Description
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de traitement de bandes métallisées usagées dans une machine d'impression d'éléments en plaque, ledit dispositif comprenant un réservoir d'accumulation (30) recevant en sa partie supérieure les bandes usagées (5) apportées par des moyens d'amenée (26, 62, 40), et complété en sa partie inférieure d'un broyeur (50) mis automatiquement en marche par intermittence sous le contrôle d'un dispositif de commande (60), la sortie (38) du broyeur (50) donnant dans un récipient (90) de transport de déchets (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (30) comprend, en sa partie supérieure, un déflecteur (34) oblique vers le bas déviant la chute initiale des bandes usagées (5, 7) vers le milieu du réservoir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une soufflerie (38) forme un film d'air sur le déflecteur (34).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de couteaux (42, 42'), chacun enrobé d'un bloc d'un matériau souple (44, 44'), est installée soit au niveau des moyens d'amenée (40) des bandes usagées (5) dans la partie supérieure du réservoir (30), soit à l'extrémité inférieure du déflecteur (34).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (32) du réservoir d'accumulation (30) est conique vers le bas, orientée vers l'entrée du broyeur (50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un pilon d'insertion (54) animé par un actuateur, et orienté en direction de l'entrée du broyeur (50), est installé dans la partie supérieure de la partie conique (32) du réservoir (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (60) déclenche le broyeur (50) après accumulation d'une longueur prédéterminée de bandes usagées (7) telle que lue par un rouleau de comptage (62) appartenant aux moyens d'amenée (26, 62, 40) de la bande dans la partie supérieure du réservoir (30), ce broyeur (50) étant mis en oeuvre pendant une durée prédéterminée correspondant au vidage de la majeure partie du réservoir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le broyeur (50) est entraíné par un moteur électrique (52) muni d'un dispositif de mesure de sur-intensité lors d'une surcharge, ce dispositif provoquant alors un entraínement momentané du broyeur en sens inverse.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le broyeur (50) est relié au récipient de transport (90) de déchets (9) par une canalisation pneumatique (39).
