Definitions
- the invention relates to a punch from the contour punching of a precut benefit stack by means of a punching iron, with a feed plate for supporting the stack of benefits, a feeding device for feeding the stack of benefits to the punching iron, a stamping the benefit stack against the punching iron punch and a means for conveying the finished punched pile of sheets.
- the punch mentioned is used in particular for punching a stack of useful items formed from a large number of printed labels lying one above the other.
- This benefit stack of foliated material consists in particular of printed paper.
- the individual labels are made of plastic, in particular plastic film. This is a very flexible material that also charges so that individual sheets of the benefit stack adhere to each other.
- the precut benefit stacks are cuboidal.
- the punch serves to give benefit stacks their finished contour. This is how labels become Usually printed on large sheets that are up to several hundred stacked over a thousand on top of each other. Such printing sheet stack are pre-cut longitudinally and transversely, with a variety of benefit stacks be formed, which are isolated.
- a punched iron with a closed contour is used for producing the finished labels. After the respective benefit stack by means of the feeder under the Stanzeisen is supplied, the benefit stack by means of a punch against pressed the punching iron and punching performed. Subsequently the finished-punched benefit stack is carried away.
- the punching iron passes through a counter-pressure plate, which in Active connection with the benefit stack on its side facing away from the stamp Page can be brought.
- a counter-pressure plate By means of this counter-pressure plate can the finished punched Use stack pressed out of the punching iron and by means of separate means be carried away.
- a punch of the type mentioned is known from DE-91 15 347 U.
- the feeder consists of lateral, essentially vertical guide jaws, which, based on the feed direction of the Feeding device in the region of its rear end einschwenkbare Have transport jaws, which laterally or end the pre-cut Benefit stacks are associated with cross-tabs.
- This transporting jaws is the only task, one after the cut due to the Wedge shape of the cutting knife parallelogram shifted in itself to take precut benefit stack in the area of the lowest sheet layers and to advance in the direction of the punch, being against the leading oblique surface of the precut benefit stack an alignment stop is moved to align the benefit stack in its cuboid shape.
- the Aligned benefit stack is further by means of the transport jaws to the Advanced punch.
- a device for punching a stack of Blattgut Good is also off WO 01187556 A known.
- Object of the present invention is a punch of the above to provide a type of automatic loading of the punch, i. automatic transfer of the benefit stack into the area of the stamp, with simple structural effort and process-safe is possible.
- the feeder a lifting and has lowerable support for the benefit stack, to reach under the Benefit stack in the area of its benefit stack in the feed direction leading lower edge, means for lifting the support with their Recording surface for the benefit stack on the level of the receiving surface of the Stack are provided.
- This design of the feeder for solving the problem of automatic loading of the punch is therefore of great advantage because as a result of lifting the leading lower edge of the benefit stack the lower sheet layer of the stack is not on a ridge of the stamp in the area the punching line can get stuck. It is thus always ensured that the precut benefit stack properly supplied to the stamp can; This is crucial for the continuous operation of the punch.
- the lifting and lowerable support for the benefit stack in cross-section is L-shaped, the horizontal leg of which serves to reach under the benefit stack.
- the pad is thus designed in the manner of a shoe, the Benefit pile in the front area lifts.
- the Edition or the shoe forming part of the feeder Loading trolley is stored for the benefit stack.
- the simple one Displacement of the benefit stack by means of the sidecar with the advantageous, raised position of the benefit stack in the area of his leading lower end combined.
- the means for positioning the benefit stack relative to the loading wagon can be designed differently.
- a preferred embodiment provides that these means, with respect to the feed direction, a first, front Investor and a second, rear investor, and investors, to Positioning of the benefit stack, are mutually adjustable. Is the distance of the two investors larger than the dimension of the benefit stack between these, the benefit stack can simply be placed between investors, this is done in particular by machine. Subsequently, the two Feeder moved towards each other, to a distance measure, according to the relevant measure of the benefit stack, allowing them this between themselves position. When moving the loading car, the benefit pile becomes held between the two investors and along the feed plate postponed.
