Claims (9)
- Schalung zum Abschalen einer Betonanschlußfläche (8), die von einer Bewehrung (12) durchragt wird, mit einer Schalungswandung (9c), die als Träger für Bewehrungsstäbe der Bewehrung ausgebildet ist, und mit einer Schalungshilfe (1), die mit einer Randkante (10) der Schalungswandung (9c) verbindbar ist und aus Schalungsmaterialstücken (3) vorbestimmter Größe gefertigt ist, die kammartig im Abstand zueinander angeordnet und an einer ihrer Kanten durch eine Griffleiste (2) miteinander verbunden sind, um eine Vielzahl einseitig offener Durchbrechungen (4) zu bilden, wobei die Durchbrechungen (4) eine der Breite der Bewehrungsstäbe (12) entsprechende Breite und einem dem Abstand benachbarter Bewehrungsstäbe (12) entsprechenden Abstand aufweisen, wobei die Schalungshilfe (1) den Randbereich (10) der Schalungswandung (9c) in ihrer Trägerfunktion für die Bewehrung (12) verstärkt.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungswandung (9c) und die Schalungshilfe (1) aus einem wenigstens teilweise für Beton durchlässigem Material bestehen und als verlorene Schalung ausgebildet sind.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungsmaterialstücke (3) der Schalungshilfe (1) aus einem zwischen Quer- und Längsstäben (6, 7) eines Metallgitterwerks eingeschweißten Streckmetallblech (5) besteht.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungsmaterialstücke (3) der Schalungshilfe (1) an wenigstens den die Durchbrechungen (4) begrenzenden Kanten (3b) durch einen Stab (6) begrenzt sind.
- Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungsmaterialstücke (3) der Schalungshilfe (1) mit der metallenen Griffleiste (2) verschweißt sind.
- Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schalungsmaterial der Schalungswandung (9c) aus einem zwischen Quer- und Längsstäben eines Metallgitterwerks eingeschweißtem Streckmetallblech besteht.
- Schalungshilfe zur Verwendung in der Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Wandung (3) aus Schalungsmaterial mit einer Vielzahl an einer Randkante der Wandung (3) offener Durchbrechungen (4), die im vorbestimmten Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Schalungshilfe nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine Griffleiste (2) und eine Vielzahl mit einer ihrer Kanten an der Griffleiste (2) befestigter und in einem der Breite der Durchbrechungen (4) entsprechenden Abstand zueinander angeordneter Schalungsmaterialstücke (3).
- Schalungshilfe nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schalungsmaterial für Beton begrenzt durchlässig durchbrochen ist.
