaus der Basis (Ra) der Schiene (R) und oberhalb der symmetrischen Seitenteile (11,11'), mit geringerer Dicke, der Fußplatte (1) liegt, deren Mittelteil die Basis (Ra) der Schiene (R) trägt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Spielraum zwischen dem unteren Rand (20,20') der Anschläge (2,2') und den entsprechenden Seitenteilen (11,11') der Fußplatte (1) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spielraum zwischen dem unteren Rand (20,20') der Anschläge (2,2') und den Seitenteilen (11,11') der Fußplatte (1) zwischen 0,5 mm und 5 mm beträgt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterschied in der Dicke zwischen dem Mittelteil (10) und den Seitenteilen (11,11') der Fußplatte (1) größer oder gleich 3 mm ist, wenn die Schiene plaziert ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Seitenteile (11,11') der Fußplatte (1) kleiner oder gleich der Hälfte der Dicke des Mittelteils (10) ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des unteren Rands (20,20') des Anschlags (2,2') wenigstens 2 mm unterhalb des Niveaus der Basis (Ra) der Schiene (R) liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (11,11') zum Verkeilen der Fußplatte (1) in entsprechende, auf der Oberseite der Eisenbahnschwelle (T) ausgesparte Ansätze (Ta) eingefügt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (11,11') der Fußplatte (1) vollwandig sind, während der Mittelteil (10) ausgesparte Bereiche (10a) aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Seitenteile (11,11') kleiner ist als die Länge des Mittelteils (10).
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Rand (20,20') der Anschläge (2,2') durch eine flache, im wesentlichen horizontale Fläche gebildet ist.