- This feed plate is in the feed direction of the benefit stack arranged horizontally and / or inclined in the transverse direction. In particular, then If the feeder plate is inclined in the transverse direction, should be vertical to the feed plate, on the side facing away from the loading carriage, a Feeding ruler, for laying the benefit stack, connected to the feed plate be.
- the respective investor has several plate-shaped fingers, perpendicular to the feed plate and with its plate plane in the feed direction are oriented, with the fingers in front of the contact with the benefit stack can be brought.
- the benefit pile is thus not being used extensively by the investors touched, but only over the ends of the fingers.
- the front of the fingers extends substantially perpendicular to the feed plate.
- the means for Position the benefit stack As stated above, it is not necessary that the means for Position the benefit stack with two investors. It is quite conceivable, the means for positioning the benefit stack as at least one Form grapple. This captures the benefit stack preferably on his in the feed direction front side, so that the loading carriage in the process in Feed direction pulls the benefit stack in the area of the punch.
- the recording of the Benefit stack serves, essentially one level with the surface of the Feeding plate serving to receive the benefit stack.
- the level of the surfaces mentioned differ from each other. is the level of surfaces uneven, this is for sliding over the Benefit stack of no importance, because the leading, leading edge of the Benefit stack when using the pad to reach under the Benefit stack is raised.
- the punch according to the invention finds particular use in the case in which part of the stamp forms a support for the benefit pile, the made of plastic.
- plastic are, for example, polypropylene, Polyamide, polyethylene.
- the side walls of the punch in particular when extended Stamp the feeder facing sides of the punch, smooth are formed. Consequently, the stamp with much lower Can be made effort, also the storage of the stamp in one Frame of the punch are structurally very simple.
- Such Design of the stamp is to be seen in particular from the aspect that the punching iron passes through a counter-pressure plate, which is in operative connection with the benefit stack can be brought on its side facing away from the stamp. Rest the stack of benefits on the stamp and pushes the counter-pressure plate the benefit stack is the previously positioned by the feeder Use stack fixed by means of the punch and the counter-pressure plate. As a result, the benefit stack can not shift.
- a machine housing 2 takes the electrical units for Control system of the punch and a drive system for the hydraulics of Machine, also pneumatic devices for actuators of the machine on. These elements of the machine are not illustrated in detail.
- Diagonally to Oriented horizontally in the machine housing 1 is a hydraulic cylinder. 3 stored.
- the piston rod 4 of the hydraulic cylinder 3 increases in the area of its upwardly directed free end a punch, below the For simplicity, stamp 5 indicates. This is thus in the direction of Double arrow A can be moved back and forth and serves to move one each placed in its flight cuboid stack 6, the individual Leaves 7 is formed, which consist in particular of plastic film.
- the machine housing 2 closes in the region of the punch 5 perpendicular to Longitudinal axis of the piston rod 4 from. In this case area is with the Machine housing 2 verflanscht the actual punching device. She points the machine housing 1 side facing a with this flanged, not illustrated main plate on, in the area of their corners is penetrated by four guide rods 8, the only axial are displaceable. Inside the machine housing 2 to the Guide rods attacking actuators are not illustrated. With the upwardly directed, free ends of the guide rods 8 is a Punching head plate 9 is connected, which is positioned parallel to the main plate. about a mounted in the punching head plate 9, not shown in detail Receiving device is a punching iron 10 mounted in the punching head plate 9.
- Pre-cut benefit stacks 6, for example in a plan and Cutting machine cut label stacks 6, are by means of Ausschiebern, Grippers or the like placed on a feed plate 12, which in Feed direction of the stack 6 is arranged horizontally and inclined in the transverse direction is and by such an angle, the inclination angle of the axis Piston rod 4 corresponds.
- the stack 6 abuts against a feed rule 11, the with respect to the feed plate 12 directed upward and perpendicular to this is arranged.
- the feed ruler 11 is connected to the feed plate 12 and extends over its length.
- the cuboid stack 6 is thus in Area of its lower surface on the feed plate 12 and in the area of a Side surface on Zuzhoulineal 11 at.
