Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zur Messung und Regelung der Höhenstellung des Stössels (2) einer schnellaufenden Schnittpresse mit einem Unterwerkzeug (4) und einem zu demselben relativ bewegbaren, mit dem Stössel (2) verbundenen Oberwerkzeug (3), zur schneidenden, stanzenden, biegenden und/oder prägenden Bearbeitung eines bandförmigen Rohlings, welcher Stössel (2) sich im Betrieb der Schnittpresse zwischen einer unteren Totpunktstellung und einer oberen Totpunktstellung bewegt, wobei vorerst eine Soll-Stellung des Stössels (2) in der unteren oder der oberen Totpunktstellung festgelegt und danach im Betrieb der Schnittpresse die Ist-Stellung des Stössels (2) in der unteren oder oberen Totpunktstellung laufend gemessen und mit der entsprechenden Soll-Stellung verglichen wird, und bei Abweichung einer jeweiligen Ist-Stellung von der entsprechenden Soll-Stellung die Höhenstellung des Stössels (2) derart geändert wird, dass er die jeweilige Soll-Stellung in der unteren bzw. oberen Totpunktstellung wieder einnimmt, welche Schnittpresse mit einer durch eine Steuereinrichtung (7,12,13) gesteuerte Stellvorrichtung (9) zur Veränderung der Höhenstellung des Stössels (2) im Betrieb ausgerüstet ist, die eine Steuereinheit (13) und eine Stösselstellungsabtasteinheit (7,12) aufweist, die ein erstes, mit dem Stössel fest verbundenes Glied (7) und ein zweites, mit dem ersten zusammenwirkendes, ortsfestes Glied (12) aufweist, welche Glieder (7, 12) somit relativ zueinander beweglich sind, wobei eines (12) der zwei Glieder (7,12) zum Abgeben eines die jeweilige Relativstellung zwischen diesen zwei Gliedern (7,12) angebenden Signales an die Steuereinheit (13) ausgebildet ist, welches erste Glied (7) stangen- oder bandförmig ausgebildet ist und eine vom zweiten, ortsfesten Glied (12) erkennbare Skalenmarkierung in Form einer Vielzahl sich in der Längsrichtung des ersten Gliedes (7) abwechselnden Nord-Südpol-Bereiche aufweist, mittels welcher Skalenmarkierung im zweiten Glied (12), das als mindestens eine Induktionsschleife enthaltender Detektorkopf ausgebildet ist, das Abgeben eines die jeweilige Relativstellung zwischen den zwei Gliedern (7,12) darstellenden Signales induzierbar ist, wobei die Schnittpresse einen durch Führungssäulen (15) bestimmten Werkzeugeinbauraum aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste (7) und zweite Glied (12) bei einem inneren Eckbereich des Werkzeugeinbauraumes angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Messung und Regelung der Höhenstellung des Stössels (2) einer schnellaufenden Schnittpresse mit einem Unterwerkzeug und einem zu demselben relativ bewegbaren, mit dem Stössel (2) verbundenen Oberwerkzeug (3), zur schneidenden, stanzenden, biegenden und/oder prägenden Bearbeitung eines bandförmigen Rohlings, welcher Stössel (2) sich im Betrieb der Schnittpresse zwischen einer unteren Totpunktstellung und einer oberen Totpunktstellung bewegt, wobei vorerst eine Soll-Stellung des Stössels (2) in der unteren oder der oberen Totpunktstellung festgelegt und danach im Betrieb der Schnittpresse die Ist-Stellung des Stössels (2) in der oberen Totpunktstellung laufend gemessen und mit der entsprechenden Soll-Stellung verglichen wird, und bei Abweichung einer jeweiligen Ist-Stellung von der entsprechenden Soll-Stellung die Höhenstellung des Stössels (2) derart geändert wird, dass er die jeweilige Soll-Stellung in der unteren bzw. oberen Totpunktstellung wieder einnimmt, welche Schnittpresse mit einer durch eine Steuereinrichtung (7,12,13) gesteuerte Stellvorrichtung (9) zur Veränderung der Höhenstellung des Stössels (2) im Betrieb ausgerüstet ist, die eine Steuereinheit (13) und eine Stösselstellungsabtasteinheit (7,12) aufweist, die ein erstes, mit dem Stössel fest verbundenes Glied (7) und ein zweites, mit dem ersten zusammenwirkendes, ortsfestes Glied (12) aufweist, welche Glieder (7,12) somit relativ zueinander beweglich sind, wobei eines (12) der zwei Glieder (7,12) zum Abgeben eines die jeweilige Relativstellung zwischen diesen zwei Gliedern (7,12) angebenden Signales an die Steuereinheit (13) ausgebildet ist, welches erste Glied stangen- oder bandförmig ausgebildet ist und eine vom zweiten, ortsfesten Glied (12) erkennbare Skalenmarkierung in Form einer Vielzahl sich in der Längsrichtung des ersten Gliedes (7) abwechselnder Nord-Südpol-Bereiche aufweist, mittels welcher Skalenmarkierung im zweiten Glied (12), das als mindestens eine Induktionsschleife enthaltender Detektorkopf ausgebildet ist, das Abgeben eines die jeweilige Relativstellung zwischen den zwei Gliedern (7,12) darstellenden Signales induzierbar ist, wobei die Schnittpresse einen durch Führungssäulen bestimmten Werkzeugeinbauraum aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste (7) und das zweite Glied (12) bei einem inneren Eckbereich des Werkzeugeinbauraumes angeordnet sind.
