Claims (8)
- Dispositif de fixation d'un rail de chemin de fer sur une traverse, comprenant une attache (1) en forme de plaque élastiquement déformable destinée à être fixée sur une traverse au moyen d'un organe d'ancrage; un intercalaire isolant (2), l'attache étant destinée à prendre appui sur la base du rail via ledit intercalaire isolant; et une butée latérale (3) destinée à être disposée entre la base du rail, laquelle repose sur une semelle élastique, et ladite traverse, caractérisé en ce que ladite attache (1) est équipée dudit intercalaire (2) de façon à former un assemblage, que ladite butée latérale (3) comporte sur sa face supérieure au moins deux cavités (31, 32) symétriques par rapport à son axe transversal, qui sont délimitées sur leur bord inférieur par une face inclinée (31a, 32a); et que ledit intercalaire (2) comporte des bossages (21, 22) à profils complémentaires solidaires de la face inférieure dudit intercalaire, lesdites cavités (31, 32) étant destinées à recevoir lesdits bossages (21, 22) lors du serrage de l'attache en formant ainsi des moyens de blocage en rotation de ladite attache (1) et en translation verticale de ladite butée (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure de ladite butée latérale (3) est pourvue d'un logement (33) destiné à l'engagement d'une languette (43) solidaire de l'extrémité latérale de la semelle (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit intercalaire isolant (2) est pourvu de deux pinces (20) pour l'accrochage sur le bord avant de l'attache (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les faces inclinées (31a,32a, 21a,22a) respectivement des cavités (31,32) de la butée (3) et des bossages (21,22) correspondants de l'intercalaire (2) sont parallèles deux à deux.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les faces inclinées respectivement des cavités (31,32) de la butée (3) et des bossages (21,22) correspondants de l'intercalaire (2) sont séparées avant serrage de l'attache par un jeu (J) qui dépend du cintrage initial de l'attache (1)
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les faces inclinées respectivement des cavités (31,32) de la butée (3) et des bossages (21,22) correspondants de l'intercalaire (2) sont en contact d'appui mutuel après serrage de l'attache (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur des bossages (21,22) de l'intercalaire (2) est inférieure ou égale à la profondeur des cavités (31,32) de la butée (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les angles des faces inclinées (21a,22a,31a,32a) des bossages (21,22) de l'intercalaire (2) et des cavités (31,32) de la butée (3) sont compris entre 20º et 70º.