- the feed plate 12 and the feed ruler 11 is associated with a feeder 13, which has a loading carriage 14 for the Stack 6 has.
- Part of the feeder 13 forms one with the Main plate of the machine housing 2 connected guide rail 15 for the loading carriage 14, which is parallel to the feed plate 12 and the feed ruler 11 in the direction of the double arrow B back and forth is movable.
- a hydraulically acting in this Cylinder 16 is mounted, the piston rod 17 passes through the punching head plate 9 and in the region of its free end a counter-pressure plate 18 receives the the punching iron 10 passes through.
- the counter pressure plate 18 is in its extended position in operative connection with the stack 6 can be brought by the side facing away from the punch 5 of the stack 6 contacted.
- the feeder 16 out of engagement with the Stack 6 will be brought.
- the punch 5 With a greater force against the platen 18 pushes, and this in succession whose back corresponding to the movement of the punch 5, presses the Stamp 5 the stack of benefits 6 against the punching iron 10, bringing the stack 6 in a stroke is pushed through the punch iron 10 and in consequence the actual label stack with the irregular outer contour is punched out.
- the punching head plate 9 remains stationary concerning the main plate.
- the stack 6 slips down by a small amount and now contacts the discharge plate 19.
- the piston rod 20 is retracted, whereby, due to the retraction of the discharge plate, the Stack 6 slips on a still adjacent to the discharge plate 19 adjacent to the bottom of the stamp 6, obliquely arranged plate 22.
- the punched punch 6 receiving rectangular surface of the punch 5 is inclined at an angle of 25 ° to the horizontal.
- the plate 22 is arranged at this angle, with a small gap to the punch 5. In the region of the lower end of the plate 22, the stack 6 passes between two tongues 23 of a pneumatically operated pliers 24.
- This can be a banding unit.
- FIGS. 6 to 20 the area of the punch 1 relevant for the present invention is illustrated in detail and the functional sequences are described.
- the individual sheets 7 of the utility stack 6 are shown offset from one another in the respective enlarged illustration.
- Real is formed by a plan cutting homogeneous stack 6, in which the four oriented perpendicular to the respective leaf level side surfaces are flat.
- FIGS. 6 to 8 are referred to:
- the stationary guide rail 15 receives the loading carriage 14 movable, this is movable in the direction of the double arrow B.
- the adjusting means for Methods of loading carriage 14 are not illustrated. It can be around mechanical adjusting means, for example a spindle or pneumatic Actuate act.
- the loading carriage 14 is thus in the feed direction of the Benefit stack 6 in the area of the stamp 5 and against the Feeding direction of the benefit stack 6 from this area movable.
- the Loading carts 14 are means for positioning the benefit stack 6 relative to Loading car 14 assigned. These funds have, based on the Feed direction, a first, front feeder 25 and a second, rear Investor 26 up. The two investors are to position the benefit stack 6, each other in the direction of the double arrow B undeliverable.
- About unspecified illustrated adjusting means is in the bearing part 27 of the front feeder 25 an L-shaped support 31, in the manner of a Shoe is formed, stored vertically movable.
- the edition can be by means of a not further illustrated pneumatic cylinder between a lowered and moved to a raised end position.
- In the lowered position as can be seen in Figures 6 and 7, is the arranged parallel to the feed plate 12 leg 32 of the support 31 in a transverse to the feed direction of the stack 6 extending recess 33 in the Feed plate 12 used.
- the leg 32 is thus located on a lower level than the recording level of the stack 6 in the field of Feed plate 12.
- the leg 32 is in the direction of the rear investor 26th beyond the plates 29 of the front feeder 25 also.
- the stack 6 is in FIG Area of the recess 33 placed on the feed plate 12.
- the edition 31 passes through the recess 33 and there are the two investors 25 and 26th apart, so that between the stack 6 and the investors 25, 26 remains a sufficiently large distance to the stack 6 between the Investors 25, 26 position.
- FIGS. 6 to 8 illustrate the state of the feeder, the followed by that illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 8,
- the rear feeder 26 is moved in the direction of the front feeder 25 Service.
