Claims (13)

1. Elastische Befestigungsanordnung einer Schiene auf einem Träger, der Gattung mit einem eine Feder bildenden Mittel, wie ein Blatt, das fähig ist, einen Druck auf den Schienenfuß über ein Zwischenstück auszuüben und mit einem in dem Träger im Bereich eines hinteren Teiles oder Absatzes des Blattes verankerten,klobenartigen Halteelement zusammenwirkt, wobei das besagte Blatt sich an dem Zwischenstück abstützt und das Halteelement sich senkrecht an dem Blatt abstützt, um die Einführung des Zwischenstückes und des Blattes unter dem Halteelement in einer zur Schiene parallelen Richtung zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10, 31) an seinem vorderen Teil ein, mit seinem unteren Teil bzw. seiner Unterseite (18, 35a) auf dem Blatt (9, 33) anlegbares Element (17, 35) aufweist, der bzw. die mit einer hohlen Prägung (20, 46a, 46b) entsprechender Gestalt des Blattes (9, 33) zusammenwirkt bzw. zusammenwirken, um Längs- und Querverschiebungen des letzteren zu verhindern.
2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (4) und das Federblatt (9) ein einheitliches Ganzes bilden, dank einer an dem Zwischenstück vorgesehenen hohlen trapezförmigen Aufnahme und zwei Einrastungen (4b).
3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (4) und das Federblatt (9) ein einheitliches Teil bilden, das durch Formgießen des Zwischenstücks, in welchem das Federblatt eingefügt ist, erzielt wird.
4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement durch einen Einsatz (31) gebildet wird, der in seinem mittleren Teil (34b) ein zur Aufnahme eines Anschlags (42) zur seitlichen Einstellung der Schiene (1) bestimmtes Element (40) aufweist.
5. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorgenannte Zwischenstück (43) ein isolierendes Gehäuse, in welchem das Federblatt (33) wenigstens teilweise eingefädelt ist, bildet.
6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federblatt (33) einen in das vorgenannte Gehäuse eingefädelten und durch ein S-förmig gebogenen, mit dem Halteelement (31) zusammenwirkenden Teil verlängerten waagerechten Teil (44) aufweist.

Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das vorgenannte Federblatt (33) an seinem freien Ende einen kreisförmigen Teil (46) bildet, der zwei geneigte, abwärts gerichtete Flächen (47, 48) aufweist, die mit entsprechenden Flächen (37, 36) des vorgenannten Elementes (35) zusammenwirken, um das Blatt unter der Wirkung eines auf dem Blatt (33) parallel zur Schiene ausgeübten Schubes (F) in Spannung zu setzen.

Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Element (40) des mittleren Teils (34b) des Einsatzes (31) zwei Seitenteile (43) aufweist, deren inneren Flächen (40a, 40b) einen Schwalbenschwanz (40c) bilden und mit entsprechenden Flächen (42a, 42b) des Anschlags (42) zusammenwirken, um die senkrechten Bewegungen des besagten Anschlags zu verhindern.
9. Anordnung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10, 31) einen Falz (15, 40d) umfaßt, der als Rückwirkungsstütze für den hinteren Teil bzw. Absatz des Federblattes (9, 33) dient und dessen als Stütze dienende Fläche sich in einer konstanten Entfernung von der unteren Fläche des Elementes (17, 35) des Halteelements (10, 31) befindet.
10. Anordnung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10, 31) eine, den Durchgang eines Greifermittels ermöglichende, Aussparung (12, 31a) aufweist.
11. Anordnung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federblatt (9, 33) und/oder das Halteelement (10, 31) aus einem isolierenden Verbundwerkstoff hergestellt sind.

Verfahren zur Durchführung der elastischen Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 9 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, die Blatt-Zwischenstück (9, 4) Einheit auf dem Träger (2) und auf der Schiene neben dem Halteelement bzw. Kloben (10) zu positionieren und drei Bewegungen anzuwenden: eine senkrechte Bewegung von unten nach oben, um den Träger (2) an der unteren Fläche des Schienenfußes (5) zu halten; eine senkrechte Bewegung von oben nach unten, um die Blatt-Zwischenstück (9, 4) Einheit in der Arbeitstellung zu vorpositionieren und eine Bewegung in Längsrichtung parallel zur Schiene, um die Blatt-Zwischenstück (9, 4) Einheit in ihrer Endlage unter dem Halteelement (10) einzuführen.
13. Verfahren zur Durchführung der Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, die Blatt-Zwischenstück (33, 43) Einheit auf dem Träger (2) und auf der Schiene (1) neben dem Halteelement bzw. Einsatz (31) zu positionieren und zwei Bewegungen anzuwenden: die eine von unten nach oben gerichtet, um den Träger (2) an der unteren Fläche des Fußes (5) der Schiene (1) zu halten, die anderen in Längsrichtung parallel zur Schiene, um das Blatt (33) unter den Einsatz (31) durch Einrasten in seine endgültige Arbeitsstellung einzuführen.
