Description

一种自动堆垛生产线 技术领域
本发明涉及生产线技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动堆垛生产线。
背景技术
冲切机是利用冲切刀将所需切边的材料迅速的切边,使其产品切边美观的机器,随着社会的发展与科学的进步,很多工厂对于自动冲切机的需求越来越大,一般的冲切生产线一般包括送料装置、冲裁主机、出料装置,对原材料进行现有的裁切生产线存在以下问题:(1)原材料进行冲切后,成品和边角料无法自动分离;(2)出料装置无法自动将边角料进行回收。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种自动堆垛生产线,能够实对生产线材料进行自动送料、自动冲裁、自动堆垛、同步出料以及边角料的自动回收,全自动化操作,大大提高生产效率。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种自动堆垛生产线,包括从左到右依次设置的放料架、送料运输系统、冲裁主机、成品堆垛机、同步运输系统、废料回收装置,所述成品堆垛机包括堆垛支架、动力气缸、打料拍、限位板、堆垛传输带,所述动力气缸设置在堆垛支架的顶部,所述动力气缸的伸缩杆的底部连接固定框,所述打料拍的顶部与固定框固定连接,所述打料拍底部设有堆垛传输带,所述限位板设置堆垛传输带和打料拍之间,所述废料回收装置包括回收支架、设置在回收支架顶部的回收卷轴、设置在回收支架上的调节杆,所述回收支架的一端设有回收电机,所述回收电机的输出轴与回收卷轴的一端固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述堆垛传输带的一端设有成品运输带。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述同步运输系统包括出料移动机构和 出料移动夹。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述放料架上设有卷料筒。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述送料运输系统包括送料移动机构和送料移动夹。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:能够实对生产线材料进行自动送料、自动冲裁、自动堆垛、同步出料,同时将成型的物料由成品运输带输出,通过放料架和送料运输系统将原材料送到冲裁主机上,之后通过成品堆垛机将成品和边角料进行分离,将成品运输到成品运输带上进行运输,边角料通过废料回收装置进行打卷回收,全自动化操作,大大提高生产效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1-3所示本发明一种自动堆垛生产线,包括从左到右依次设置的放料架1、送料运输系统2、冲裁主机3、成品堆垛机4、同步运输系统5、废料回 收装置6,所述成品堆垛机4包括堆垛支架7、动力气缸8、打料拍9、限位板10、堆垛传输带11,所述动力气缸8设置在堆垛支架7的顶部,所述动力气缸8的伸缩杆的底部连接固定框12,所述打料拍9的顶部与固定框12固定连接,所述打料拍9底部设有堆垛传输带11,所述限位板10设置堆垛传输带11和打料拍9之间,所述废料回收装置6包括回收支架13、设置在回收支架13顶部的回收卷轴14、设置在回收支架13上的调节杆15,所述回收支架13的一端设有回收电机15,所述回收电机15的输出轴与回收卷轴14的一端固定连接。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述堆垛传输带11的一端设有成品运输带16。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述同步运输系统5包括出料移动机构和出料移动夹17。
作为本发明的一种实施例,包括出料架18、出料动力电机、出料转轴20、齿轮21、出料齿轮带22,所述出料动力电机设置在出料架18上,所述出料转轴20为两个,所述出料转轴20与出料架18转动连接,所述齿轮21固定套接在出料转轴20上,所述出料齿轮带22套接在齿轮21上,与两个齿轮21传动连接,所述出料移动夹17与出料齿轮带22传动连接。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述放料架1上设有卷料筒19。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述送料运输系统2包括送料移动机构和送料移动夹。
本发明工作时,通过电控柜设置好参数,将刀模装置安装在冲裁主机3上,人工将原材料吊装到放料架1上,并把材料的端部拉至送料运输系统2上的送料移动夹,通过送料移动机构运输到冲裁区域,启动冲裁主机,对原材料进行冲压,之后将冲切好的产品连同边角料一并输出到成品堆垛机4,动力气缸8推动伸缩杆和固定框12向下运动,使得打料拍9将成品与边角料分离,成品通过限位板10上的出料孔下落到堆垛传输带11上,之后运输到成品运输带16,边角料通过同步运输装置5运输到废料回收装置6上,通过回收电机15将边角料自动打卷,本发明能够实对生产线材料进行自动送料、自动冲裁、自动堆垛、 同步出料,同时将成型的物料由成品运输带输出。

  1. 一种自动堆垛生产线,其特征在于:包括从左到右依次设置的放料架、送料运输系统、冲裁主机、成品堆垛机、同步运输系统、废料回收装置,所述成品堆垛机包括堆垛支架、动力气缸、打料拍、限位板、堆垛传输带,所述动力气缸设置在堆垛支架的顶部,所述动力气缸的伸缩杆的底部连接固定框,所述打料拍的顶部与固定框固定连接,所述打料拍底部设有堆垛传输带,所述限位板设置堆垛传输带和打料拍之间,所述废料回收装置包括回收支架、设置在回收支架顶部的回收卷轴、设置在回收支架上的调节杆,所述回收支架的一端设有回收电机,所述回收电机的输出轴与回收卷轴的一端固定连接。