- the rear feeder 26 has the benefit stack 6 against the front feeder 25 moves. Due to the predetermined width of the stack. 6 only contact the two facing the feed ruler 11 plates 29 of the respective investors 25 and 26, the stack 6. This is incidentally on the Feed ruler 11 on. If a stack 6 larger width be supplied, would come the respective third plate 29 of the feeder 25 and 26 for resting against the stack 6.
- FIGS. 11 and 12 show a condition corresponding to the condition of FIG Figures 9 and 10 is illustrated, followed.
- the support 31 by means of the im Bearing part 27 mounted, not shown pneumatic cylinder has been raised and by such an amount that the leg 32 of the support 31st is raised significantly above the recording level of the feed plate 12.
- the stack 6 is raised in the area of the front feeder 25.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 illustrate the condition associated with the condition which is shown in Figures 11 and 12, connects.
- Position of the two feeders 25 and 26 and the support 31 is the loading carriage 14 in the region of the punch 1, which is located between the punch. 5 and the punching iron 10 and the counter-pressure plate 18 is located. This could the stack 6 easily between the feed plate 12 and the punch. 5 run over gap 34 formed because he in his front area by means of Edition 31 is raised.
- Figure 13 is a part of the stamp-forming edition for the Benefit stack 6 illustrated, which consists of plastic. Because of Simplification, this edition 35 is not in the other figures illustrated. In the extended end position of the punching iron 10 penetrates this slightly into the support 35, so that a punching degree in the Edition 35 results. This is thus on the remaining, the stack 6th facing surface of the pad 35 addition. Since the stack 6 by means of Pad 31 is raised, he can not only easily on the gap 34, but also about bumps of the support 35, in particular a punching line be pushed.
- FIG. 15 shows a state subsequent to the state of FIG unchanged position of the investors 25 and 26 is the support 31 by means of a whose pneumatic cylinder superimposed kinematics, the another Pneumatic cylinder has moved out under the stack 6, thus the Support 31 in the direction of the bearing part 27 (forward) moves.
- FIG. 16 is different from the state of FIG Figure 15 in that the counter-pressure plate 18 is extended; she gets through the clear cross section of the punching iron 10 is moved through and on extended until it contacts the stack 6, so that this between the Counter pressure plate 18 and the punch 5 is fixed.
- the state of FIG. 17 differs from the state of FIG Figure 16 in that the two investors 25 and 26 moved apart are so far apart that they are outside the travel range of the punch 6 are positioned.
- FIG. 18 The state of FIG. 18 is different from that of FIG Figure 17 in that the piston rod 4 of the hydraulic cylinder. 3 extended and thus the punch 5 is raised. According to the Traversing movement of the punch 5, the counter-pressure plate 18, which continues abuts the stack 6, pushed back. This is due to the Force relationships: The force with which the punch 5 acts on the stack 6 is significantly greater than the force with which the counter-pressure plate 18 on the stack. 6 acts. The stack is punched and there is the punched Stack of benefits within the punching iron 10.
- the extended punch 5 the two investors 26 and 26th facing sides 36 of the punch are smooth. This design is possible because the plates 29 of the investors 25 and 26 from the area of the punch 5 are moved out before it is extended. This can take place because the stack to be punched 6 between the punch 5 and the Counterpressure plate 18 is held. (If this were not the case, would the Stamp 5 in the area of the investors 25 and 26 with groove-shaped recesses be provided for receiving the plates 29).
- the state according to FIG. 19 differs from the state according to FIG 18 in that the cylinder 16 has been activated for the counter-pressure plate 18 is and pushes the punched stack of benefits 6 from the punching iron 10.
- the counter-pressure plate 18 is clearly above the punch 5 facing Cutting contour of the punching iron 10 pushed out, so far, beyond the Counterpressure plate 18 of the no longer kraftbeaufschlagte punch 5 in his Starting position is pushed back, in which the stack 6 receiving Surface of the support 35 a plane with the corresponding surface of the Feed plate 12 forms.
- - Femer is the loading wagon 14 in his Starting position back process, the edition 31 back in the Recess 33 lowered and a next, to be punched stack 6 between the two investors 25 and 26 have been spent.
