Claims (8)

  1. Einrichtung zum Befestigen einer Schiene für Eisenbahnen auf einer Eisenbahnschwelle, aufweisend ein Verbindungsstück (1) in Form einer elastisch verformbaren Platte, die zur Befestigung auf einer Eisenbahnschwelle mittels eines Verankerungselements bestimmt ist; ein isolierendes Zwischenstück (2), wobei das Verbindungsstück dazu bestimmt ist, auf den Fuß der Schiene mittels des isolierenden Zwischenstücks zu drücken; und einen seitlichen Anschlag (3), der dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen dem Fuß der Schiene, der auf einer elastischen Sohle liegt, und der Eisenbahnschwelle angeordnet zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (1) mit dem Zwischenstück (2) so ausgestattet ist, dass es eine Verbindung bildet, dass der seitliche Anschlag (3) auf seiner Oberseite wenigstens zwei symmetrisch bezüglich seiner Querachse verlaufende Vertiefungen (31, 32) aufweist, die auf ihrem unteren Rand durch eine geneigte Seite (31a, 32a) begrenzt sind; und dass das Zwischenstück (2) Vorsprünge (21, 22) mit komplementären Profilen auf weist, die mit der Unterseite des Zwischenstücks verbunden sind, wobei die Vertiefungen (31, 32) zur Aufnahme der Vorsprünge (21, 22) beim Festklemmen des Verbindungsstücks bestimmt sind, indem so Mittel gebildet werden zur Blockierung des Verbindungsstücks (1) bezüglich Rotation und des Anschlags (3) hinsichtlich vertikaler Translation.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite des seitlichen Anschlags (3) mit einer Aufnahme (33) versehen ist, die zum Eingreifen einer mit dem seitlichen Ende der Sohle (4) verbundenen Zunge (43) bestimmt ist.
  3. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das isolierende Zwischenstück (2) mit zwei Klemmen (20) zur Befestigung auf dem vorderen Rand des Verbindungsstücks versehen ist.
  4. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen geneigten Seiten (31a,32a, 21a,22a) der Vertiefungen (31,32) des Anschlags (3) und der entsprechenden Vorsprünge (21,22) des Zwischenstücks (2) paarweise parallel sind.
  5. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen geneigten Seiten der Vertiefungen (31,32) des Anschlags (3) und der entsprechenden Vorsprünge (21,22) des Zwischenstücks (2) vor dem Festklemmen des Verbindungsstücks durch ein Spiel (J) getrennt werden, das von der ursprünglichen Biegung des Verbindungsstücks (1) abhängt.
  6. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen geneigten Seiten der Vertiefungen (31,32) des Anschlags (3) und der entsprechenden Vorsprünge (21,22) des Zwischenstücks (2) nach dem Festklemmen des Verbindungsstücks (1) in gegenseitigem Druckkontakt sind.
  7. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Vorsprünge (21,22) des Zwischenstücks (2) kleiner oder gleich der Tiefe der Vertiefungen (31,32) des Anschlags (3) ist.
  8. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkel der geneigten Seiten (21a,22a,31a,32a) der Vorsprünge (21,22) des Zwischenstücks (2) und der Vertiefungen (31,32) des Anschlags (3) zwischen 20° und 70° betragen.
