Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Stanzen eines Stapels (7) von flächigen Gebilden, insbesondere von Etiketten, wobei der Stapel (7) von zu stanzenden Gebilden mittels eines Stanzstössels (3) und gegen einen, einen Gegendruck auf den Stapel (7) erzeugenden Gegendruckstempel (5) in ein hohlzylindrisches Stanzmesser (4) hineingestossen und der Stapel (26) gestanzter Gebilde seitlich entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Hineinstossen des Stapels (7) von zu stanzenden Gebilden der Stanzstössel (3) bezüglich des Stanzmessers (4) in eine Anfangslage (Ao) zurückgezogen wird, dass während dem Zurückziehen des Stanzstössels (3) in die Anfangslage (Ao) das Stanzmesser (4) mitsamt dem sich in diesem befindlichen Stapel (26) gestanzter Gebilde und dem Gegendruckstempel (5) und der Stanzstössel (3), entweder durch eine Bewegung des Stanzmessers (4) oder durch eine Bewegung der den Stanzstössel tragenden Vorrichtung, auseinander bewegt werden, um einen vergrösserten Bereich zwischen dem Stanzstössel (3) und dem Stanzmesser (4) zu schaffen, dass der Stapel (26) gestanzter Gebilde mittels des Gegendruckstempels (5) aus dem Stanzmesser (4) in den vergrösserten Bereich zurückgestossen und mittels einer in den vergrösserten Bereich hinein und wieder heraus bewegbaren Aufnahmevorrichtung (25) aus dem vergrösserten Bereich seitlich entfernt wird, dass ein neuer Stapel (7) von zu stanzenden flächigen Gebilden dem sich in der Anfangslage (Ao) befindlichen Stanzstössel (3) vorgelegt wird, und dass das Stanzmesser (4) und der Gegendruckstempel (5) bezüglich des sich in der Anfangslage (Ao) befindlichen Stanzstössels (3) wieder in die Ausgangsstellung (Bo, Co) gebracht werden, um den neuen Stapel (7) zu stanzen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegendruckstempel (5) in seiner Ausgangsstellung (Co) mit einem geringen Vorsprung über der Schneide des Stanzmessers (4) vorsteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung des vergrösserten Bereiches das Stanzmesser (4) vom Stanzstössel (3) weg aus der Ausgangsstellung (Bo) in eine Rückzugsstellung (B1) bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Stanzen eines Stapels (7) von flächigen Gebilden, insbesondere von Etiketten, mit einem hohlzylindrischen Stanzmesser (4), einem zur erzeugung des Stanzvorganges auf das Stanzmesser (4) hin und zurück bewegbaren Stanzstössel (3), einem einen Gegendruck auf den Stapel (7) erzeugenden, durch das Stanzmesser (4) hindurchgeführten und in diesem bewegbaren Gegendruckstempel (5) und einer Aufnahmevorrichtung (25) zur seitlichen Entfernung des Stapels (26) von fertig gestanzten Gebilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stanzmesser (4) und der Gegendruckstempel (5) auf einem Schlitten (10) angeordnet sind, der aus einer Stanzstellung (Bo) weg vom Stanzstössel (3) in eine Rückzugsstellung (B1) und zurück in die Stanzstellung (Bo) bewegbar ist, wobei bei sich in der Rückzugsstellung (B1) befindlichem Schlitten (10) zwischen dem Stanzstössel (3) und dem Stanzmesser (4) ein vergrösserter Bereich gebildet ist, und dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung (25) zur Entfernung des Stapels (26) fertig gestanzter Gebilde seitlich in diesen vergrösserten Bereich zwischen dem Stanzstössel (3) und dem Stanzmesser (4) hinein und wieder hinaus bewegbar ist, wobei bei sich im vergrösserten Bereich befindlicher Aufnahmevorrichtung (25) der sich im Stanzmesser (4) befindliche Stapel (26) gestanzter Gebilde durch eine Bewegung des Gegendruckstempels (5) in eine Anfangslage (Do) auf die Aufnahmevorrichtung (25) entladbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (10) in der Stanzstellung (Bo) mit einer mechanischen Verriegelungseinrichtung fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine vorzugsweise hydraulische oder pneumatische Betätigungseinrichtung (9, 14, 15) vorgesehen ist, die auf den Gegendruckstempel (5) eine Druckkraft ausübt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gegendruckstempel (5) eine Führungsstange (18) mit einem zylindrischen Kopfteil (19) vorgesehen ist, mit welchem ein zylindrischer Stössel (15) der Betätigungseinrichtung (9, 14, 15) in kraftschlüssiger Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stössel (15) eine ebene Fläche aufweist, mit der der Stössel (15) an einer ebenen Fläche des Kopfteils (19) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stanzstössel (3) und der Schlitten (10) in zueinander parallelen Richtungen bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsrichtungen des Stanzstössels (3) und des Schlittens (10) in einer Ebene (12) liegen, die gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt ist.
