Claims (11)
- Dispositif d'empilage de cahiers (C) sous forme de cartouche, du type comportant une tête d'empilage (E) à chemin d'amenée vertical d'une nappe de cahiers (C) du haut vers le bas sur une table d'empilage horizontale (T), lesdits cahiers (C) venant reposer sur la table d'empilage (T) côte à côte de manière à former une cartouche de cahiers (C), le chemin d'amenée vertical des cahiers (C) étant défini entre une première série de courroies d'entraínement (1) définissant une paroi verticale intérieure et une seconde série de courroies d'entraínement extérieures (2) s'étendant en regard de ladite paroi verticale intérieure jusqu'au ras de la partie supérieure des cahiers reposant sur la table d'empilage en cartouche au point d'empilage, un dispositif de réglage manuel ou automatique étant, de préférence, prévu pour régler la hauteur des courroies extérieures (2) et les amener au ras des cahiers (C) de la cartouche en formation en fonction des dimensions des cahiers (C) à empiler,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de détection et d'évacuation d'une accumulation de cahiers ou bourrage de cahiers comportant des moyens de mesuré de la vitesse de défilement des cahiers (C) dans le chemin d'amenée vertical, au moins des moyens de comparaison de cette vitesse mesurée par rapport à une valeur de vitesse correspondant à la vitesse d'avancement théorique des cahiers dans le dispositif d'empilage, ainsi que des moyens agencés pour effacer au moins partiellement du chemin d'amenée vertical les courroies d'entraínement extérieures (2), lors de la détection d'une vitesse de défilement des cahiers significative d'un bourrage et pour ramener lesdites courroies à leur position initiale lors de la détection d'une vitesse de défilement correspondant à la vitesse d'avancement théorique de la nappe de cahiers. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens de mesure de la vitesse de défilement des cahiers (c) dans le chemin d'amenée vertical sont constitués par un capteur mécanique associé à un détecteur inductif (8). - Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que le capteur mécanique est une roue (5) montée libre en rotation et maintenue en contact avec les cahiers (C) défilant dans le chemin d'amenée vertical et dont on mesure la vitesse de rotation pour mesurer la vitesse de défilement des cahiers (C). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que la roue (5) est une roue évidée symétriquement, le détecteur inductif (8) émettant un signal électrique dont la fréquence est proportionnelle à la vitesse de rotation de la roue (5), cette information concernant la mesure de la vitesse étant ensuite envoyée vers une unité logique comportant les moyens de comparaison qui traitent ladite information en comparant la vitesse détectée à une vitesse théorique de défilement des cahiers dans la tête d'empilage. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que les courroies d'entraínement extérieures (2) sont montées sur un support, de préférence lesdites courroies (2) étant tendues autour d'un châssis (3) s'étendant le long de la paroi verticale intérieure, les courroies (2) étant au moins guidées sur des galets de guidage (4) montés libres en rotation à l'extrémité inférieure du châssis (3). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens agencés pour effacer les courroies extérieures (2) au moins partiellement du chemin d'amenée vertical et les ramener à leur position initiale sont constitués par des moyens d'entraínement en translation (9,10) desdites courroies d'entraínement extérieures (2), le long de la paroi verticale, en écartement de la cartouche en formation lors de la détection d'une vitesse de défilement des cahiers (C) significative d'un bourrage (B) et en rapprochement de la cartouche jusqu'au ras des cahiers (C) lors de la détection d'une vitesse de défilement correspondant à la vitesse d'avancement théorique de la nappe de cahiers (C). - Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en translation des courroies extérieures (2) sont constitués par des moyens d'actionnement pneumatiques ou hydrauliques tels que des vérins reliés au support des courroies extérieures (2) pour entraíner ledit support en translation le long de la paroi verticale intérieure. - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que le châssis (3) portant les courroies extérieures (2) présente au moins un bras (10) relié à un vérin pneumatique ou hydraulique (9) monté dans la tête d'empilage. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens agencés pour effacer au moins partiellement du chemin d'amenée vertical les courroies extérieures (2) et les ramener à leur position initiale sont constitués par des moyens d'entraínement en pivotement desdites courroies extérieures (2) en écartement et en rapprochement de la paroi verticale intérieure. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une unité logique comportant des moyens de lecture des informations reçues des moyens de mesure de la vitesse (5, 8), une mémoire dans laquelle est stockée au moins la vitesse théorique d'avancement des cahiers, les moyens de comparaison ainsi que des moyens de commande des moyens agencés pour effacer les courroies extérieures. - Dispositif de détection et d'évacuation automatique d'une accumulation de cahiers ou bourrage de cahiers destiné à un dispositif d'empilage de cahiers (C) sous forme de cartouche, du type comportant une tête d'empilage (E) à chemin d'amenée vertical d'une nappe de cahiers (C) du haut vers le bas sur une table d'empilage horizontale (T), lesdits cahiers (C) venant reposer sur la table d'empilage (T) côte à côte de manière à former une cartouche de cahiers (C), le chemin d'amenée vertical des cahiers (C) étant défini entre une première série de courroies d'entraínement (1) définissant une paroi verticale intérieure et une seconde série de courroies d'entraínement extérieures (2) s'étendant en regard de ladite paroi verticale intérieure jusqu'au ras de la partie supérieure des cahiers reposant sur la table d'empilage en cartouche au point d'empilage, un dispositif de réglage manuel ou automatique étant, de préférence, prévu pour régler la hauteur des courroies extérieures (2) et les amener au ras des cahiers (C) de la cartouche en formation en fonction des dimensions des cahiers (C) à empiler,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de mesure de la vitesse de défilement des cahiers (C) dans le chemin d'amenée vertical du dispositif d'empilage, au moins des moyens de comparaison de cette vitesse mesurée par rapport à une valeur de vitesse correspondant à la vitesse d'avancement théorique de la nappe dans ledit dispositif d'empilage ainsi que des moyens agencés pour effacer au moins partiellement du chemin d'amenée vertical les courroies d'entraínement extérieures (2), lors de la détection d'une vitesse de défilement des cahiers (C) significative d'un bourrage (B) et ramener lesdites courroies (2) à leur position initiale lors de la détection d'une vitesse de défilement correspondant à la vitesse d'avancement théorique de la nappe de cahiers (C).
